Susan Harris said:🤷 I don’t personally know any other gynecologists—I actually see Dr. Assad over at my local community health center in Phoenix. He is honestly such a fantastic guy! A close friend of mine went to him for her entire pregnancy, and we both had nothing but wonderful experiences with his care. In fact, I was just seeing him this morning myself! 😁

Does he actually have an ultrasound machine available?

As for a dentist—mine is absolutely fantastic, though she’s located right by Central Park. Actually, I was just there seeing her yesterday! 😁

Amanda Chavez said:Hmm. I actually called the clinic about ten days ago, and they informed me that the gynecologist was out on maternity leave. Now I’m starting to wonder if someone just gave me the runaround over the phone. Please, ladies, let me know if you find out the doctor isn't actually on leave.

I had my appointment this past Monday, and I was seeing Dr. Sigmund. She went ahead and scheduled my follow-up for next week, and she certainly didn't mention anything about being unavailable.

She definitely does ultrasonic cleaning!
If you want her info, brother, just shoot me a private message.

Once I drop off my paperwork to pick a primary care physician at the local clinic through my insurance, what happens if they hand me back two copies? Does that mean I’m automatically enrolled, or is there another step I need to take?

hey everyone 🙂 so about two weeks ago my boyfriend and I found an apartment over in the West Village... I’m not originally from New York, but since we're planning on making this place home, I was wondering if anyone could point me toward some good doctors? Specifically looking for a GP and a dentist and a gynecologist at the local community health center here in the neighborhood 😕

Has anyone here ever been to the Xavier Medical Group? I’m curious about their pricing and if the staff is friendly... To be honest, I have a massive phobia of dentists, so I'm really looking for someone who will actually be patient with me and won't judge me for avoiding the dentist's chair for years now. 😳Xavier is right across the street from my apartment, so it would be super convenient... has anyone had any luck there?
Thanks! 🙂

Does anyone happen to know a private dentist in Chicago who offers laser teeth whitening?☕

Hey, does anyone have a lead on a solid orthopedist in Chicago? I'm looking for a specialist who actually knows their stuff when it comes to hips and the spine. Honestly, I don't care if they're private practice or part of a big hospital group like the Mayo Clinic, as long as they aren't a total hack and can actually fix the problem. Thanks!

Can someone please point me toward a solid dentist in Chicago? I’m looking for someone who takes my insurance so I don't have to pay out of pocket—basically just a regular, reliable visit like anyone else would have. Also, if anyone can explain how the billing actually works, I’d really appreciate it!! Thanks a ton!

Can anyone recommend a good pediatric endocrinologist in New York City?
I need someone who actually specializes in growth and development, not just a doctor who can read a thyroid report.
😉👍🙏

I'm hanging out at Gini's place. Dr. Marc AnthonyIt’s a great move to start handing out those referrals. Truly. 😁
Wolfgang General practice. It's alright.
There aren't any dentists around here—at least, I don't think so. You’ll probably have to head out to Sioux Falls. Dr. Juic He’s officially the fastest dentist on the planet. Honestly, it's kind of mind-blowing. 👍

Could someone please help me out with a quick question:
Sandra Rodriguez46 said:Once I hand over three copies of my paperwork to choose a primary care physician through my insurance provider, what am I supposed to do with the two copies they give back to me? Does that mean I'm officially enrolled in their system automatically?

Let me try to answer that for you. When you go down to Social Security, they’ll give you three copies of the verification—you keep one, and they hand back two. You're supposed to hold onto one of those, and then you have to take the other one over to your new doctor to prove you've officially switched over to their care. Though, I guess it might be that once you're at the Social Security office, they just update your info in their system with your new provider's details, and they hand you all three copies right then and there. Still, it seems like you really should bring one of those papers to your new doctor. I'd suggest doing it as soon as possible, though I don't think you can actually miss the deadline.

I hope that helps.

Hey everyone! I don't really want to dig through everything right now—and honestly, I might not even find what I'm looking for anyway—so I figured I'd just ask you all... where can I find a good dentist around here, and does anyone actually have one they recommend?
I'm not really feeling the private clinics lately; I'd rather not just hand over my cash when it’s nothing too serious. Thanks! 🙂

Hey there!
I was wondering if anyone could point me toward a good ENT specialist in Chicago?
I’ve got a referral, so I’m looking to stick with my insurance rather than paying out of pocket, but I'm a bit picky about who I see since my sinus issues are pretty brutal.

Dr. Vladimir Bedeković at the Mayo Clinic in San Jose
He’s a top-tier ENT specialist—I’ve been going to him for ages, and now I even take my kids there myself.

Susan Harris said:they're still looking for a dentist in the suburbs or downtown!
come on guys, this is urgent 😁

look, don't just stick to dentists in your own neighborhood. that's like going in for surgery with whoever lives closest to your apartment. you have to care about quality, and it shouldn't be such a big deal to drive 20 minutes for medical care.
For instance, I go to a dentist in San Jose because I wasn't happy with my one in Chicago. I went based on a recommendation and was totally blown away, so now I don't mind driving out there whenever I need to (maybe once every three months). It's Ivana Kozulj, DDS. — she's professional, patient, and really attentive. you can find her on Facebook: Ivana Kozulj DDS dental clinic

I'm looking for recommendations for a solid dentist in Chicago. Ideally somewhere near the L tracks, though I'm not being picky about the location. What really matters is finding someone who is actually sane, patient, and knows how to fix a tooth properly. I need someone who can handle a cleaning without damaging my enamel—basically, a modern clinic with up-to-date equipment. A semi-private practice works just fine for me. 🙂Thanks in advance for the leads..
