Has anyone actually sat down and watched this one?

Me, myself, and I... I think the movie was alright. 👍 A few mistakes here and there, but it's okay

The film is quite good—Alexandre Aja is certainly a director you can count on, at least when it comes to horror. High Tension had an issue with its ending, which felt totally unnecessary and just... silly—but the rest is phenomenally executed.

But, as I’ve probably said a million times here, the best horror film lately has definitely been The Descent by Neil Marshall. Actually, maybe one of the best horror films ever made. A true masterpiece of the genre 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏

Regarding the movie Scream—I guess the issue is that people see it as a parody rather than a standard horror flick, which leads them to misjudge it—but it’s actually an excellent film, provided you watch it as a satire of the genre.

The movie is garbage. It’s the exact same tired premise as that stupid "Wrong Turn," just one takes place in the desert while the other is in the woods... zero creativity here. Absolute trash.

well, for starters—you have these Americans driving around all proud with their flags, only to end up dying because of things their own country actually did😉

I think the film is actually excellent—it isn't even close to being comparable to Wrong Turn. plus, it's one of those rare remakes that is almost as good as the original.

The movie is excellent—it isn't even in the same league as Wrong Turn. Beyond that, it stands as one of those rare remakes that actually manages to hold its own against the original.

Now I'm actually in the mood to watch this movie.

The opening sequence is just... well, it's peak—really incredible, actually—especially with that 😕bluegrass😕 track by Webb Pierce, "And More," paired with those shots of nuclear blasts and mutated people.

The only thing I haven't quite grasped, though—I guess I don't get it—is why the dolls?

Well, there were those testing sites, you know? You’d see them when someone arrived—just empty towns with shops and cars, but no people, just dolls instead. They were probably using them to test those bombs or something... who knows...

It looks like they're trying to mimic some wholesome, old-school American family from those vintage commercials. 😕

Jigsaw🙂 dolls were just tools for them to test how much damage they could take, likely meant to represent actual people🤔
