If people hadn't made such a massive stink about this, we’d all be enjoying it for free right now. Instead, thanks to the outrage, everyone who actually wanted to solve their problem just got handed a bill. Hope you're happy with yourself.🙂

Look, that whole attitude of yours isn't exactly winning any prizes. Honestly, given how cryptic and shady you’ve been acting, I’m actually relieved you’re gone. It doesn't matter what kind of half-baked, "secret sauce" recipe you try to peddle now—especially since you're clearly looking to charge a premium for it. Good riddance. 🙄 Look, we’ve all been there. We’ve all cycled through the whole ridiculous spectrum of remedies—from those wild horse chestnut extracts to every other overpriced concoction out there. It's a revolving door of "miracle" cures that usually end up doing nothing at all.
I’m just glad to see that Pilex actually does its job for most people, if not everyone.

Hemorrhoids? I really hope so...
It’s basically the same thing that happened to me about a month ago. Whether it was while I was in the restroom or just after, I saw blood on the toilet paper—it looked bright red. My doctor told me that since I deal with constipation and hard stools, I should probably work on my diet because I might have just irritated the lining. She gave me a prescription for Faktu. I used it and thought everything was fine. It didn't actually hurt much, just felt like a tiny little scratch or a stinging sensation. But now, here we go again. There's just this small, wound-like spot at the opening. It doesn't hurt, but the bleeding came back. It is so incredibly stressful seeing blood and immediately worrying about some serious illness. Aaaaaaaa👎 help please—I'm praying it's just hemorrhoids :P because it doesn't hurt nearly as bad as people say they do when it's a symptom of hemorrhoids...
help🙏

The most important thing when you head to the proctologist is just being honest about what's going on. Personally, using Detralex helps pull out the external ones—I don't have any internal issues—but the itching and burning? That’s a constant battle...
Just a quick clean-up, a little dab of Faktu, and I'm good to go. Life goes on.

It was pretty much the same thing for me about a month ago. While on the toilet or just wiping, I noticed some blood—bright red, I think. My doctor told me that since I deal with constipation and hard stools, I should probably fix my diet because I might have just irritated the lining. She gave me a prescription for Faktu. I used it and thought I was in the clear. It didn't really hurt during the whole ordeal, maybe just a little stinging sensation, like a tiny scratch. But here we go again. Same thing. I see this little nick, no pain, but the blood is back. It’s incredibly stressful seeing blood and immediately jumping to thoughts of serious diseases. Aaaaaahhhhhhh. 👎 help please—I'm praying it's just hemorrhoids :P because it doesn't sting nearly as bad as everyone says hemorrhoid symptoms feel...

Hey. Look, I’ve been there, and honestly, mine was way worse. I actually panicked when I saw blood dripping into the bowl, not to mention how much was on the paper. It kept happening until it became a daily occurrence. I tried everything under the sun—Faktu, various creams, you name it. Everything helped a little, but nothing actually fixed the root of the problem until I discovered Pilex. Pilex stopped the bleeding and sorted out all my issues in just 4 or 5 days (you take it for 14 days). Since then, I don't even think about hemorrhoids anymore, so I highly recommend it. It’s a bit pricier, but it's worth every penny (around $200).
The key is taking one capsule orally every day for 14 days. Months after finishing the course, there’s no more bleeding or pain. One time, I went a full year and a half without a single issue from just one 14-day round, and that's without even watching my diet or avoiding things that usually trigger them.

Hope this helps. Let me know how you feel after you finish the Pilex course.
You can check out more info on the product at www.pilex.com

Good luck!

Look, a friend asked me about hemorrhoids the other day. I’m obviously no doctor, so I couldn't give her a straight answer, but it seems like you guys have seen it all.

Basically, she's dealt with these two little bumps near her anus for years. They swell up pretty significantly whenever she deals with hard stools.
A few years back, she was seeing blood in her stool, but then she used some cream and that mostly stopped—maybe once every year or two now.
After a hard bowel movement, she gets this stinging sensation, but otherwise, nothing happens except the swelling coming and going depending on her digestion.
The bumps are always there, though.

Now, here's the thing... she's getting a bit worried because she occasionally gets this sharp, cutting pain in that area. It's rare, but when it hits, it's intense. It usually just lasts for a few seconds and comes in waves.
Has anyone else here dealt with pain like that?

Thanks😘

Man, I've been there. (Ugh, feels like I'm living through Jeremiah). After a few years of this, my bowel movements became so painful I honestly felt like there were shards of glass in there sometimes. It was incredibly, incredibly uncomfortable.
What you're describing sounds like anal fissures. Basically, hard stools or straining causes a tear in the lining, leaving nerves exposed. When the stool passes over them, you get that sudden, sharp, stabbing sensation.
Some creams helped me out a little, but you have to apply them right before you go so there's enough coverage, otherwise, it doesn't work if the stool is too long.
I have to thank God, though, because I actually solved my problem entirely with Pilex. Just taking a few capsules orally did the trick, so I really have to recommend it as my number one choice.👍 🙏 👍
Also, with Pilex, those bumps should eventually disappear or at least shrink significantly. They happen because of increased anorectal pressure, and Pilex helps lower that pressure for most people enough that the hemorrhoids actually recede.
Good luck!

Thanks for the advice. I passed along what you said, but I don't think it's quite the same situation. For her, the pain happened even when she wasn't having a bowel movement—just out of nowhere.

When she did go, she’d feel that stinging or sharp cutting sensation, but this specific pain she mentioned supposedly hit while she was just sitting there watching TV. It’s only happened maybe 4 or 5 times in the last six years, but it did happen... so I figured I'd see if anyone else had similar stories.🙄

Honestly, I don't know anymore. People just have to put up with so much crap these days.👎

You're right, thank God I don't deal with that anymore, but I remember how miserable it was back when I didn't have any way to fix it. That's why I want to share what I went through—so other people don't have to suffer, since most can actually find relief just like I did.
It sounds exactly like what I went through—your friend's symptoms are basically a mirror image of mine.
Has your friend actually seen a proctologist for an exam yet?😕

Checking in here too. I’ve been through this bit before, but I haven't really run into anything quite like my current situation—everything feels the same, yet somehow different. I’ve had those days where things feel irritated, itchy, and just generally uncomfortable, similar to what others have described, except there’s zero blood involved with me. Is that actually normal? My doctor suggested I head over to a surgeon to figure out if it’s just the usual stuff or maybe something else entirely... since I've dealt with other health issues in the past, I'm wondering if this could be a side effect of those. If anyone knows whether this is something else or if it's totally fine to have the symptoms without any bleeding, let me know.😕

I've had those days where it's just external—that stinging, itching, and all that other stuff everyone else talks about—but for me, there’s absolutely no bleeding. Is that actually normal? My doctor told me to go see a surgeon to figure out if this is the usual suspect or something else entirely (maybe something worse)... since I've dealt with other health issues, I'm wondering if this is just a side effect of those. So, does anyone know if it's possible for this to be something else, or is it perfectly normal to have symptoms without any blood? 😕

Honestly, you should probably just go see a specialist for a checkup. The sooner you catch whatever is going on, the easier it is to deal with. Don't sit around waiting—get the exam done so you actually know what you're dealing with. I don't mean to scare you, but knowing the truth is the only way you're going to sleep at night.
Even if it turns out to be typical hemorrhoid symptoms, some other issues can mimic them perfectly. You won't be able to tell the difference without a professional looking at it. 😎
Let us know how the appointment goes 😲 and good luck 👍

So, I'm heading in tomorrow for the rib biopsy, and we'll just see how things shake out... honestly, I'm not sweating the numbers—how many there are or how many there might be is the least of my worries. What's actually bugging me is if this isn't just some two or three percent fluke, but rather something more significant—like maybe a byproduct of just having terrible luck or something. But hey, we'll find out tomorrow. I'll keep you guys posted.👍

Heading in tomorrow for the rib biopsy. We'll see what the results look like. Honestly, I'm not losing sleep over how many lesions they found—that’s the easy part. My real concern is whether this thing is more than just a couple of percent; if it's closer to a 2 or 3% growth rate after two or three years, I might just be dealing with some bad luck. Anyway, we'll find out tomorrow. I'll keep you guys posted.👍
Get in touch. Good luck!

Has she actually seen a specialist yet?😕

Best,

She hasn't seen a doctor because (I get it) she’s totally freaked out by the idea. It's embarrassing and scary for her.
I told her she needs to go, but she’s still working up the nerve. I asked her
if she's noticed any blood lately, and she said it only happens when
things get hard or if she misses a day or two. That's when the lump swells up and starts stinging.

Honestly, it's a total nightmare.👎

It’s most likely just hemorrhoids, but honestly, getting checked out isn't a bad move. It doesn't take long, maybe a minute or two, 😳it's not even that painful. They just grease you up with Vaseline, use an endoscope, 😲and slide the camera in... some people might actually find it fine, personally I didn't enjoy it one bit 😎but at least now I can sleep easy at night. That's why I recommend it to others. It's not even expensive, probably just a few dozen bucks.

I could really use some advice—and please, go easy on me if I’m missing something obvious, but this has been genuinely miserable.
About ten days ago, I developed a hemorrhoid. Just one, but it was massive and incredibly painful. It actually forced me to take sick leave; I spent two full days stuck in bed because the pain was so intense I couldn't even turn over. I tried taking ibuprofen, but nothing worked. I used some Faktu ointment, which helped slightly, but not enough. Then I tried some homemade calendula salve, and shortly after, a second hemorrhoid appeared—though this one wasn't quite as agonizing. Currently, I’m using Ultraproct, and I’m feeling somewhat better now. However, I’ve heard that you shouldn't use this specific ointment for extended periods because it can be harmful. So, here is my question: Once the acute pain subsides, how much longer should I continue applying the ointment? I am honestly afraid to stop. The hemorrhoids haven't fully disappeared yet, though they have shrunk significantly. The intense pain is gone, replaced by a lingering itch and a stinging sensation.
To make matters worse, my period started, which is adding an extra layer of discomfort to everything.
Any advice would be appreciated. For context, my job requires me to be seated for eight hours straight every day.
For those who have dealt with this before, how long does it typically take for them to fully resolve?

Look, you weren't totally wrong, but honestly... it’s always a good move to hit the search bar before starting a new thread—especially when you're talking about something this common. There's a huge chance someone else already ran into the exact same thing and started a discussion about it! 🙂

About a week and a half ago, I developed hemorrhoids. Just one. It was massive and incredibly painful. So bad, in fact, that I had to take sick leave and stay in bed for two full days because I couldn't even turn over without agony. I took over-the-counter painkillers, but nothing worked. I tried using Faktu ointment; it helped, but not enough. To top it all off, my period started, which makes everything even more difficult.
Any advice is welcome. For context, my job requires me to sit down for 8 hours straight every single day.
Can anyone with experience tell me how long it usually takes for them to finally go away?

It feels stupid to repeat myself, but when I see people suffering like this, I just can't help myself. Honestly, I didn't know any better until my doctor suggested I try Pilex, which completely resolves the issue for over 80% of people. I've described it in my previous posts, so I genuinely recommend reading those; they're based on my own experience and that of several friends, and they are completely honest.

Good luck!

Just wanted to jump in here for a sec. I’ve been dealing with this one hemorrhoid that was honestly killing me. Using ointment helps for a little bit, I guess, but then the pain just comes right back. What actually worked for me were those "Hemoroidin" capsules🙏 from Encijan—you can just grab them over the counter at any local CVS or Walgreens. If someone already mentioned this in the thread, sorry, I haven't read through everything yet.

Joshua Kim2, you're basically doing anti-advertising at this point. You've repeated your recommendation so many times that I'm positive everyone following this thread has memorized your life story with it. But look, when someone keeps hammering the exact same point over and over, it starts looking super shady.
After your first post, I actually considered trying Pilex, but now? No way. Not even if it were free.

I really don't get why you feel the need to keep repeating yourself constantly.

Hey, good on you if you're just trying to help people out, but going overboard like this isn't doing anyone any favors.
