I deal with what some might call sluggish bowels, which means every bathroom trip ends up triggering both internal and external hemorrhoids. I've been using Hemoroidin for a while, but it seems like my body eventually builds up a tolerance, and then I'm right back where I started. My doctor actually suggested surgery, but she thinks I'm too young for it since she believes I'll never truly be rid of them anyway. I'm just not sure... 😢

My doctor told me straight up—at my age (25), surgery for hemorrhoids isn't something he’d ever recommend. His reasoning is pretty blunt: I'm too young, and once you start messing with the colon, there’s no guarantee things will ever go back to normal. Plus, even after the procedure, they tend to just come right back. So, I’m sticking to all the other treatments—but surgery? That’s a hard no for me.

I thought about trying Pilex after your first post, but now? No way. Not even if it were free.

I really don't get why things need to be constantly repeated.

Kudos to you if you're actually trying to help people, but there's such a thing as overkill.

You've got a point—overdoing it isn't great. Personally, I don't care what anyone decides to buy or what they want to spend their money on. But look, I've tried everything under the sun, and I can't help but mention what actually worked for me. At the end of the day, that's what forums are for: sharing real-world experiences.
It's a shame you took my good intentions the wrong way.

Ever thought about trying some high-quality probiotics?
Have you actually sat down and consulted with a specialist about that?

Plus, he mentioned hemorrhoids have a nasty habit of coming right back even after you get them fixed. So, I'm trying everything else under the sun, but surgery? Absolutely not.

Bravo. I'm with you 100%. I dealt with them when I was 22. 😎
Good luck!

Best,

Nah, she didn't misunderstand anything. It's just one of those "know-it-alls" (or so she thinks) who genuinely enjoys messing with people. She was giving me a hard time just a few pages back, too. I mean, it's not like anyone is going to go out and buy a medication just because you tell them it's good. Good God, some people are just born completely clueless.👎

Yeah, I saw 🙂 but you really shouldn't take anything personally. I'm convinced it all comes from a good place. Honestly, having to repeat myself over and over is getting on my nerves too, and frankly, I don't even want to engage anymore. At the end of the day, it's just good intentions. Why would anyone choose to suffer if they didn't have to?
Cheers!

I truly don't get why you feel the need to keep hammering the same point.

Kudos to you if you're genuinely trying to help people, but there's a fine line between being helpful and going overboard.

👍 I totally agree. I scrolled through all 12 pages of this thread, and seeing Joshua Kim2 bring up Pilex constantly made me want to gag. Plus, for some people, $200 it's way too much—you could practically live off those pills for a month. So, Joshua Kim2, dial it back already; you're making us think you're getting paid for this whole campaign.

Besides, some people think $200 those pills are way too much—you could basically live off them and be regular for a whole month. Joshua Kim2, seriously, tone down the sales pitch. It’s starting to feel like you’re getting a kickback for this ad.

It’s pretty sad to see my good intentions get trashed like this. It’s like you guys don't actually want people to feel better. Let’s be real: nobody can force anyone else to buy anything.
All we can do is share what worked for us!
If you had spent years dealing with digestive issues and hemorrhoids like I did, only to finally get cured in a few days, you wouldn't be reacting this way.

By all means, please give me the "recipe" so I can just eat and go to the bathroom once a month using $200. I'd be super grateful since I'll be saving enough cash to fund the trips you clearly can't afford right now.😎

I told you almost a month ago—you really have to figure out your own budget. I don't know how much you spend on food or going out each month, but that $600 covers my needs, not yours. I have no idea if you need $1000 just to get through a month, but I know I don't. If you can afford to hand over that kind of cash, then go ahead, but all I'm saying is that for ME, it’s way too much money

Anonymous said:Look, I said this almost a month ago, but it comes down to this: you have to figure out your own personal math. I don't know how much you spend on dining out or weekend trips every month. That $600 isn't based on my lifestyle, it's based on mine. Maybe you need $1000 for a whole month, but I don't. If you can actually afford to drop that kind of cash, go for it. All I'm saying is that for ME, that amount is way too much.

If I grab a drink every third day and pick up the tab for a friend, I’m looking at about $10 (which is roughly $100 a month). And that doesn't even touch the occasional big night out—which doesn't happen often, but still—or food, which is easily the biggest drain on my wallet and something I can't really cut back on. Honestly, I can't make those $200 work. But if someone else can pull it off, maybe I'll give it another shot.
If I manage to crack the code, I'll share my budget with everyone. I'm sure it could save a lot of people some serious cash.😉

Best,

I haven't tried anything besides chamomile and fatty acids. And yes, I’ve talked to a professional about this. My doctor told me straight up: once you go under the knife for this, they'll just come back anyway. So, surgery isn't on the table for me, even if the pain gets unbearable. I've heard the recovery is brutal, and handling intense pain isn't really my strong suit.😬

So, surgery isn't even on the table for me. Even if the pain becomes unbearable—which, let's be honest, handling pain isn't exactly my specialty--😬

I've been dealing with chemical issues since I was 22. By the time I hit 27, things got so bad—constant bleeding and pain every single day—that I was actually looking at surgery. But somehow, I managed to fix the whole thing completely without ever going under the knife.
As you saw in some of my earlier posts, people accused me of being a walking advertisement just because I sounded a little too excited about Pilex. But how can I not be? After years of misery and trying everything under the sun, I finally solved the problem in just a few days, and it didn't hurt a bit.
I can't just sit here and act indifferent or turn a blind eye to someone else's struggle when I know there's something out there that works this effectively. I know firsthand how absolutely unbearable and agonizing this can get.

Please, don't get me wrong. I'm not trying to push anyone into anything. I honestly just want you to solve this so you can forget you ever had these problems in the first place.

Yeah, they can definitely come back.
It’s like cancer surgery. For some, it’s too late; for others, they catch it just in time.
The first thing we have to handle ourselves if we go through with surgery is changing our diet and lifestyle as much as possible afterward.
That’s the main thing that actually helps me.
It’s been obvious to me for a long time: if I spend three days eating nothing but sandwiches and junk food without any fiber, skipping yogurt and fruit... I'm going to feel terrible. Really bad.
My stool will be hard again, and even Donat magnesium won't save me.
But if I stick to the rules, things are 🙏

Quick question for everyone here. For those dealing with hemorrhoids—please, describe what your diet looks like. We all know how much food impacts symptoms—specifically stool consistency. Right now, my meals consist mostly of apples, yogurt, soup, steamed vegetables, and stews. I’m actually afraid to touch anything solid—like pizza, a piece of roasted meat, or heaven forbid, chocolate. What are you eating, and does your specific diet actually help manage the issue?

Hey there, I’m the new guy on the block... Look, if you actually want to get those hemorrhoids under control, your diet is everything. Seriously. I managed to deal with some pretty intense internal bleeding from my hemorrhoids just by overhaulng what I eat and tweaking my lifestyle. I went all in on soft, cooked foods—lots of leafy greens, veggies boiled to death, the whole nine yards. Basically, if it makes you bloated, it’s out. More fruit, more homemade compotes, and as little processed junk as possible. But honestly? The most vital part is listening to your own body. You have to be your own detective and figure out exactly what triggers your symptoms... And yeah, you’ve got to stay disciplined. People around you can get incredibly weird when you suddenly change your eating habits and start acting differently, and that’s usually when you start second-guessing yourself and everything goes downhill fast...
By the way, I’m running a little informal study regarding hemorrhoids, so if you feel like sharing, let me know what your blood type is... thanks

I managed to stop some really heavy internal bleeding just by fixing what I eat and changing my lifestyle. Stick to soft foods—boiled, stewed, overcooked stuff—lots of leafy greens. Cut out anything that makes you bloated. Eat plenty of fruit, drink compote, and stay away from processed junk. Most importantly, learn to listen to your own body. You'll eventually figure out exactly what triggers your symptoms. And you have to be stubborn about it. People around you can get weird when you suddenly change your habits, and that's usually when you start wavering. Once you lose focus, everything goes downhill fast...
By the way, I'm doing a little research on hemorrhoids, so if you feel like sharing, let me know your blood type... thanks.

I hope this helps you out. I'm O+. As for the diet part, eating like you suggested would be perfect, but because my lifestyle is pretty messy, I end up eating a lot of dry, low-quality food quite often. That definitely doesn't help keep things calm.
Luckily, I still have them under control despite all that—but maybe I should keep quiet so I don't look like a walking advertisement for the condition... 🙂

Best regards, and please share your research results—we're all interested! :-)

juliška - your diet is alright, but that shepherd's pie, especially if it's heavily seasoned 🙂 look, just skip the spicy stuff entirely or at least try to cut it out.
As for my own eating habits—one day I’ll eat nothing but fruits and vegetables, then I'll be right back to having issues. Honestly, I think a huge part of the problem is just sitting around for 12 hours a day. 😢

I’m dealing with the exact same issue. I spend eight hours a day sitting at my desk for work—and while I try to stay active once I get home, it’s tough when you constantly have guests over and end up back in a chair. Laying down all day isn't exactly an option either. As for my meals—mostly just stews made of beans, kale, peas, and potatoes—they're pretty bland. Just basic salt, nothing more. Honestly, even fruit and vegetables feel like a chore sometimes, but then I remember those other struggles... it's just brutal. 😲
