I’ve already had follow-ups with Dr. Miočinović at the Bates clinic in New York—I have all the documentation right here—but why the constant skepticism? All I want is for people to find relief and live without relying on chemicals😉
just like I managed to fix my issue painlessly.
Look, it might not be a magic bullet for everyone, but it worked for almost all my friends.
To be honest, I take a course once a year, but what's the big deal? Taking one capsule a day for a few days leaves me fine for months, sometimes even a year or longer.😛 🙏

Love the sarcasm. 🙂 👍

You didn't solve the problem; you just put it on pause. You calmed the inflammation temporarily, but you still can't go out and crush a massive plate of BBQ ribs like I do.😁😁

And that’s exactly the point. I do everything I’m supposed to avoid. I eat nothing but greasy fast food and spicy wings, I spend all day glued to my desk... 🤣 🙂 yet my backside acts like it hasn't a care in the world. 😛
It’s like there was never an issue at all. Then, about six months later, when I start feeling things getting a little uncomfortable again, I just pop a couple of capsules and get back to my regular routine. 🤣
There was one stretch where I went a year and a half without a single worry, and I wasn't even trying to be careful.🤣 😬 👍

So, I've been dealing with some hemorrhoid issues for a few years now.
I actually went in for two separate examinations—one where the doctor did a digital exam, and the second time they used that little tube device, which I assume was a rectoscopy?
Both times, he told me he didn't see anything unusual.
He did prescribe me a medicated cream from $50 that seemed to help a little bit, I guess.
However, my main struggle happens after I use the bathroom; about 80% of the time, I feel like I have to go back 4 or 5 more times immediately after.
Every single time, these tiny little pieces end up coming out, and it’s such a hassle to deal with them.
It almost feels as though they get stuck in little pockets or folds around the anal area.
Does anyone here happen to know what might be causing this?

The real issue, though, is that about 80% of the time after I have a big bowel movement, I feel like I have to go another 4 or 5 times.

It honestly feels like they're stuck in some kind of pockets around my anus.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

I’m thinking you might have an imbalance in your gut flora, so probiotics could help. Honestly, though, you should probably talk to a gastroenterologist or a proctologist and give them the full rundown.
Besides, how can you be sure it's hemorrhoids if the specialist did a rectoscopy and told you that you're clean as a whistle?

Well, I have to say, I was dealing with some bleeding just a couple of months back.
And occasionally, my rectal area gets incredibly swollen, quite painful, and feels intensely hot.

Was the blood bright red or dark? Like, was it actually dripping, or did you just notice it on the toilet paper? Bleeding can be triggered by all sorts of different medical issues. Most of the time, though, it's just internal hemorrhoids.

Honestly, I think you’re headed straight toward an abscess, just like I did. I went through the same nightmare struggle with constipation, and then out of nowhere, this lump just started growing right above my asshole. Nobody really knows the exact science behind why it happens, but the theory is that when waste sits there too long, the bacteria kick in, cause an infection, and then everything just goes to hell.
Unfortunately, there's really nothing you can do to stop it from happening once it's set in motion.
Once it starts, you're dealing with constant pain, burning, and bleeding every time you go to the bathroom. Seriously, get back to the proctologist and WATCH WHAT YOU EAT. For me, it all started because of stress and work and blah blah blah—it's just a mess.

Once the pain kicks in—that burning sensation and the bleeding when you go—it's game over. Go back to the proctologist and FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU EAT. For me, it all started because of work stress and other nonsense.

I'm with you on that. Better to get back to the specialist ASAP.
Bottom line: see a proctologist first... everything else comes after. Don't wait. 😉
When your car breaks down, you head straight to the mechanic. No big deal.
But with us? Apparently, we don't matter nearly as much as a vintage Tavria from the 80s. 🤣 😛

It was dark. And it hasn't happened in quite a while.

So, here I am, a total newcomer to this forum. Honestly, just reading through this thread was enough to make me register..
I could use some advice. About a year and a half ago, I developed hemorrhoids in the most ridiculous way possible. I’m not even going to recount how it happened because it just irritates me every time I think about it... Anyway, for a long time before that—and since then—I haven't dared to engage in anal sex. I'm constantly terrified they'll flare up, bleed, or just cause a mess. For the most part, I don't deal with major issues; I only feel them if I've been sitting too long, if I'm dealing with a cold, or if my stool is a bit hard. They aren't external, and usually, they behave themselves 🙂.. but the anxiety is still there..
If anyone has any advice or wants to share their experience, I would really appreciate it.

Seriously? Every single person I tell about my issues just makes some joke about anal sex. Is that really the only advice people have?

I never liked it in the first place. So, why would I bother?

Look, sex... physical activity, I mean. As long as it isn't being aggressive and you aren't in pain, why should it be bad?

Give it a shot. You know, during that phase where nothing hurts yet and you actually think everything’s fine?
If it hurts, just stop. Problem solved, right?

Thanks for that. Honestly, I’m pretty shaken up because she tried using the Legica, and things just went south—she started bleeding and everything. It's been rough. I'm trying to tell myself that since it’s internal and hasn't caused any massive issues yet, it might not be as catastrophic as it feels right now.
Hmm..

I haven’t really posted anything on here until now, so I’m honestly not sure if there’s already been much talk about wax-based remedies or maybe something using elderberry—stuff like that. I happen to have a specific recipe that works, and I mean 100% works. If people have already covered this, then my bad. Sorry to bother everyone. I don't mind sharing the recipe, but I just don't feel like typing out a whole novel if you guys are already aware of it.👍

So, what exactly was your goal with this post? What are you actually trying to pull here? 😕

Honestly, who even cares? And if they did care, I doubt they'd know exactly what you're getting at anyway. 😘

Look, if you actually wanted to help someone on this thread, you’d just drop a recipe instead of acting like some high-brow philosopher—so maybe just back off. People here have enough on their plates without you adding to the noise.🙄

Joshua Kim2:
Kenneth Williams36 As Joshua Kim2 points out:
I haven't really ventured into the discussions here until now, so I’m honestly not sure if anyone has already touched upon wax-based remedies or perhaps something utilizing elderberry or similar botanicals to treat hemorrhoids. I happen to have a specific recipe that works with absolute certainty—it’s been my go-to. If this topic has already been exhausted by the group, then please disregard me entirely; I certainly don't mean to be an interruption. I wouldn't dream of withholding the formula if people are looking for it, but frankly, I’m feeling a bit too weary to sit down and type out a lengthy guide unless there's actually an interest in it. Let me know if you want the details.👍
I honestly couldn't tell you—well, at least I don't know myself—so why don't you just go ahead and write it?

I was just sitting here wondering about the logistics of all this—specifically, what kind of damage we're looking at when it comes to the cost of a course of Pilex versus the outright price tag of going under the knife for surgery. It’s one of those things that stays on the back of your mind, isn't it? You start weighing the steady, incremental expense against that one massive, looming number on a surgical estimate. One is a slow burn, the other is a sudden hit to the bank account.

I mean, doctors help people too, right? But people pay for that service, and everyone ends up happy and satisfied.
If it weren't for these kinds of reactions, everything would be free—but since we're stuck with this, I guess you can just take your thanks from everyone who managed to solve their problems because of you. 🙂
