Come on, care to elaborate on that one...

Detralex is basically a blend of flavonoids—if my memory serves me right—that work to support vein structure and boost overall function, plus they help break down blood clots and things like that. Honestly, you can find a deep dive on any medical site if you want the full rundown on that specific med...
Hemeroidin has a pretty similar composition, except each capsule packs about half the punch when it comes to those active ingredients compared to Detralex...
It’s fine to use as a dietary supplement if you're looking to strengthen your blood vessels, specifically targeting the veins...

Hey everyone,

I’ll be honest, I used to laugh at this thread and even poked fun at people dealing with this issue, but after reading all 15 pages of this incredible discussion—even if some parts aren't exactly pleasant—I totally get it now.

To cut a long story short, I went to the bathroom last night and felt this sharp, cutting sensation, almost like something jagged was slicing through me. It felt like something sharp was scraping against my lining. I panicked immediately, checked everything down there, and saw a few large drops of blood on the stool. I went into full alarm mode, calling my mom and everything... but after doing my own "medical exam" using a mirror and other little gadgets, 😁 I realized there aren't any external hemorrhoids or anything visible on the outside. Sure, when I irritate the area by straining or relaxing, the color looks a bit darker, but that seems normal for that kind of muscle tissue. Everything looks fine when I inspect myself in the mirror...

Now, two things are really weighing on my mind:

- Is it possible I just "scratched" myself with food? I'm an athlete, so I eat a ton of high-fiber stuff like oats, granola, millet, etc., and maybe that caused temporary bleeding.
- But here’s the big one: I had more bleeding this morning, and that same stinging sensation returned in the exact same spot where it feels like a tiny scratch...

I cleaned up well and applied some calendula ointment, but honestly, I’m scared stiff right now. I spend a lot of time sitting because I have to study, and on top of that, I’ve been training hard with weights... looking in the mirror, nothing seems suspicious, so maybe it really is just that little scratch reopening...

I’m currently loading up on magnesium supplements and eating kiwis to make sure everything stays soft tomorrow. The tricky part is that I eat 7 or 8 meals a day (and the food is top-tier, if I do say so myself), so I’m hitting the bathroom twice a day. Now I'm just terrified that I'll see blood again... ughhhhhhh.😕 👎 😲

If you're hitting the weights regularly, you know it’s pretty brutal—it can actually cause hemorrhoids to flare up quite often because of all that intense straining...
Seriously though, go see a proctologist for a checkup; any kind of rectal bleeding is a sign that something isn't right...

Everything's fine today. I ended up just getting a scratch from some grain product—I don't think it was Hemače, I just scraped myself... If this keeps up, I'll go... but today went smoothly and I checked everything out in detail... 😁 👍

I skimmed a few pages at first, but I really don't have the time to read through everything. Anyway, I'm dealing with external hemorrhoids. It happened three times in six months. The first time, I think I overdid it with some heavily seasoned chicken... since then, I've been extremely careful about what I eat. I even started losing weight. And yet, they showed up again. Maybe stress is a factor too? It probably is. I saw a proctologist, but honestly, the whole thing is just infuriating. They basically tell you to live like a plant, which is ridiculous. I'm getting exhausted by it all. I know these issues will likely follow me for life and that I have to be incredibly cautious, especially seeing how much worse some people's situations are. As for my external lump—it’s incredibly irritating and painful. For now, I've been using Preparation H and using suppositories, but it feels like things are moving quite slowly.

By the way, please excuse any typos. It’s impossible to sit comfortably in this chair while trying to reach the keys. Quick question: has anyone here had experience with this new PILEX capsule product (7 capsules around $100, then 14 -$167)? Also, I'm looking for a few home remedies to help with more regular bowel movements.

Why don't you give Detralex a shot? Try doing 3x2 for the first five days, then scale it back to 2x2—just grab three boxes and see if it makes a dent. It worked wonders for me, though honestly, I’m a total lost cause anyway...

Detralex? What's the actual point of it; does it help with pain, or maybe assist in making hemorrhoids disappear?! And three boxes? I wonder how many tablets are actually in one box..

Yeah, mine just completely vanished—I think I’ve got maybe 30 left, which costs about $40 per box. It actually worked for me, though... just type Detralex into Google and start browsing

Thanks, Ivan. I suppose I’ll be fair and read through all the pages. If anything remains unclear after that, I’ll ask. And I promise, I will ask.

Honestly, looking at your situation, it might not just be internal hemorrhoids. You could be dealing with an anorectal fissure—basically a tear in the rectal skin. When that happens, the nerves are left totally exposed. Every time you go, it feels like passing razor blades instead of stool. I’ve been through that exact nightmare, so trust me, I know how miserable it is. Thankfully, I managed to get past that issue too.

Good luck!!!

I’ve used it, but I already laid it all out there. Honestly, just go back and read my previous posts—the ones I was actually trying to delete, by the way. I can't figure out how to wipe them, and now people are accusing me of being some kind of shill :-(
All I can do is share what happened to me, and that's it!

Good luck!

Well, I went through a whole big pack of PILEX and honestly, nothing, it didn't help even 1%. I've been dealing with external hemorrhoids. Personally, I wouldn't waste your money on it; just go see a doctor and see what they actually recommend for you.

Hey there, fellow hemorrhoid sufferers 😘. Look, I agree that seeing a doctor is the first and most essential step. I also have a friend who didn't see any results from Tylenol. However, I have to admit that I know more people who completely cleared up their issues using Tylenol, myself included. It doesn't work for everyone, unfortunately :-( but it should work for most. I definitely agree that you shouldn't waste money; if things aren't critical, you can achieve a lot just by fixing your hygiene and diet without relying on pills or other supplements.😳

Hey there. I’m officially joining the club (even though I spent my previous time here spinning yarns about hemorrhoids). Feel free to skip the first paragraph😁.

So, about a week ago, I noticed an external bump—I am 99.9% certain it’s a hemorrhoid—about the size of a grape, maybe slightly larger, but quite irregular in shape. It isn't one of those massive purple things you see in textbook photos of hemorrhoids. I didn't let my doctor perform a physical exam, which I know sounds incredibly silly of me, but it felt awkward since I was wearing a hygiene pad at the time. I suspect it might have popped up due to digestive issues (I've dealt with loose stools for about 10 years now), and perhaps my muscle tone is weakened because I’m dealing with suspected Cushing's syndrome. I stay active, I watch what I eat, and I am extremely diligent about hygiene; the only real issue is that I’m carrying some extra weight (80kg at 164cm, but I am going doooown🙂). It doesn't itch, though sometimes there is a slight stinging sensation—almost a pulsing feeling—after I shower and apply ointment, but that might just be subjective; the sensation isn't alarming, even if I can't help wondering what might come of this. For the first few days, it was tender to the touch, but it's a bit better now. It's such a shame that my doctor is only available for annual checkups, and since I won't be near my physician anyway, I likely won't get an exam until early September. So, here are my questions:

-?- Can a hemorrhoid that small actually burst or bleed? And if it does burst (when it's that tiny), will it stain my clothes? It would, wouldn't it? And... does that happen only when using the restroom or when touching it, or can it just happen out of nowhere?

-?- Is it possible for a doctor to drain it? Honestly, I would love to just be rid of it by autumn... I also have another tiny swelling that feels like a mosquito bite, and I have a hunch it might grow.

-?- Could that stinging sensation be caused by the ingredients in the cream or ointment? Also, does any of it transfer onto your clothing? I’m currently using Factu, but the ingredient list is complete gibberish to me—I honestly have no idea what half of it means—so I'll have to do some Googling.

-?- Since I haven't had an exam yet and don't know for sure if these are just external hemorrhoids, should I be applying ointment rectally as a precaution, or is topical application around the opening sufficient? (The thought of using those Voltaren applicators makes me want to scream, let alone that disgusting rectal applicator!)

-?- Does horse chestnut help the veins if it's only used topically, or does it provide benefits when taken orally as well?

Thanks!

I just received some advice suggesting that hemorrhoids might actually be treated using a blend of oil and turmeric spice. To be honest, I’ve been through it all—nothing from Tylenol or Detralex to Hemeroidin, not even chestnut capsules or various ointments, and frankly, none of those pharmacy creams seemed to do a lick of good for me. Right now, I’m in a pretty decent place because I’m being really careful about my diet and I’ve started applying this specific oil and turmeric mixture. So, if this turns out to be a helpful tip for anyone else out there, I’ll be truly happy about it. I recently had a consultation with an Ayurvedic practitioner who gave me a whole bunch of dietary guidance along with some Ayurvedic supplements that I've just started incorporating into my routine. I’m really hoping that this might finally be the ultimate solution🙂 for this "painful"😲 little issue.

Hey,

If it’s not too much trouble, could you walk me through how you dealt with that anal fissure? I’m dealing with those exact same issues right now...
Best, thanks!

So, my fissure split open while I was taking a massive dump, and it keeps happening every now and then in the exact same way. Some surgeon once told me that it’s actually a good thing when it pops, because that's how the crack finally heals up.

Either they lied to me, or I'm lying to you.
