Raymond Jackson38 said:My fissure actually burst while I was having a massive bathroom emergency. It pops up again every now and then and goes down the exact same way. My surgeon once told me that it’s actually a good thing when it bursts, because that’s how the crack finally heals up.

If they lied to me, then I’m lying to you.

I didn't even deal with a fissure until a few years after my initial hemorrhoid issues started. Man, it was brutal having to go to the bathroom, especially if things weren't moving smoothly... For me, the fissure cleared up thanks to Pilex. It felt weird since I originally grabbed it for hemorrhoids, but the folks at their advisory center told me they ran a clinical trial on 220 patients with rectoanal fissures, showing a 65% success rate. That's a bit lower than the success rate for hemorrhoids, which they claim is around 84%. I’m just glad I managed to knock out both problems with Pilex. Obviously, that doesn't guarantee it'll work for you, but it might be worth a shot. My fissure hasn't come back once, and as for the hemorrhoids, they tend to flare up once or twice a year, so I just do a one-week course and call it a day.

Hope this helps.

Best of luck!

If it’s not too much trouble, could you walk me through how you actually dealt with that anal fissure? I’m dealing with the exact same nightmare right now.
Hey there, thanks!

MY CONFESSION! I sent my reply to the wrong post, so please take a look at the previous one (the one above) :-).
My apologies to Raymond Jackson38—I really didn't mean to comment on his post.

Hey there!

Thanks for the heads up.

Picked up some Tylenol and felt better in just 7 days. (That’s how many tablets are in the pack, about $100)
I also watched what I ate a bit, took some probiotics, and had some Culturelle yogurts... stools have been firmer and everything has been running smooth for about 5 days now...

Good afternoon,
I haven't had a chance to read through everything quite yet, so I'm not sure if anyone else has brought up St. John's Wort oil.

The thing is, I was actually looking for St. John's Wort oil to help with some other issues I've been dealing with, but what I ended up getting was Hypericum oil (Hyperici oleum).
Is that essentially the same thing?
Could someone please clarify the Latin names for me?

Hey there...
About two weeks ago, I noticed this tiny bump. Within two days, it swelled up quite a bit—about the size of an olive, maybe even larger. Probably from swimming in the ocean... who knows. Anyway, I started using Factu cream, and that unbearable pain finally subsided after a few days. The main lump went down, but now there are two small, hard bumps left that only hurt when touched. Is that normal, or should I be freaking out? This is my first time dealing with hemorrhoids, so I'm really not sure... hope I never have to deal with this again.
I don't know, it just seems strange to me that those two little lumps are sticking around this long...

Thanks for the reply!! 🙏

Best,

I’ve been dealing with external hemorrhoids for about eight years now—ever since I gave birth. I’ve tried everything under the sun, but nothing actually worked. Sometimes a whole cluster hangs out, which is incredibly painful; honestly, childbirth was nothing compared to this. However, I recently started using HADENS cream. You can see two dots on the first "A" of the packaging. I get it imported from Canada, though it’s an Austrian product. It is fantastic. It comes in a 20 mg tube and isn't expensive; I don't know the exact price, but my neighbor brings it to me and refuses to take any money. It has a menthol scent. Once applied, it provides a cooling sensation, even if it stings or bites a bit at first. But the lumps? They subside very quickly and almost disappear. I recommend it to everyone. It’s a lifesaver for me.

Hey everyone, I’ve got a bit of experience dealing with these issues, so I figured I might be able to help someone out here! 🙂

The "Farmer's Definition" of hemorrhoids:
If you're facing hemorrhoids for the very first time, I guess you could think of it like this: it's like having this massive, incredibly hard, and dry piece of... well, let's call it "waste" (lol), and your intestines are basically trying to force it out. This little piece is pushing so hard that it's practically "punching" your rectum five times every single minute just to get out, which ends up causing all that inflammation around the exit—kind of like if someone was constantly hitting you in the head with their fist 🙂! Usually, you can catch it before things get really bad because you'll feel this slight, annoying itch in your rectum after you go to the bathroom. I think that's usually a sign that your digestive system isn't quite handling the food you're giving it, mostly because maybe you aren't moving around enough or you aren't drinking enough water.

Now, if we decide to just ignore that itching and keep eating heavy foods—like, say, some salty bacon that basically sucks all the moisture right out of your gut and dries everything up—we end up fighting a full-blown inflammation. And since people often get scared of the pain and wait a few days, the inflammation evolves, the rectum starts cramping up from the discomfort, and the hemorrhoids swell up big time, creating a total circus down there. So, on top of the waste being hard and dry, you've got those painful spasms making the whole thing feel like a revolutionary level of agony. Basically, you really need to go, but nothing wants to come out! Even the tiniest urge feels absolutely insane, and actually going during an inflammation is pretty much impossible!

In situations like that, it's probably a little too late to start making healthy diet changes. Mostly, once you feel that itch—even if the inflammation has already started—I guess you should just load up on anything super soft, liquid, and easy on the stomach to lubricate things up; stuff like milk, cream, bananas... basically anything that can moisten and revitalize your system, especially honey mixed with some warm water.

THE TREATMENT
When the hemorrhoids are at their absolute worst during an inflammatory flare-up, I truly believe there's only one real solution: DOLOKAIN gel. It's an anesthetic (you know, numbing agent) that you just gently apply with your finger to the area. Honestly, the effects are wild: in about 15 minutes, the pain just rapidly vanishes, and the hemorrhoids shrink down, which finally gives your rectum a chance to let that waste pass! Before you do this—before applying the gel—it might be a good idea to have some coffee and ice cream, and maybe grab a glass of cola at a local diner near the pharmacy about an hour beforehand, just so your gut gets a massive and super important helping hand. It's really important to realize that once you finally push that matter out, the pain stops immediately and the hemorrhoids recede , so you really have to give it your all to get through it.

Once you've pushed everything out—using brute force combined with a little help from your gut (that coffee, ice cream, and cola combo will create a real eruption that helps a ton, maybe paired with a nice cigarette 🙂) along with the essential help of DOLOKAIN gel—everything settles down and you get a fresh start. That gel is honestly so effective that you can even use it afterward if you still feel a little sting, and amazingly, it even seems to moisturize the area. It's incredible.

After you've gotten through the ordeal, everything should stabilize. Only then should you worry about prevention. The best bet is probably to avoid sitting around too much, stay active doing stuff around the house, and maybe enjoy some soups more often, and that's about it!

Good luck!

Olivia Lee23 said:I was advised that hemorrhoids could be treated using a mixture of oil and turmeric spice. For me, nothing worked—not Tylenol, Detralex, Hemeroidin, chestnut capsules, or any of those various creams you find at the local pharmacy... absolutely nothing. Right now, I’m in a good phase; I'm watching my diet and applying the mixture mentioned above. If this advice helps anyone else, I would be truly happy. I recently had a consultation with an Ayurvedic practitioner who gave me quite a bit of dietary guidance, along with some Ayurvedic preparations I’ve just started using. I am hopeful that this will finally be the ultimate solution🙂 to this "painful"😲 issue.

I find myself wondering what a decent gentleman might suggest regarding a "discovery" titled HEM-PRO, which, if I read correctly, is being put forward as a potential discovery or breakthrough of the year.

Back in 1983, experts from the PUPIN Institute in Belgrade, working alongside some of the most eminent physicians of that era—including the late Dr. Nikola Dekleva—developed a product specifically for treating hemorrhoids known as MAGNETOPLAG.

Since those early days, MAGNETOPLAG has been continuously produced by the PUPIN Institute and was widely available in pharmacies throughout the former Yugoslavia.
The MAGNETOPLAG product is protected by both a European Patent and a Canadian Patent, which remains in full effect today.
As of today, MAGNETOPLAG stands as the only medical device manufactured in Mexico that carries the CE mark.
What you see on the "doctor's" website is essentially a stylized photocopy of the original instructions for MAGNETOPLAG, which has been in circulation in Yugoslavia, Mexico, and Mexico—and now solely in Mexico—since 1983. Throughout this entire period, the PUPIN Institute has held, and continues to hold, all necessary production and distribution permits issued by the Ministry of Health in all aforementioned countries. Naturally, MAGNETOPLAG can still be purchased directly from the PUPIN Institute located at 15 Volgin St in the Zvezdar district of Belgrade, or it can be ordered via mail order. It is also available in Canada, Poland, and the Russian Federation under the name MAGNETOPLAG-SENSILAB, and in Germany, it can be found as HEMOMAG. All of these are, of course, manufactured and produced by the PUPIN Institute in Belgrade.

I must add a word of caution: MAGNETOPLAG (and even HEM-PRO, as that seems to be a likely imitation of MAGNETOPLAG, though its quality is questionable) MUST NOT be used in cases involving cancer. This is because the Magnetic Field in the active zone increases local metabolism by 100,000 times at the cellular level, which drastically accelerates metabolism and, consequently, the progression of the disease. The same occurs if the Magnetic Field is applied to a Polyp; it significantly accelerates its growth.

Therefore, it is vital that if you are experiencing any issues with your colon, you do not attempt to treat yourself. Instead, consult a proctologist (a specialist for the colon), and if the diagnosis is indeed hemorrhoids, use MAGNETOPLAG. I state this with absolute certainty: you will be cured of hemorrhoids.
The manufacturer, naturally, holds safety data sheets for every single component integrated into MAGNETOPLAG.

Respectfully,

To all those who remain unaware regarding magnetic fields—and to the uninformed viewers and listeners out there tuning into various media outlets, radio stations, and TV networks... I really need to go into quite a bit of detail here, but please, just bear with me and read through this. If you stay patient, you won't regret it... because some things might finally start to make sense...

I see that someone calling themselves "Dr. Rosa" has surfaced now, too...

The doctor is speaking quite recklessly about magnetism and magnets, almost as if he believes there isn't a single competent or qualified expert left in the field... it’s as if he assumes we are all just charlatans. Honestly, I find this entire approach repulsive, but I felt compelled to speak up because what he's saying simply doesn't hold water. This level of public manipulation is becoming truly drastic...

It is truly staggering how many charlatans regarding magnetic fields actually have the audacity to advertise themselves publicly and even build entire websites... I honestly can't tell if this is some kind of collective delusion or just a shameless attempt to exploit a confused, uninformed public—especially when they are targeting people who are already suffering from illness...

You really need to understand that this individual is a textbook plagiarist and a thief, peddling incredibly dangerous claims that simply do not hold any water. He had the sheer audacity to write that his HEM-PRO treats prostate cancer... just like that. Please, let me be clear: this is absolutely not true, it is nothing more than a brazen lie. For spreading such blatant misinformation and falsehoods, there should be severe consequences... if anything, he should be behind bars for this kind of thing.

I am posing a question regarding what a decent gentleman might suggest for an invention, or perhaps for the upcoming harvest season, based on what I have been reading lately...

Well, my friends, that particular product and its discovery have been around since 1983, and they are fully protected by patents... both a European Patent and a Canadian Patent.

Back in 1983, experts from the PUPIN Institute in Belgrade teamed up with some of the most distinguished medical professionals of that era—including the late Dr. Nikola Dekleva—to develop a specialized treatment for hemorrhoids known as MAGNETOPLAG...

Back in 1990, Dr. Adam Selea successfully defended his doctoral thesis at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Medicine... His research focused on a very specific area, titled "Treatment of Hemorrhoidal Disease Using a Magnetic Field," where he utilized the MAGNETOPLAG product during clinical trials...

MAGNETOPLAG is a product that has been manufactured by the PUPIN Institute for quite some time now, and back in the days of the former Yugoslavia, you could find it readily available in just about any local pharmacy...
The MAGNETOPLAG product is protected by both a European Patent and a Canadian Patent that remains fully in effect...
As of right now, MAGNETOPLAG stands alone as the only medical device manufactured in Mexico that carries the CE mark...
For those who might not be familiar with what the CE mark actually signifies... it serves as definitive proof that both the product and its manufacturer strictly adhere to all the rigorous health standards and production norms established by the European Union and recognized globally. Essentially, it means the item meets the necessary requirements to be officially registered and sold in any country across the world...
It might make things a lot clearer if I just tell you this: absolutely none of the other products coming out of the Mexican pharmaceutical industry—not a single preparation or medication you'll find sitting on our pharmacy shelves—actually carries a CE mark...

What you see on that "doctor's" website is really just a stylized, repurposed copy of the official instructions for MAGNETOPLAG, which has been circulating throughout the United States, including parts of the former Yugoslavia, Mexico, and Mexico since back in 1983... For all those years, the PUPIN Institute has held—and continues to hold—the authorized manufacturing and distribution licenses for MAGNETOPLAG, issued by the Ministry of Health across all those regions. Of course, if you wanted to, you could still pick up MAGNETOPLAG directly at the PUPIN Institute located at 15 Volgin St in Belgrade, right there in the Zvezdar district, or you can simply have it delivered via cash on delivery... It’s also available in Canada, Poland, and the Russian Federation under the name MAGNETOPLAG-SENSILAB, and if you happen to be in Germany, you can find it sold as HEMOMAG. But make no mistake, everything is produced, and continues to be produced, by the PUPIN Institute in Belgrade...

It seems like nobody here actually knows if HEM-PRO is a local homegrown creation or something else entirely, and there is zero clarity regarding who is actually behind its production. It’s painfully obvious that things aren't being handled transparently, and frankly, they can't be... I have this growing fear that because of this lack of oversight, we are looking at a truly serious situation. People are being offered god-knows-what—potentially a complete scam or a substandard product that could lead to catastrophic health consequences. We are talking about an entirely unverified product that lacks any oversight from the relevant Ministry of Health authorities responsible for regulating the manufacturing and sale of medications and medical devices... it's deeply unsettling.

If anyone out there is feeling skeptical, please feel free to reach out to us... QCD@kondor.imp.bg.ac.yu or perhaps visit www.institutepupin.com, specifically the piezotechnology and magnets department... we will send you the original instructions for MAGNETOPLAG in whichever language you prefer, so you can see the facts for yourselves, my dear deceived fellow citizens.

There is one more thing I must clarify. MAGNETOPLAG—and even HEM-PRO, since that is likely just a plagiarism of MAGNETOPLAG, though heaven knows what its actual quality might be—MUST NOT be used in cases involving CANCER. This is because the Magnetic Field within the zone of action increases local metabolism at the cellular level by 100,000 times. It drastically accelerates metabolic processes, and by extension, the progression of the disease. The same logic applies if the Magnetic Field is applied to Polyps; their growth would be drastically accelerated...

PLEASE UNDERSTAND, THIS HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY CONFIRMED BY TWENTY YEARS OF HUMAN TRIALS. There should be no room for dilemma or debate regarding what I have stated here; this is the Truth, and I stand firmly behind it.
Therefore, it is vital that if you are experiencing any issues with your colon, you do not attempt to treat yourself. Instead, consult a proctologist (a specialist in colorectal health). And if the diagnosis is hemorrhoids, take MAGNETOPLAG. I assert absolutely that you will be cured of hemorrhoids. The product has an unlimited shelf life, meaning you can continue to use it even if the hemorrhoids return after several months or years, depending on your specific metabolism, circulation, type of work, diet, and general lifestyle habits. The Manufacturer, naturally, holds safety data sheets for every single component integrated into MAGNETOPLAG.

I hope you have had the patience to read through this. I am a man of my word, and I stand completely behind everything I have written above...

I am an expert in magnetism and magnetic materials. Since 1988, I have overseen the production and development of magnets and magnet-based products for all applications—whether industrial or medical—and I am personally responsible for their manufacturing and quality.

You may contact me via email, telephone, or fax. I will answer any question regarding MAGNETISM and its influence on the environment or human beings with absolute competence...

PLEASE UNDERSTAND, THIS IS NOT AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR MAGNETOPLAG OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT. Rather, this is a response to the falsehoods and misinformation being circulated without any basis, which could lead to serious consequences for impulsive and uninformed individuals.

Timothy Morgan38 said:Factu ointment is really meant for internal hemorrhoids that aren't causing much trouble in the first place...

I dealt with hemorrhoids once, and they were absolutely brutal... I have no clue what triggered it... maybe spicy food, sitting too much, who knows... it had never happened before and hasn't since... I always wash up after every bathroom trip, so it was probably just a bad combo of sitting around and dealing with hard stools from eating too much hot sauce...

But since I went down a rabbit hole researching this stuff, I know a decent amount about how they work...

Anyway, after every single "movement," you SHOULD rinse off—and use very little soap and COLD water, not warm... warm water actually dilates the blood vessels, which basically "feeds" the hemorrhoids and makes them swell more...

The cream I swear by is Dolokain... you can grab it over the counter at any pharmacy... my doctor recommended it to me after Factu failed to do a damn thing...

I was doubled over in pain for about three weeks... couldn't lie down, sit, or even walk... felt like a complete invalid... I had massive inflammation and about 6 to 8 large, swollen hemorrhoids right at the opening...

Once I started using Dolokain, the hemorrhoids actually started BURSTING... I was bleeding like someone had driven a knife into me... the biggest, most inflamed ones popped, while the smaller ones calmed down and shrank, and the swelling finally died down... it all cleared up in about 4 or 5 days...

Since then, if I feel a little sting or itch after washing, I just dab on some Dolokain and call it a day... I haven't dealt with any more pain or bleeding since...

If things are already pretty far along, look for a cleanser called ANSOO... if you use that alongside Dolokain, it works incredibly fast...

So here’s the game plan:
- Clean up with cold water and minimal soap after every bathroom trip (Ansoo is a good option)
- The second you feel any sign of trouble (stinging, itching, swelling), apply a little Dolokain
- Cut out anything super spicy, salty, or sugary... nothing extreme is worth it
- Ditch TOMATOES (fresh or canned) at least until this passes
- Skip the wine, hard liquor, and Coke
- Move around more and sit less... if your job forces you to sit, make sure to get up and walk around the office at least every half hour...

Sticking to these rules is huge because if you catch it in the early stages, you can stop it in its tracks... once you hit that level of heavy inflammation, there's a good chance it'll haunt you for life...

A buddy of mine has a hell of a time with this... he's tried everything under the sun and even looked into cauterization, but nothing helps... when they flare up, he's basically bedridden for two weeks...

Hope this helps...

......
Since you've been through this, I'm hoping you can help me out. I've had this little bump for a while that comes and goes and hurts just a bit. I heard it was an external hemorrhoid and used some cream a friend suggested, which made it bearable. But for the last three weeks—specifically since I got back from vacation—it started bleeding. At first, it was just a tiny bit, but then it picked up. I started using Factu, and it was fine for the first few days, but for the last two days, it's been bleeding like crazy, almost like open wounds. Since you mentioned yours bled too, I'm wondering if this is just the reaction to the ointment where they burst or something. Doctors are telling me they're internal now, since the external ones don't usually bleed like this. Do you know anything about that, or can you give me some advice? Should I keep using the Factu?
Seeing all that blood really freaked me out. Is it actually dangerous? I read somewhere that it could lead to anemia
Thanks in advance

I’m in the exact same boat. I’ve been reading online that Hemorrhoidal Arterial Ligation is a newer technique and supposedly—at least according to the hype—it’s relatively painless. Does anyone have more intel on this? Better yet, has anyone actually had it done? I’d love to hear about the actual recovery experience. Also, does anyone happen to know which hospitals or clinics in the States typically perform this specific method?

Hello, I have just now stumbled upon this forum.
Two days ago, I went to the restroom, passed some gas, and found blood on the paper and the toilet seat. Shortly after that, I had a bowel movement and nothing else occurred.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? Help! Now I am feeling bloated as well. Goodness, what people go through these days.
If anyone has gone through something similar, please advise.

My little one keeps teasing me about this... it’s not just annoying, it’s actually pretty embarrassing. I lose my cool when I'm trying to do gymnastics drills during practice. So, out of all those creams mentioned, which one is actually the best? (I've been being really careful with my diet and staying quite active lately)

After enduring almost eight months of constant, daily pain 😲 following a massive box of Tylenol (which didn't do a thing), and trying every single over-the-counter cream you can find at a local CVS (none of which helped either), it was actually a total overhaul of my diet—switching to low-sodium, bland, non-spicy meals and making sure I had one serving of whole grains every day—that finally made me feel healthy again 😍 And honestly, the most vital part was drinking about twice as much water as I used to, and I am genuinely convinced that staying hydrated played a huge role in how good I feel now.

I don't really track everything too strictly... I try to drink at least 2 liters of water a day, and I make sure to have yogurt and grains, plus breakfast and dinner... I don't drink milk since I'm not supposed to... I avoid heavily seasoned foods... I stay active and work out... but he just won't move. Grrr... :-(
