Look, if the stuff from your local drugstore and some DIY home remedies aren't cutting it—just go see a proctologist. I know, I know, it’s awkward as hell, but seriously...

Not yet.. I haven't actually tried any of the pharmacies just yet :D that’s why I was asking which of these creams is probably the most highly recommended among them all..

Listen, I actually walked into a pharmacy one afternoon and asked them to pull out every single hemorrhoid cream they had on the shelf just so I could see if there was anything left that I hadn't tried yet. Honestly, though, none of those creams that people keep mentioning in these posts really did a thing for me. I think my stress levels played a massive role in how bad things got, too. You know that feeling—where you end up running to the bathroom five times a day because you're so worked up, and every single time you go, you just feel like banging your head against a wall? It’s like this endless, exhausting loop. It wasn't until I finally managed to calm myself down—and it actually took me an entire week of vacation to do it—that things started to settle, especially since I was using everything from aloe vera juice and chlorella to magma and various Ayurvedic remedies. In the end, I just ended up using St. John's Wort and sesame oil, which honestly felt perfectly fine, maybe even better than all those expensive creams I went through. As for the Dolokain, that actually gave me a bit of an upset stomach.

Yeah... I honestly feel my best when I head out to go skiing and just unwind up in the mountains... everything else just fades away... the stress 😢

I've been lurking here for a while now, just reading through everything... I've got hemorrhoids, probably internal ones, but what’s really killing me is this constant itching that turns into an unbearable stinging sensation. Sometimes it's so bad I can barely even sit down...
I had my baby 11 years ago, and honestly, the pregnancy and delivery were totally fine—not a single hemorrhoid in sight. I didn't even know they were a thing back then, though most women deal with them during that time... but since this past spring, things have definitely changed...
It started out with some mild symptoms that I just ignored. Then I tried HEMOPROPIN, which helped a little, and Factu, but that didn't really do much for me—it actually made the stinging worse. I'm constantly using Ansoo, and I'll admit, I go a bit overboard with the hygiene because the discomfort is driving me insane. Over the last month, I've honestly reached my breaking point...
I'm pretty thin, but I have a massive sweet tooth—like, a total sugar addict. I can easily polish off a box of homemade cookies in front of the TV at night, so seeing people talking about chocolate here hits close to home...😲

Two days ago, I went into the pharmacy looking for Dolokain, and the woman behind the counter just stared at me like I was crazy. She told me, "That's not for hemorrhoids, that's an antiseptic," read through the instructions, and I ended up walking out without it.

Now I'm re-reading this thread, and tomorrow I'm going to go grab either Dolokain or that Ultra... (I can't remember the name), which one is better for the skin itself, and how long is it actually safe to use?

P.S. How many people have actually posted here? It feels like maybe only 2 or 3 people have actually gotten rid of their problems, which is... comforting, I guess...😁

You’re probably thinking of Preparation H; that’s stronger than Factu.

But look, you can't use any of this stuff long-term.

Dolokain actually just numbs all those external irritants because it's an anesthetic. It basically works by temporarily and reversibly blocking nerve impulses right where you apply it. You lose sensation in that area—not just pain, but heat, cold, touch, and deep pressure too.

I pulled that straight from a pharmacology site. Basically, if you rub it on those external spots, everything just gets "deadened," which is why you feel better. It's like when you go to a dentist to get a tooth pulled and they hit you with the local anesthetic. You don't feel a thing. That's how Dolokain gel operates.

Factu and Preparation H are vasoprotectives. In plain English, they're drugs that help shrink swollen veins. That's what we're dealing with here. Just in the rear end, not the legs. Using either of them for too long might actually cause stinging or itching.

Try different methods. Maybe some St. John's Wort oil after you make sure to wash up every single time you use the bathroom. It helped Men.

So, my hemorrhoids have been acting up constantly lately. Sometimes, after I wipe following a bowel movement, I notice a little bit of bleeding—nothing huge, just small amounts—and there's this stinging sensation right at the opening. I've been applying some ointment for about a week now, which has calmed things down slightly, but what’s really bothering me is this intense stinging in the skin surrounding the area, specifically that space stretching from the anus toward the testicles.

The last time I dealt with an external hemorrhoid, I used Dolokain cream and it actually helped, but man, that area afterward was itching like crazy! Plus, I noticed that the hair in that specific spot seems to have disappeared, and the skin looks... well, how should I put this? It looks sort of dried out. Now, that dryness is causing this stinging sensation. Does anyone know of a solution for this? I have to admit, I'm quite a worrier when it comes to health issues and stuff like that. Is there perhaps a specific cream for such sensitive skin?

I am asking for any help you can provide
Thanks
😕

I suppose one might find some benefit in soaking the area in water that's quite hot and salted, if you catch my drift.

Have you noticed any changes like cracked skin on your scalp or patches of white, cheesy buildup? Honestly, I suspect that besides the hemorrhoids, you might be dealing with candidiasis—basically a fungal issue. For anywhere it's itching, just apply some Canesten and it should clear up. As for the hemorrhoids, the best ointment you can use is Factu.

Hi everyone, I’m new here—I actually just realized today that there are actual people out there talking about these kinds of issues. I’ve spent some time reading through all 17 pages of your posts... but honestly, I haven't found anything that quite matches my specific situation. What hurts the most is that I’m only 19, and I’m already struggling this much just to use the bathroom. I suspect it’s genetic, though—my dad, my grandmother, my grandfather (who somehow managed to heal himself!), my uncle, and my aunt-in-law all deal with this. Meanwhile, my mom and brother are like clockwork, going two or three times a day. 🤷 And I have to admit, I’m incredibly jealous of them. 😠 Ugh, to get straight to the point: here is my problem. Every single time I have a bowel movement, a little gland about the size of an olive pops out beforehand. It’s quite painful, so once the whole process is over, I wash it with cold water, rinse it with chamomile, apply some Factu ointment, and try to tuck it back in. It is excruciatingly painful. 😲 Then I use a Factu suppository, and the discomfort lingers all day long. It leaves me feeling so irritable and just wanting to cry. I can't even tell if it's internal or external anymore. I saw my doctor, and she referred me to someone at a clinic, but when they tried to perform an exam, it was simply too painful to proceed. So, she sent me to a proctologist instead. The thing is, I’ve heard he constantly has medical students shadowing him, and the idea of having someone my own age performing an exam—only to potentially run into them out in public the next day—is absolutely mortifying. But I know I have to go... my mom is losing her mind over this. My bowel movements aren't regular either; at worst, it's only once every two days, even though I eat pretty healthy. (The one thing I can't resist is my grandma's homemade pizza, but that's maybe twice a month...) So, I am asking anyone who has advice—and I know there has been plenty, and I’ve already noted down all the medicines, ointments, creams, and even the specialists in the city—please, please reach out. I don't see myself reflected in any of the stories here yet. Thanks in advance, and huge congratulations to everyone who has successfully overcome this, just like my grandfather did.

Look, I just have to weigh in on the comment about the students. I'm one of those students, and believe me, you don't need to feel embarrassed. In a year or two, we'll be the ones doing this. If we want to do our jobs RIGHT, we have to learn, and the only way to learn is from doctors seeing actual patients. I'm sure it isn't pleasant at all—partly because you're young and partly because the issue itself is sensitive—but please try to push the shame aside and see the doctor. I really want you to get this resolved as soon as possible. 🙂

This Tylenol and Octal Pharma situation is just like everything else in this damn country. They’re out here charging 50 bucks for a pack of 7 tablets, while in the States, it’s only like 20 dollars. They’re ripping people off four times over—it’s absolutely criminal. I honestly hope one day someone with a seriously bad case of hemorrhoids decides to toss a Molotov cocktail at that company (Octal Pharma) or at least kidnaps the CEO and forces him to swallow every single one of those damn pills deep up his ass. Or maybe just give him a little "aggressive fist" treatment or a few swings with a baseball bat so he can experience those prices himself. Scumbags!!!

Joshua Kim2 said:I used the Tylenol 14 days supply (the larger pack), and I have to admit, everything was completely cleared up after just the fourth day. I couldn't believe it; I felt like I’d never even dealt with chemical issues before. I’d been bleeding for years, and man, it hurt—felt like I had swallowed razor blades, ugh. I tried everything on the market, but nothing worked except Tylenol (now I just take it once or twice a year).
Almost all my friends or acquaintances fully resolved their issues using Tylenol; only one friend mentioned it didn't really do much for him.
I was at stage two. One buddy of mine was at stage four, and over the last two years, he’s gone through 6 or 7 packs of Tylenol, and he’s doing "okay" :-) he hasn't ended up under the knife :), but now he goes through a box every 6 or 7 months...

Um... could someone recommend a good cream I can pick up abroad for these annoying hemorrhoids? I need something... ASAP. If I can just buy a cream and be done with it, I’d really rather skip the whole ordeal of wandering around seeing doctors here.
Thanks 😢

So, I was thinking about this little remedy involving some external hemorrhoid cream—you know, the kind you can just pick up at a local Whole Foods or a similar organic grocery store—and then mixing it with some turmeric spice. I guess if you combine them together, you could actually use the mixture as a topical ointment.😲

Douglas Diaz2... specifically, I need this for Germany. What kind of butter is it? I don't even know how to ask for what I actually need. 😁
Turmeric. Okay, I can manage that. And then I just mix it? What’s the ratio? How many times a day should I apply it? When can I realistically expect to see some improvement?
Ugh. That sounds awful. It hit me pretty hard. Yes, it's external.
Thanks so much, and even more if this actually works. Is it true that this isn't considered a chronic issue?...

When it comes to finding GHI butter, I usually head straight to those specialized health food stores—you know, the ones that focus on organic stuff—or maybe even one of those macrobiotic nutrition shops, which I honestly think would be a great idea for Vani too. It’s essentially thermally processed butter, if that makes sense. Regarding the ratio, I guess I personally tend to mix about three small teaspoons of turmeric (just the spice itself, obviously) for every 100 ml of butter. I really, truly hope you can get this issue sorted out as quickly as possible, because I know just how incredibly painful it can be. Also, please don't overlook what you're eating; I mean, having one grain-based meal every day is pretty much essential, along with drinking plenty of water and cutting out all those heavily seasoned or "unhealthy" foods entirely.

Thanks! I'll figure out how to mix that butter in somehow... You didn't mention the application schedule—three times a day, I assume?..
I'll give up the chocolate, I promise.... 😢

brightranger14 said:THAT PILEX AND THAT PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY ARE JUST LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE IN THIS GODFORSAKEN COUNTRY. THEY SELL IT FOR 50 BUCKS FOR JUST 7 TABLETS, WHILE IN THE US IT COSTS 20 DOLLARS. THEY ARE OVERCHARGING FOUR TIMES AS MUCH—IT'S ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I HONESTLY HOPE SOMEONE ONE DAY GETS SUCH A BAD CASE OF HEMORRHOIDS THAT THEY DECIDE TO THROW A MOLOTOV COCKTAIL AT THAT COMPANY OR AT LEAST KIDNAP THE CEO AND FORCE-FEED HIM EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE DAMN TABLETS UP HIS ASS, OR MAYBE GIVE HIM A LITTLE "FIST" TREATMENT WITH A BASEBALL BAT SO HE CAN BUY THEM AT THE REAL PRICE HIMSELF. SCUMBAGS!!!

You're not wrong; everything here feels more expensive than it does in the States. I actually tried ordering a box through DHL once, and get this—between the customs fees, shipping, and sales tax they slapped on top, it ended up costing me more than if I’d just bought it locally here in the US.
And by the way, they wouldn't even let me import it because there's some new regulation in the European Union saying you can't import tablets 🙂 (unless you're an importer with a specific certificate). We basically just copy everyone else's rules. They ended up refunding me the $52 for the box, but I still got screwed on the shipping costs.😵
