I haven't made any deals with Joshua Kim2, but I can tell you right now: Pilex is the absolute gold standard. After years of pure misery—slathering on every random cream under the sun and enduring those painful, awkward doctor exams—I’ve finally been a happy man for eight full months. For anyone who hasn't experienced these "thick" issues yet, or for those dealing with the massive ones...

Hey everyone,
I’ve been catching up on all the posts in this painful thread and decided I might as well give those Pilex tablets a shot myself. I feel like I've tried everything under the sun, and honestly, surgery isn't really an option for me right now... nothing else has actually made a difference.
While looking for them, I was actually pretty surprised because I stumbled upon two different versions of these Pilex tablets.
1. http://www.hemorrhoid.com/index.htm
This site seems to have the ones people are talking about here, with packs of 7, 10, or 14 tablets ranging from about $30 to $50.
2. http://www.himalayahealthcare.com/products/pilex.htm
But then on this site, there are tablets with the exact same name, except it's a 120-count bottle and the price is only about $3 or $4 for the same thing...

Looking at the ingredients, those three herbs mentioned in the more expensive American version are also in this Indian version under the same name.
Has anyone here actually had a chance to try this Indian 120-tablet pack? I'm curious what your experiences have been like...

A few people I know have tried Pilex Himalaya and they said they didn't notice any real difference. Back in 2007, I was traveling through India and ended up seeing an Ayurvedic doctor (it was interesting—a completely different approach to diagnosis and all that). His name was Dr. Prakash. When he was asking about my medical history, I mentioned how I dealt with hemorrhoid issues using Pilex. He told me straight up that Pilex Himalaya isn't effective because they either don't know how to process or fail to properly prepare the two main herbs... It looks like there might be a reason why the American version is so much more expensive...

I couldn't track down the American version here in Mexico, so I picked up some Pilex Himalaya for about $2.50 to give it a shot. I noticed the dosage instructions are a bit different too... you take 3x2 tablets daily for the first week after meals, and then move to 2x2 tablets for about 4 to 6 weeks. Anyway, if this doesn't do the trick, I'll just head over to the States to find the actual American version and try that instead...

Listen up: THIS IS IMPORTANT!

For those dealing with hemorrhoids, the root cause is a constant state of high blood pressure that causes the veins in the rectum to expand.
Those swollen veins are what we call hemorrhoids.
The only real, permanent fix is to bring that blood pressure back down to a normal level.
Since there isn't a magic pill on the market today that handles this effectively, there’s really only one technique that works:
Flushing out kidney stones using a specific cleansing tea.
And don't bother with that Uvin-H tea!!! (It doesn't actually clear the stones; it just overworks the kidneys, which could lead to total failure)
Go find Hulda Clark's book—"The Cure for All Diseases"—online. It explains everything.

There’s also another home remedy, but honestly, it only works for about 5% of people—specifically those whose issues were caused by extreme physical strain (like during childbirth, for instance).
Take half a plastic container of homemade, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and freeze it.
You want the oil to be thick, but not rock hard. Apply about half a teaspoon of this cold mixture to the area twice a day. Once you've gone through the contents of that little container, you should be healed.

IF THE PROBLEM COMES BACK, YOU HAVE TO CLEANSE THE KIDNEYS OF OXALATE AND PHOSPHATE CRYSTALS!!!

A quick word of advice: stop drinking iced tea. That bitterness you taste is oxalic acid, which creates crystalline kidney stones (which leads to hemorrhoids and, occasionally, kidney failure).

Stones lodged within the nephrons (the actual kidney cells and bodies) can't be removed via surgery because they are far too tiny and numerous. Only Chinese herbalists deal with this successfully.
Through teas, obviously.😛

People under the Libra zodiac sign seem particularly prone to kidney issues—especially women, and even more so if they lead sedentary lifestyles.
Qigong helps supply the kidneys with the energy needed to function, but only teas can soften the stones from the outside. They are the only true cure for these conditions.

Peace be with you!😁

Olivia Lee23 said:You usually find GHI at health food stores here in the States. I think Vani should probably look there too, or maybe some macrobiotic specialty shops. It’s essentially clarified butter. As for the ratio, I used about 3 small teaspoons of turmeric (just the spice) per 100ml of butter. I really hope you get this sorted out quickly; I know how much pain this causes. Also, don't ignore your diet. Having one grain-based meal a day is a must, along with drinking plenty of water and cutting out all that heavily seasoned, junk food.

You can actually make your own butter. Grab two sticks of real butter (not margarine) and simmer them over low heat. Once it hits the first boil, turn the heat down and let it simmer gently while you skim off the foam forming on top.
Once the sediment (those yellow bits) clearly separates from the foam (throw that foam away) and the bubbling stops, strain everything between the foam and the sediment into a different container. That’s your butter.
The sediment and the foam are toxic.

Store-bought butter isn't processed to separate those toxins, so it isn't healthy—though I guess it's still better than a bag of potato chips...
Homemade butter is the FOUNDATION for any remedy in Ayurvedic traditions (Hindu medicine). You mix in any medicinal herb, and that fat becomes a carrier for those ingredients. No preservatives needed, just keep it in the fridge.

Butter is neutral and works to balance Yin and Yang.
It's fat, sure, but it doesn't spike your cholesterol (at least not the bad kind).
BUTTER MAKES YOUR SKIN GLOW.
Butter opens up your pores.
Butter speeds up digestion.
It’s basically biological bleach... it cleans out everything that shouldn't be there.
I use it as a direct substitute for cooking, in doughs, in cakes—everything.
Be cool, BE smart.😁

Bradley Evans31, I get why you're skeptical....
I'd be too.
But before you start dragging this PhD through the mud, maybe try picking up the book, flipping through a few pages—it’s 700 pages, after all—sleeping on it, and then coming back with that signature cynical commentary of yours....
Thanks.😂

Bradley Evans31, if you're actually as smart as you claim, why are you dealing with such terrible health issues?

I just had a graft tissue procedure yesterday—my second one—and I’ve still got at least one more intervention ahead of me.
The first time was three years ago; my dentist covered the area with some kind of plastic material, and the stitches eventually dissolved on their own. He implanted quite a bit of synthetic tissue to create a little cushion under the teeth, which made chewing feel much more comfortable.
Yesterday, he wanted to cover the roots on the lower left side. There was a lot of scraping involved, then he applied some medication and tiny pieces of that tissue before stitching everything up and leaving it completely unprotected. He prescribed antibiotics, painkillers, and a medical mouthwash.
I'm not in any pain, but I have to stick to a strict diet for the next few weeks—basically baby food. Everything has to be soft, nothing spicy, nothing acidic...
They’ll be removing the stitches in two weeks.
That specific spot didn't look nearly as bad as the right side, where the tooth roots are much more exposed. Still, I'm confident the next procedure will go smoothly too.
As for what caused all these problems, it's hard to pin down because there are several factors at play.
Most of us didn't get braces when we were kids, so some teeth end up taking more pressure during chewing, which creates issues over time... or maybe it's aggressive brushing... or grinding your teeth in your sleep...
I have an incredible dentist who uses the most cutting-edge techniques. From what I see online, most people are still getting grafts from their own tissue, whereas mine uses lab-processed human collagen.
My dentist wanted to push the surgery off until after the holidays, just in case there were complications, but I insisted on doing it now so I could recover before heading back to work... plus, I trust him completely.
The only thing hurting is my wallet, because this stuff is expensive.

You know how to navigate the web, but you're clearly struggling when it comes to looking after your health.. 😁

I prefer to think for myself... but I wonder if anyone else actually does...

It’s just your own head playing tricks on you, telling you that someone is... There’s actually a binding court injunction in the US that officially prohibits anyone from making the kind of claims you're spreading on this thread... Maybe they actually had a point... though at the same time, it was back in the spring of 2004... A final court ruling just handed down means she actually has to pay everyone back who bought her stuff because of those fake claims...?

So, your own brain is actually trying to convince you that someone is just sitting there openly lying in their book...

Most of the folks mentioned in those 103 case reports didn't actually have cancer to begin with... and even for the ones who did, they’d usually already gone through the standard medical routine or caught the tumors while they were still in the early stages...In those instances, Clark would declare them fully healed, but since she didn't track their progress once they walked out of her clinic doors, there's really no way for her to actually know how they fared in the long run... There were times when she actually logged patients as being fully cured, despite explicitly noting that they passed away just a few weeks after her treatment...

Most of the 103 people mentioned in Hulda Clark's reports didn't actually have cancer to begin with... and for those who did, most were either using standard medical treatments or dealing with early-stage tumors, though there were times she counted patients as "cured" only for them to pass away a few weeks later...

So, you're actually telling me that *this* is the genius who claims to have a magic cure for every single human ailment... 🤣

An investigator from the Indiana Department of Health and a deputy attorney general dropped by her office undercover for a sting operation... Clark went ahead and tried to diagnose the investigator on the spot, telling him he was positive for HIV but luckily didn't have cancer. She actually claimed she could wipe out his HIV in just three minutes, though he’d apparently just catch it all over again unless he agreed to come back for six more sessions... After ordering some lab work, she realized she'd been caught and suddenly claimed everything she said was just a massive mistake...

An investigator from the Indiana Health Institute paid an undercover visit to her office... She told him she had HIV... then told him she’d cure him in three minutes flat... 😂 ...but I wonder if he’ll actually regret it if he refuses to go through another six rounds of therapy....
Once she found out it was actually an investigator, she admitted she’d gotten it wrong... 🙂

Is that what your own head is telling you...?
Wonderful... 👍

You're absolutely right... I'm actually a humanoid reptile working for the Secret World Government, and I will do whatever it takes to help you expose the Truth to everyone...

This thread is great... I'm going to read through the whole thing, but I just hit page 5 and I can't find—or maybe I just missed it—the actual question: What kind of food is actually good for this, what should I avoid, and do we apply these creams directly to the butt or more on the cheeks and glutes where the redness, swelling, and hemorrhoids are acting up?

Does anyone know if those creams, or anything even remotely similar, are actually available at a CVS or Walgreens?

I think my hemorrhoids were caused by straining during bowel movements, because I was dealing with a total blockage—everything was just backed up.

I got some Dulcolax suppositories, but I’ve run into a bit of an issue.

When I try to insert them, they just won't stay in... I can get the whole thing in, but it won't stay put unless I literally hold it there with my hand. I'm worried that if that happens, they aren't actually doing their job... Up until now, I've been using two suppositories, one every day, but I don't feel like anything is actually improving.

So: 1.) Does the suppository need to go all the way in and stay inside, or is it fine if it's just sitting at the entrance?
2.) Can someone please tell me what foods I should eat and what I should avoid? My doctor told me soups, toast, boiled foods, and plenty of tea are a YES, but tomatoes, peanuts, pastries, and everything else are a NO. I don't usually eat fruit, but I guess I'll have to start if it helps, though I don't know which ones—everywhere I look, it just lists symptoms and treatments without being specific. Am I allowed to have pasta and dairy products? I'm assuming no. Just light food. So please, if someone could explain this clearly to me, I would be extremely grateful.

By the way, I play sports recreationally (I'm 17) and I've never really cared much about what I eat... I always eat normal amounts, but one day I mixed too many things together and, well, here we are... though I suspect genetics might be playing a part too.

Besides those ointments, I heard from Factu that lard is good—does anyone know anything more about that?

Thanks in advance! 🙂

Food is really the most critical part of this whole thing, I guess. Your doctor was spot on when they told you to stick to things that are boiled, light, and completely unseasoned—yes, absolutely YES. You really need to cut out the chocolate, the potato chips, anything fried or breaded, and all that heavy seasoning, plus anything sour, spicy, salty, or carbonated 😁. Basically, you have to eat more like a little kid would. If you're dealing with constipation, then drinking as much water as possible is probably the single most important thing you can do, though maybe it's just one of those vital pieces of the puzzle, and maybe having a serving of grains once a day could help too. I honestly think you'll figure out what's safe to eat and what isn't pretty quickly, because every single time you accidentally eat something you weren't supposed to, you are definitely going to feel 🙄

I mean, you can find those kinds of creams in basically any local pharmacy, I guess, and maybe you could try one containing propolis; it’s quite natural and I feel like it really helps.

I’ve actually been clean from them for about a year now—fixed my diet, switched to cereal in the morning, staying away from spicy food, and making sure I get things moving every morning after a big cup of coffee.

I'm not sure if anyone has brought up those hemorrhoid tablets yet "Detralex? Anyway, they are honestly fantastic, and people who have tried them swear by them. The dosage is usually 2 doses of 3 tablets for 4 days, then 2 doses of 2 tablets for 3 days. For me, once I finished the course, all my issues just vanished. They cost about $32 and you don't need a formal prescription—a doctor's recommendation or a simple over-the-counter suggestion is plenty enough.
