You basically admitted everything yourself there... 😛 😁

Seriously, stop spamming us with those silly ads. You already started a whole different thread just to promote this stuff; this isn't your platform. People come here looking for actual support, and honestly, out of pure spite, I would never buy your low-quality product... 🙂

Is this just some clever marketing ploy, or does the thing actually deliver on its promises?🙄

I've been hearing a lot about Herbalife lately... I know their stuff is solid, but I'm not really sure how much it actually helps with quitting smoking... though they definitely seem to be full of Energy.

I honestly think it works... I stumbled upon this by accident. I know their products are top-tier, but as for how they affect smoking... I HAVE NO CLUE.

Come on, give a guy a break... help a friend out here!

I totally forgot to ask... who’s handling your website design? It’s massive... you've got a ton of links and images everywhere... everything needs to be synced up perfectly.

That BMI tool is solid, though... I've actually seen similar ones on a few other sites before.

I’ve been trying to kick the smoking habit for three weeks now, but I’ve already slipped up twice. Honestly, the hardest part is just sitting at a coffee shop; I don't know what to do with my hands, and the boredom really gets to me. I’ve actually stopped going out for coffee nearly as much as I used to because of it. It's even tougher when I'm out with the crew hitting the bars—I feel like I can't even enjoy a drink without needing a cigarette. Hopefully, things will start looking up soon... 🙂

It’s brutal when I’m just sitting at a Starbucks grabbing a coffee and my hands don't know what to do with themselves—it gets so boring. Hopefully, things will get better soon...🙂

Look, that first month is the absolute worst. I was losing my mind back then. I wouldn't even go out for coffee, and on the rare occasion I did, I made sure to hang out with non-smokers.
If you can just white-knuckle it through those first thirty days, everything becomes so much easier. At least that was the case for me.😁
Anyway, yesterday marked exactly 20 weeks smoke-free for me. Looking back now, it feels like I never even picked up a habit in the first place. I don't even think about it anymore.

I’ve been smoking for ten years now. I tell myself I’ll quit soon, but honestly, the willpower just isn't there when the craving hits—plus, almost everyone I hang out with smokes too.

Man... that's easily the hardest part about quitting. 👎 😲

That’s exactly what gets to me—my whole social circle smokes. I only have one friend who doesn't. When I'm grabbing coffee with her, staying smoke-free is a breeze, but when I'm hanging out with the rest of the crew, it's a struggle.

If you can just power through those initial four weeks, everything gets so much easier. At least that was my experience.😁
Anyway, yesterday marked exactly 20 weeks since my last cigarette. Looking back now, it feels like I never even smoked. I don't even crave them anymore.

I really hope I get to that point soon because the cravings are still hitting me hard. Even right now while I'm typing this, I'm picturing myself lighting one up... it's awful, but I am not giving in.😁

Honestly, I only finally quit smoking once my throat started acting up and the smoke actually became a nuisance... though, honestly, quitting now is probably better than if I’d held out any longer.
And for the record, I don't miss cigarettes one bit.

I’ve fallen off the wagon a little bit—I decided to treat myself, and honestly, I know I shouldn't have, so I really need to 🙂

But I don't feel guilty because I didn't go overboard. I kept it under control, so I'm going to get back on track as soon as possible. I'm actually feeling pretty disgusted by the whole thing, so I'm calling it quits for good starting New Year's Day. 😁

Just to make things easier for you... we dealt with some guy today who’s been smoking multiple packs a day for 40 years. He just suffered a couple of heart attacks and is acting genuinely surprised. When asked if he smokes, he says no—claims he quit three months ago.
😁

Yeah... either way, he's screwed. He basically signed his own death warrant a long time ago.

Still, I don't feel too guilty because I didn't go overboard—I actually found some balance. So, I'm gonna try to get back on track ASAP, mostly because I'm kind of sick of the whole thing anyway. I'm planning to hold out until New Year's. 😁

I'm holding you to that! Though, let's be real, I am definitely not going to be your role model :-) I can definitely give you some pointers, though, since there was a point where I started "treating myself moderately" too... and now I'm basically a walking disaster area compared to before. :-(

Man, I feel you on that—for me, it was always about the crowd I ran with and the bars we hit up. There was always someone lighting up, and the places we went were basically just clouds of smoke. Then, I got this chance to go on a month-long trip, which ended up being the perfect way to totally isolate myself from all that. Even though things were pretty tight financially at the time, looking back, it wasn't even a big deal. I haven't scrolled through the whole thread so I don't know if anyone else brought this up (or if it's even legit), but I was told that the actual physical addiction lasts maybe three weeks or so, and after that, it's all in your head. For me, the absolute worst moments were day two and then right around day seven. That’s when the cravings would hit me so hard I’d just want to grab a pack, take one massive drag, and then chuck the whole box straight into the trash. I actually tried doing exactly that once, but luckily the 7-Eleven was already closed. Between hearing about that "physical withdrawal" phase and having that period of isolation, I managed to kick the habit for good. The only downside now is trying to find a spot in the States where you aren't breathing in secondhand smoke... (it feels like I've become hyper-sensitive to the smell of cigarettes or something).

Congratulate!🙂

Just a few weeks ago, my brother finally kicked the smoking habit too!👋

Around Christmas, he made a huge deal out of it: "Mom, I'm actually going to eat lunch, I'm hungry." When his heart hadn't given out on him yet!!!😁 Hearing those words come out of the mouth of that unknown starving kid I used to know was honestly shocking.🙂
