Matthew Young35 said:Exactly. This whole mobile tracking thing is pure idiocy, especially once word gets out that they're monitoring phones.
On top of that, a huge number of people (myself included) use prepaid cards, so the authorities don't even know who the actual owner is.
A completely senseless measure.

If they really want to track people, they should just give those ordered into isolation an electronic bracelet and call it a day.
Whatever method they choose, it has to actually work... and tracking cell phones isn't the answer.

Look at this—I had no idea this was happening in Europe too; I thought it was just a thing in China and those kinds of countries.

Maybe I could aim for Papi later on, considering the fact that ten days away from the gym and a pretty subpar diet have already taken their toll ☕

They actually tried to push something similar here a long time ago. It's nothing new.
I have no idea why they never pulled the trigger, nor do I know how strictly they actually enforce it in the places where it has already been implemented.

That was mentioned once, then they backed off after a while—can't quite recall the exact reason why.

I know something like that was on the table, but it never really gained any traction.

This could change everything: scientists from Oxford believe that Corona has already been in Britain for two months and that 30 million people have already moved past it.

I’ve been rambling about this on ESPN for three days now, and honestly, here is why we need mass testing. The scale of what the top brass is putting together is actually incredible—better than my wildest dreams, really—with 3.5 million tests already lined up and ready to go.

I mean, I’m a little skeptical about that 30 million figure being through the woods if the virus only showed up in January, but these massive testing drives are going to give us answers to so many questions that right now are just pure guesswork.

Honestly, every single country started rolling stuff like that out right during the heat of the war on terror.

Ribić: Ideas about cutting public sector wages are misguided; we should be taking on more debt instead

👋

I honestly can't help myself here: what an absolute, disgusting piece of trash this guy is!

Go ahead and ban me, I don't even care.

This pathetic excuse for a human being is directly responsible for making life at least 20% worse for every single person living in this backwater hole of a country.
Around here, union leaders act just like Josip Broz Marshall—they aren't going anywhere until they drop dead.

We might just have to take on some debt 👋

And that's only once the people have completely run out of savings 👋

Hey, regarding the testing situation and this whole marriage thing that's lasted 70 years...

So, if you have mild symptoms, they basically just send you home, if I understood that correctly.

But now, say you actually go to get tested, show up with symptoms, and they tell you you're positive... what then? You're stuck at home for maybe 30 days until you can produce two negative tests. You risk $2.75 fines if you get caught outside, and you might lose your job too.

On the other hand, you could just stay home for a few days and nobody would ever know if the symptoms are light enough. You'd be out of isolation way sooner than those people who were actually exposed and forced into quarantine.

Honestly, why would anyone even bother getting tested unless they were panicking or feeling seriously ill? 🤷

At the end of the day, maybe the symptoms are just so minor that you don't even believe you're sick. A little sniffle here, a cough there, and so what? 🤷

Yeah, I saw some stats yesterday showing we only have 29 people hospitalized with moderate to severe symptoms.

Trump is the greatest

I’m finally sitting down to watch Mindhunter on Netflix. I’ve been putting this off for years...

Trump is far too intense 🤣

He, a man who hasn't spent a single day working in the private sector, has the audacity to label everyone else incompetent. It’s honestly infuriating 🙏 I have to wonder what kind of alternate reality those people inhabit.
