Jerry Rogers6 said:The real issue here is that under the guise of "medical treatment" in professional sports, far too many questionable—let's call them shady—substances and methods have been introduced, which have repeatedly proven themselves to be nothing more than blatant doping and nothing less.

I'm not taking sides here, and I’m certainly not rooting for any specific team; I’m just genuinely curious—so I’m asking.

So, is this a taboo subject around here?

🙂

It’s such a taboo subject that I might as well just write out all the dialogues in advance and announce who gets which penalty. I don't see the point in any of this.

That's enough. Steven Wood72 is probably planning to write to the league commissioner to get permission to write about Messi's hormone levels anyway. After that, he'll likely head straight to the Supreme Court, the European Court of Human Rights, UEFA arbitration, UN arbitration, Social Security, and the WHO. We'll find out everything soon enough enough.

Mods, can we just get the El Clasico 12/13 vol. 4, 5 & 6 thread going already? 🤷

The league needs to clear out this circus before things get even more ridiculous... 🙂

Why on earth is trolling being allowed—especially when one of the moderators is actually part of the joke—in a thread about El Clásico, regarding a match that happened years ago and which HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with El Clásico in the first place?

The El Clasico thread is basically just a troll farm now 🤷

The only way you should be getting a card here is if you're actually losing it and being straight-up abusive 🤷

So, Henry Lee8 gave you his answer. Since I scrubbed even the slightest bit of an ad hominem from my side—honestly don't see where the issue lies 🤷

Well, obviously you don't "see" it because you're busy trolling

If this thread is basically an open invitation for trolling, then what’s the issue with me joining in? Or does everyone else get a pass while I don't?

As long as people don't start getting low blows, anything goes... ☕

And honestly, why on earth would anyone allow trolling in any space to begin with? 🤦

Because it’s El Clásico, it's always been a different kind of beast... just something else entirely. 🤷 Fine, let them have their own dedicated threads for other games too... might as well leave at least one little corner where trolling is actually allowed... 🙂

If we want people to actually relax and have some fun here—without poisoning the other threads where that kind of attitude just isn't allowed—we need a dedicated space for it.

darkmarlin16 launched an extensive operation aimed at completely restructuring the PDF.

It’s a shame he has just slightly less than one supporter behind him.

Come on, let’s actually try to stick to the discussion topic regarding American soccer... this offside debate is getting way too heated—honestly, I don't even have the energy to read it. At this rate, it feels more like a rowdy local dive bar where everyone's just looking for a fight ☕

Honestly, I don't think it’s right at all how you guys wiped out my reply to ruggedjackal46—it just isn't cool, period.

I’ve read through this entire debate in this thread.

Hopefully you realize—given how things usually go on sports forums—that these aren't exactly the kind of discussions we see here.🙂

No, I don't get it at all.

Look, I'm just a city guy—an urbanite through and through—who refuses to put my signature on anything the Chicago Cubs claim to be true.

What the hell are you doing? This whole deletion thing is absolutely insane.

You don't seem to get it—debating ethnicity or taking cheap shots at specific groups isn't what this Football forum is for.

Once we reach an agreement, can I reserve a spot to kick off the new Primera thread, Vol. IV?
