Just thought I’d drop a quick heads-up here.
So, I'm looking to part with this brand new, never-worn skirt from ASOS—it's a size 16. Honestly? It’s just way too big for me now. It’s actually out of stock online at the moment and usually goes for about $10.50, though I ended up paying $12 for it. You can check out the full listing and the photo over in the "Miscellaneous" thread—specifically the one for ASOS discards on page 84. Also, my bad if you guys feel like a size 16 doesn't really fit the vibe of this specific thread. I spent years rocking a size 4 in the States, then jumped to a size 6, and even hit a size 8 for a while—which, let's be real, feels like a pretty standard, modern size to me if you're trying to stay trendy.
Mods, if this post is breaking any rules, I am so sorry—just go ahead and delete it.

I just scored a free shipping code for Yours. I'm headed over to see what they've got in stock right now.😁

Yeah, I got that email too.
Are you positive shipping is actually free to the US?
There are some really cute little things I've been eyeing for a while now—but honestly, the sizing situation makes me nervous about ordering.
Supposedly their sizes run pretty generous.

Sure, except that discount only applies if you've already dropped about $40 on unlisted items. Everything I actually managed to find was already marked down 😁

Lisa Myers said:Target carries models like that too. They're longer and they have larger sizes available.

I usually just grab basic household stuff at Target, but I was actually surprised by the selection of tops today. The patterns and cuts aren't terrible at all. There are some really decent pieces.

To be fair, they really do have some normal stuff at Target... a few shirts were actually cute... I even picked up two bras in a 100C and a denim tunic/dress for summer🙂... honestly, I like their bras because they're comfy and cheap.

Is mine up for sale then too? We’re the same size 🤣.

They look great on me, but they don't stay up at all.

Some are comfortable and great, others aren't... I tried yours and it's loose 🙂..
For that price, they're fine since $23 it's not much for a bra.

I found this one at a local Target for just twelve bucks. It provides amazing support, so now I'm buying them in every color.🤣.

I know it doesn't look like it offers much support, and it's wireless—but trust me, it holds everything perfectly.

Of course we don't have that at our local grocery store here...☕.
I'm always a bit skeptical about wireless bras—don't they usually suck? But maybe I should actually try one and see.

I had a similar Triumph one once—it was fine, I guess—but the whole thing was synthetic so I gave up on it pretty fast.
M&S makes excellent bras for larger busts.
I ended up grabbing two myself; cotton ones with underwire.
They’re super cute, comfy, and hold up well in the wash.
They come out of the machine looking brand new.

That shirt is actually pretty nice. I guess I’ll have to check Kik's site to see what else they've got out.
I just checked their website and honestly, I can't find the news. Is it one of these?

Hey, I’ve got another recommendation for an online shop that actually carries larger sizes if you're looking.

http://www.romanoriginals.co.uk/

My two dresses showed up yesterday—it took about ten days from when I clicked "order"—and honestly, I am absolutely thrilled with them. So yeah, definitely give them a look! 😍

They deleted my photo 🙂:.

Basically, no, I don't see the picture online—but this is plus size. They go up to 5XL. These aren't those "small" sizes that stop at a 14; they strictly run from 1XL to 5XL.

They also have some pretty beige options in those same sizes and similar cuts, but I was dead set on black.

There’s actually a great selection of tees and tops too. The fabrics are decent and the cuts are modern. They've definitely leveled up lately. If I had more cash, I’d grab way more stuff. It wasn't like this before.

I'll second what kik said... the latest summer collection is actually cute. There are plenty of pieces that don't look overly "girly," which is usually the problem—the more models they have, the worse it gets.
Quick shop report: at Ulta, I saw some decent slim jackets and swimsuits, and Marks & Spencer has a really nice selection too. I even wandered into Monsoon over at the mall; they have gorgeous dresses and everything, but the prices are insane. To each their own, I guess. 🙂
Oh, and a little win: I found two pairs of amazing black cotton pants at M&S. There you go. 🙂

So, I was at Marks &Spencers the day before yesterday and found this gorgeous top—honestly looks more like a blouse—marked down from $100 to just 80.
It’s basically perfect for work with some tailored trousers.
It hangs really nicely too—and even though it's viscose, it doesn't have that annoying, limp look most viscose stuff gets.
And yeah, despite being a bit busty, the size 16 fit me perfectly.
They have a few more options there, plus some dresses and different styles over at Westgate.
...the new collection is lovely, too, but I'm holding out for the sale.

Can you post a picture of those pants? I’ve been hunting for good black cotton pants forever, but honestly, stuff at M&S always feels kind of small to me, I don't know... I’d probably need a US size 18 or whatever their 22 is.
One time I was looking at blouses and it said size 24, but there was no way that was actually a 24...
I’m not from around here, though—which mall has the M&S? I’ve only ever been to the one in the Westgate area.
