Like, what are the training sessions really like, how are the instructors, and what's the membership fee situation...
Also, do you guys think Krav Maga is actually a good choice for women?

Good, honest people—especially Tyler Edwards53. Everyone there is great. Definitely recommend it for women.

So, I was over at the community sports center last night hanging out with Sasha. Honestly? The workout was killer. Like, 10/10 satisfied, but man... 🙂
It was super intense. And look, I'm definitely not in peak physical shape right now, so I actually had to take a quick breather halfway through. Just once, maybe.
Plus, I’m apparently still a total klutz when it comes to using a jump rope. I could already see the looks on everyone's faces when they saw me struggling with it. Probably embarrassing, I guess. 🤣
Anyway, that’s the update! Just get out there and do it.
