Yeah, I caught a whiff of it at LimeLight—not totally sure about the exact milliliter count, but it didn't seem massive, maybe like 30-50ml? Anyway, go check out 🙂 , but honestly, it’s overpriced just because everyone’s talking about it right now.

Bottom line: it’s not really a perfume for someone super young, so it kind of depends on how old she is. I’m creeping up on thirty myself, so I don’t even touch it (yet). 😁

If you're buying for a younger girl, maybe grab her something soft like a Kenzo (Flower) or maybe some Cacharel (Amor Amor)... or if she’s into sweeter stuff, even a cheaper Lolita Lempicka would work. Just tell the sales clerks 🙂. But definitely skip that Chanel for her.

Yeah, I totally get where you're coming from, because while Chanel No. 5 is definitely such an iconic and classic scent, it feels more like something meant for women in their later years... I probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone younger at all...

So, what would you suggest for a 21-year-old? 🙄I'm pretty clueless when it comes to this stuff—😁not really my area.

I don't know—maybe I’m just getting old, or maybe I’ve just seen this movie too many times before. People always come around with these grand ideas, acting like they’ve stumbled onto some profound truth that everyone else missed. It’s the same pattern, over and over. You see it in the news, you see it in the streets—that desperate need to be "different" or "enlightened." Honestly? It usually just feels like noise to me. Just more clutter in an already crowded room. kaže:
Honestly, if you think Chanel No. 5 is the peak—it’s just not. You're better off looking for something else entirely. 😉

I need to pick up some birthday presents... I was browsing around the other day—I've got about 20 different colognes in my collection now—and realized I'm still missing this one. 🙂 What would I recommend? Honestly—that depends entirely on what you’re looking for. If you’re asking for life advice, I’d say keep your expectations low and your coffee strong—it makes the inevitable letdowns a lot easier to swallow. But if you mean something specific—a book, a movie, a place to grab a burger—you’re going to have to give me a little more to work with. I'm not exactly a mind reader, though I've been told I have my moments. So, lay it on me. What's the context? 😁

That scent is way too overpowering for her—not to mention it's totally overpriced, if you ask me...

I think driftingcrane13 mentioned some decent options earlier. Why don't you list a few she already owns? Take that list to the ladies at the department store—they'll get the vibe—and just find something in that same realm; sweet, fruity, floral, or heavy... whatever her style happens to be. 🙂

Does anyone happen to know where in the city I can find those paper photo corners? You know, the kind you use for scrapbooking albums? 🙂

You used to be able to find those at the old Photo Lab over on Broadway😉 or just try that specialized camera shop right off Millennium Park—they carry absolutely everything under the sun.👍

I picked up some supplies at the local Target over on Main Street 😁—about 1,000 units (a lifetime supply, 😂) for roughly $13... they’re actually quite impressive because they aren't those flimsy paper versions; since they're made of clear film, you can see the entire image clearly 😁

So, anyone seen anything like this around the States? It’s a BB gun—not total junk like those cheap Chinese ones you find everywhere, but not crazy expensive like high-end GBB or pro airsoft gear either. Let me know what you think. Thanks. 😛

Hey!

I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can still pick up a dog tag chain around here that hasn't been engraved yet.

I'm based in New York City.

So, you've got that whole situation going on at the local shopping center with all that... you know, it’s kind of a struggle, and then on the left side you've got 😛

So, I’m looking for some Teflon sliders—you know, those little things you attach to furniture so it glides across the floor without scratching everything up.

I’ve already hit up Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, maybe a couple of specialized shops too, but nothing. Honestly, the only Teflon I’ve actually laid hands on is the coating on my non-stick skillet, lol!

I did track down two wholesalers that sell them in bulk, but the minimum order is 1 kg, which comes out to about $50.

If anyone happens to know where I can just pick up a small pack of these, I’d really appreciate the tip.

Thx!

Hmm, okay, but which street am I on once I start heading up there?

I saw some stuff like that over at Home Depot—you know, the automotive tools and everything—but I couldn't tell if they were actually Teflon coated 🤷, or just basic, run-of-the-mill junk. Honestly, I wasn't really looking that closely.

So I’m stuck in this total loop trying to figure out where on earth to grab their gear. is obviously dead in the water, and from what I can see, there isn't a single reseller in the US either?
Most of those international distributor sites they list on their own page (http://www.ziplinq.com/contactus/Resellers.aspx) aren't even working, and the German distributor is absolutely highway robbery—most of their stuff is priced two or three times higher than what you'd pay in America.
Sure, there's a ton of resellers over in the States, but only a handful actually carry a decent variety of Zip-Linq products (and none of them are like that German guy, if you catch my drift), plus they actually take PayPal and ship internationally. But then you run into the massive headache of insane shipping costs compared to the actual price of the item, not to mention the whole gamble with customs and import taxes.
Look, I get it, there are other manufacturers making retractable cables, but nobody comes close to matching Zip-Linq's lineup.
And honestly? Even the official Zip-Linq site doesn't show everything they actually make. Like, check out this specific one that caught my eye:
http://www.ziplinq.de/images/ZIP-DATA-P13.jpg
So, does anyone know a reseller in the US or maybe someone in Europe with reasonable prices? Ideally, someone who actually stocks a full range like the original site instead of just two or three basic items? Or am I just doomed to order directly from America?

I recently had the chance to sample this particular whiskey brand—and while I’m guessing it’s on the budget side of things (judging by the bottle), the liquid itself was actually excellent.
I’m curious if anyone here has come across this label before—and if so, where might one track it down?

image

This would be the bottle in question.

Thanks in advance for any leads.
