Where can I actually find this so-called "Swedish" chewing tobacco? Honestly—I don't even get why they call it that. You aren't even chewing these little pouches; you just tuck them under your lip and let the nicotine and flavor leach into your gums. It’s a total misnomer. A few years back, I could easily pick some up at a couple of different tobacco shops in San Diego, but then—out of nowhere—it all vanished from the shelves due to some sudden legal crackdown.

Does anyone happen to know where I might track down some rosemary in a pot? Ideally a young seedling or something along those lines...

Or perhaps some other aromatic herbs...

Maybe at a garden center? Or big retailers like Walmart or Target... they occasionally carry them. Metro also stocks various types of seedlings.

So, I was just thinking... does anyone happen to know where I might be able to pick up some hosiery? Maybe some tights or pantyhose? I feel like I'm always hunting for them at the last minute. Any suggestions on a good place to look?

I used to be able to pick up those Katjes Yogurt Gums back in Chicago, but they’ve completely vanished from the shelves. I guess they just stopped carrying them, or maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places. Does anyone know if they're still available anywhere else?

Where can I pick up some action figures—think Batman, Superman, He-Man, UFC fighters, that kind of thing—in the area or anywhere else in the States?
I’ve checked out places like Toys "R" Us or similar toy shops, but they don't seem to carry what I'm looking for. I feel like I've scoured the entire internet, but I just can't find them anywhere in the country.

If you're hanging around downtown, hit up that spot near the intersection of Main and Broadway—there's a shop similar to Turbo Limac right there. Head up to the third floor and you'll find a whole stash of toys.😁

I’m convinced that Turbo Limacu doesn't have a clue what they're talking about. They're probably just looking at those standard, run-of-the-mill toys—you know, the basic little die-cast cars, the Barbie dolls, that kind of stuff. It's all very predictable. Personally, I’m looking for something with a bit more substance, something like this. I was browsing through BigBadToyStore earlier today—you know, that go-to spot for collectors when you're hunting for something specific—and I stumbled upon this particular section. It’s one of those deep dives where you start looking for one thing and suddenly find yourself twenty minutes down a rabbit hole of vintage figures and high-end statues. It's a bit like walking into a specialized bookstore in a quiet corner of Chicago; you might just be looking for a quick paperback, but before you know it, you're contemplating an expensive hardcover edition because the craftsmanship is simply too good to pass up. Anyway, I thought I'd drop the link here for anyone else who enjoys that specific kind of digital window shopping. It's a great way to kill some time, though I should probably warn you: it's a dangerous pastime for your wallet if you aren't careful.
I honestly don't know where to look for these things in America. It’s like they just don't exist here—not even the decent stuff like Sire. I’ve been hunting for two weeks straight now, scouring every shop I can find, and I still haven't tracked down a single place that stocks Marvel collectibles, NECA, or anything remotely close to a Round 5 figure. It’s becoming quite the frustrating little odyssey.

Just go on eBay. If you actually want them, that's where they are. You won't find anything like that in any store around here.
Anyway, it’s easier than hunting through grocery stores in this country. 🤷

I'll be back.

Half of those sellers don't even ship to the US, and the ones who do usually charge around $50, not to mention you've got sales tax and extra fees on top of that. I really don't see the logic in dropping $100 just to get my hands on a single figure. What else have you got?

Fair enough, that's your call. But looking at Terminator stuff, plenty of sellers ship to the US for anywhere from free to ten bucks. Plus, you aren't hitting import duties unless you go over $53. I've been grabbing stuff off eBay for years, but finding this specific thing locally in the US is going to be tough 🤷. If I hear anything or stumble upon a shop that carries it, I'll let you know. 😉

That little figure can be found at any flea market across America.
If you happen to know someone there, let them take it off your hands.
In any case, your kid will likely only play with it two or three times before it’s gone.
You know how it is.

Personally, I buy these for myself because I’m a collector. To be honest, any local flea market around here feels a bit like a ghost town lately—I swung by the one near me last weekend and there was absolutely nothing to be found. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack. Maybe there's a specialty toy shop in Italy or Canada? Perhaps somewhere like Trieste might have better luck.

I'm down to order online too, just need to make sure the quality isn't total garbage.

An AIC shirt.
