They explain everything before the surgery, of course ๐Ÿ™‚.

Honestly, you shouldn't believe a single word they say. You really need to double-check everythingโ€”just so you actually know how much, when, and where you'll be passing gas once you're recovering from surgery...

Good grief

How would we know?

From the belly button, I guess. ๐Ÿ™„ ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

One lady had that derm-something ๐Ÿ˜ณ and went in for a laparoscopic procedure. It turned out fine. ๐Ÿ™‚ It just took them a little while to figure out what they were actually dealing with. ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

And why is this so freaky to me... It can hold everything found in the dermis, from skin and hair follicles down to sweat glands, and those cysts are usually packed with sebum. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Hey, I was just sitting here thinking about how crazy everything feels lately, you know? Like, one minute you're cruising along, totally fine, and thenโ€”bamโ€”everything shifts. I guess I'm just overanalyzing things, maybe, but I can't help it. Itโ€™s like life just throws these random curveballs at you when you least expect them. I don't know, man. Just one of those days where my brain won't shut up about stuff that probably doesn't even matter. Anyway, just venting, I guess! Hope you guys are having a better one than I am. kaลพe:
Hey, brisknomad6, listenโ€”you gotta just go ahead and drop some cash for a belly button piercing, okay? Seriously, if you do that, I think youโ€™ll end up scoring a free one or something. I guess it's like a deal or whatever, maybe? Just saying! ๐Ÿ˜‰

๐Ÿคฃ Hey, hey! I was just thinking about you, babe. Seriously, I really hope everything is going okay on your end today. I mean, I know things can get super hectic, right? So, I guess Iโ€™m just checking in, maybe a little bit because I miss our chats, or whatever. Anyway, just wanted to send some good vibes your way! Catch you later? ๐Ÿ˜

I mean, I guess Iโ€™ll just be doing all that, even if itโ€™s made of pure gold or whatever. Maybe? Honestly, I'll get there. ๐Ÿ˜ Ugh, honestly? I feel like Iโ€™m allergic to anything that isn't 100% pure. Like, if itโ€™s even slightly sketchy or just... messy? My whole system basically goes into full meltdown mode. I can't deal with the clutter, the fake stuff, or anything that feels "off." If it isn't crystal clear and totally legit, I'm just out. I guess I'm just one of those people who needs everything to be perfectly, undeniably clean, you know? It's kind of a struggle sometimes, I guess. ๐Ÿฅณ

Hey, so I was just thinking... do you think Dr. Nazicat could, like, just go ahead and throw in some liposuction while they're already working on that little incision? I mean, since theyโ€™re already in there doing the work, right? Maybe it makes sense to just get it all done at once? I don't know, I guess it's worth asking. ๐Ÿ˜

I mean, I guess theyโ€™ll probably just end up hiking it up, right? Like, it's almost inevitable at this point. Maybe? Honestly, I feel like itโ€™s just gonna happen. ๐Ÿ˜

Grab yourself some high-end, premium B6 Complex vitamins. Seriouslyโ€”itโ€™s a total game changer. Ever since I started taking them, my cycle has been perfectly smooth. Before? It was basically a horror movieโ€”Iโ€™d be passing out from the pain and just howling at the ceiling.

Honestly, you really ought to be taking some vitamin Eโ€”whether you're getting it from wheat germ oil or just popping those Omega-3 capsules ๐Ÿ˜‰. It makes a world of difference, trust me.

It doesn't bother me every single time I have it, but when it does hit, it absolutely wrecks me.
I read somewhere that there are actually exercises you can do to fight off THAT kind of pain.
I really hate taking pills.

Honestly, I think you'll need medication to get those pains under control. Btw, are you on any birth control?

Not anymore. I never felt sick while I was drinking, but since I started the pills, itโ€™s happened more often than not.

It doesn't have to be this way. Honestly, Iโ€™ve been feeling worse ever since I started taking these pills, but I guess it's still somewhat tolerable ๐Ÿ™‚
Chamomile is probably your best bet ๐Ÿ‘ Though, if things get really nasty, a solid painkiller might help too ๐Ÿ˜‰

I just lie there and let myself sinkโ€”think of it like wrapping a warm towel around my midsection and pulling a heavy duvet over me. I curl up into a tight fetal position, and usually, within about half an hour, the whole thing passes.

Chamomile is probably best.๐Ÿ‘ Maybe take an Advil if things get really nasty.๐Ÿ˜‰

Thatโ€™s wrong. Chamomile actually makes the cramping worse, I think. You should probably go with mint; it helps settle everything down.๐Ÿ™‚

hiddenorca25 said:Thatโ€™s simply not right. If you ask me, chamomile actually seems to cause even more cramping; you're much better off reaching for some peppermint, as that's what actually settles things down. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thatโ€™s exactly how I see it. For those milder aches and pains, I find that a simple cup of peppermint tea does the trick quite nicely.
And if the pain starts acting like it actually owns the place, I just reach for some Voltaren Rapid. ๐Ÿ‘

P.S.: For those women who deal with periods that aren't just inconvenient, but feel more like a monthly marathon of enduranceโ€”heavy, painful, and seemingly endless.
Itโ€™s quite common to see oral contraceptives prescribed as a therapeutic tool, particularly when doctors opt for the more potent formulations to manage specific hormonal imbalances.
Itโ€™s essentially like taking something like Triquilarโ€”you know, those types of medications designed to address specific physiological imbalances.

Iโ€™m actually the exact opposite. Either Iโ€™m pacing around the room or doing laps like a crazy person, though that was a long time ago... mostly, what works for me is laying with my head buried in a pillow and my hips elevated. Yeah, I know, looks ridiculous, but honestly? Itโ€™s the only thing that takes the edge off.

Or maybe try to just... relax the muscles? Like, bear down on your stomach, sort of like you're pushing through it... that might help too.

So, basically, I was supposed to just be lying around and taking it easy for the last ten days, like, totally resting ๐Ÿ˜ฌ
but ugh, I seriously lost my freaking mind after only half a day ๐Ÿ˜...

Yeah, they exist, and theyโ€™re called crunches.๐Ÿ˜

I don't know, chamomile works just fine for me.๐Ÿ˜‰
