And then you have the father, who’s out there bringing up divine laws as if we haven't heard that particular sermon a thousand times before. 😁

If people still can't wrap their heads around what's actually happening here, then frankly, I don't think anyone can help them.

Honestly, that’s hardly breaking news, especially when you consider how little oversight there actually is regarding what kind of junk we're importing and where those masks are even coming from.

But hey, instead of looking at the actual regulations, everyone would rather just nitpick every single word and tear these people apart, right?

Honestly, I wish five parents had just stepped up and told the school that making kids carry 25-pound backpacks all day was a bad idea, or offered any other logical reason to push back. But instead, they're all just complaining about having to wear a mask for three minutes while walking from one building to another. 😂

"Look, if Nicholas provides a doctor's note saying he can't wear a mask, we'll adjust, obviously. But his father already stated Nicholas is perfectly healthy. So, clearly, there’s something else going on here."

Governor kolar—a professional slacker and a total lightweight when it comes to booze—just let it slip. A healthy kid somehow *has* to wear a mask? These people don't have a clue what they're talking about anymore. Honestly, the principal, the educators, and the psychologists should be fired immediately via an emergency procedure. They shouldn't be allowed near kids ever again because they're actively sabotaging both their education and their basic development.

Nicholas, I've got to hand it to you. At just 13 or 14 years old, you're already staring down a broken system trying to turn you into a mindless follower. It's easy to see who's been a troublemaker since they were little; some people are born just to be scapegoats for bad bosses, while others actually use their brains. Out of 307 students, if they weren't all such cowards, at least 100 of them would be standing right there with you.

nimbleranger17 said:I've been trying to have a serious sit-down with his parents, basically pleading with them—considering all 307 other students are dutifully wearing masks in the hallways—that this 308th student should probably do the same while navigating the halls. "I should point out that he was perfectly fine wearing a mask all through last year, and that included during actual class time, not just when walking through the corridors," Governor kolar told Yahoo.

"The kids at this school don't need to wear masks during lessons because there’s plenty of social distancing in place. So, technically, that student only needs to bother with a mask for about thirty seconds until they step into the classroom," kolar remarked.

As I've mentioned before regarding the kids, wearing a mask isn't some massive burden for them, nor does it get in their way. And clearly, it wasn't an issue for this particular child throughout the entire previous school year either...

So, did someone actually ask them, or did some omnipotent mind reader just decide what they were thinking?

So we're expected to just throw our hard-earned money away to satisfy someone else's religious beliefs?

It makes zero sense.

Nancy Williams58 said:Pure stupidity, man... they don't need to do it in the classroom because there's plenty of space... yeah, right, because everyone knows air only stays within a meter or maybe a meter and a half of the person breathing, and that's it... air in a classroom just doesn't mix.

It's absolute garbage, and honestly, it goes for you people here trying to justify this too. You work with kids, you mold them from such a young age, you total idiots, all just to teach them one single thing—how to be obedient, even if what you're being told to do is completely brainless and makes zero sense.

Yeah, that's how we move into the future, isn't it? This is our children that we're going to "teach a life lesson"...

Let me say it again—this is just human incompetence, not actual epidemiology or professional science.

I couldn't agree more.
It’s Idiocracy in full effect.
Trying to come up with excuses for why I don't want my kid forced into wearing a mask is just as pointless as wearing one just for the sake of appearances.
Even Šimetinka basically admitted people wear masks just because they don't want to stand out and want to feel like part of the "team."
Honestly, this whole COVID situation has lost any connection to an actual public health threat in every aspect, except when they need to label anyone who speaks up against this nonsense and performative stupidity.
But then again, what else can you expect from people who rush to get vaccinated just to satisfy the requirements for a COVID pass?

"Are we still living in the USSR?" one of the anti-maskers asked Yahoo.

If we were actually living in the USSR, everyone would have been vaccinated ages ago and we wouldn't even need masks.☕

Whataboutism isn't a valid argument, so give it another shot and try to be more convincing next time...

Do you actually realize a mask isn't just a random scrap of fabric, but rather material that's been treated with all sorts of chemicals? Since a massive amount of these masks come from China—a place famously dedicated to human health and environmental standards—it wouldn't be out of line to harbor some doubts about them, would it?

I'm not jumping to any conclusions since I haven't done a deep dive into the research myself, but honestly, the way you've become so incredibly narrow-minded ever since you switched over to "the dark side" is just revolting.

Susan Martin4 said:Honestly, I just feel for the kid. Who knows what's actually going through his head with all this chaos?

edit

Aha, so he doesn't even want the mask himself—he’s actually leading the charge against them. It’s not like the parents are forcing him; he’s the one driving it.

He just thinks and acts exactly how they tell him to back home.
Rachel Barrett8 said:No student needs a doctor's note to skip masks; there isn't even a law like that.

It's more like it exists in the minds of religious fanatics. It’s as if you need a rosary just to enter a school building or a signed permission slip from Bozanić—it all ends up being the same thing.😁

Taking shots at the most vulnerable people? It's pathetic and honestly just sad.

Everything is fine, I suppose—but one really needs to choose a mode of engagement. Sometimes, diplomacy is simply more effective than the sword.
David Palmer5 said:It’s pretty obvious they have way too much free time on their hands. 😁

A little girl started feeling sick at school, and she was practically begging for someone—anyone—to go out and find her mom because she was terrified of the protesters outside. "It’s an uncomfortable situation, but we are doing our absolute best to handle it," said the principal, Samson Štibohar.

When they arrived at the school, those protesters were actually pulling on kids' sleeves, telling them they shouldn't be wearing masks.

It is just absolutely surreal that this kind of thing is happening in a country like America. I honestly thought people here were civilized enough to realize that staging these kinds of unhinged protests right at schools and on school grounds is crossing a line.
It blows my mind that there isn't more outrage over this back home. This is completely unacceptable. Harassing children under the guise of "divine laws" and claiming masks are "carcinogenic"? I truly cannot wrap my head around how any sane person could support this madness.

Is there actually any video or photo evidence for these claims, or are we just supposed to take the word of some corrupt bureaucrat...?

Anyway, he nailed that first sentence with some pathetic lyrical motif about a crying little girl... clearly got an A+ in propaganda class.

Personally, I find it unbelievable how many idiots out there just swallow whatever garbage comes out of some fake news mouth.

Like that story from the other day about the "janitor ending up in the hospital because she saw people without masks." 🍿

That whole shift from "unmasked is bad" to "masked is bad" is hilarious. If you had walked into a public building in France just two or three years ago wearing a mask, you would've been tackled to the floor by three SWAT officers in full tactical gear.

Back then, janitors were the ones passing out in the aisles because they saw people *wearing* masks.

Because apparently, the janitor goes home and sleeps with her husband while they're both wearing masks.

So, first it was the doctors, then the infectious disease specialists from the major hospitals, and now we’ve moved on to targeting the hospital directors themselves. It feels like we’ve spiraled into this intense, almost militant radicalism in how people are forming their opinions. I mean, seriously, after exhausting the list of politicians, epidemiologists, virologists, physicians, nurses, journalists, even the cleaning staff—now even the administrators are being pulled into this supposed "agenda"...

Who’s next on the hit list? The local cashier at the bakery? Some waitress working a shift at a diner?

Why don't you try explaining to us how a principal can just decide whether or not to enforce mask mandates in the hallways, or how some schools simply chose not to implement them at all without facing any penalties or seeing their leadership replaced... What does any of that actually have to do with epidemiological measures?

Wobbie and the rest of them are actual scientists, which stands in stark contrast to your worthless, quasi-logical arguments that are bordering on pure trolling.

If life is hitting you that hard since you've lost all your income and aren't allowed to work, we could always set up a GoFundMe campaign to bring back the old Profitera. Even though I'm stuck in the same boat as you, I'll be the first to chip in, because unlike you, I actually value my own integrity, even when things get difficult... ☕

The saddest part of this whole mess is that the Secretary just bailed without fixing anything, leaving some small-town crony like Samsung Š. out on the limb to scramble for propaganda on his own...

Even a communications director would be facepalming at this level of amateur hour.

It is truly staggering how far some of you have gone; I'm sitting here watching this footage of people storming into a school, completely disregarding the campus rules and the federal mandate requiring adults to wear masks while inside.

Here is the video: https://www.yahoo.com/news/article/...u/2303859.aspx

Poor kids are just standing there by the entrance, unable to even get into their own school because of these ten scientists.🤦 🤦

Anyone who actually supports this isn't living in reality. This kind of harassment toward children is something we haven't seen in this country before. At least, I don't recall a time when a mob would just break into schools in America.

So, blocking school access for a few moments just because some adults are bickering over something is "harassment unlike anything we've ever seen in America"? Really? 🤣

Exactly. You just don't see this kind of chaos happening in our schools. At least in my own experience living here in the States, I’ve never once witnessed—nor even heard a whisper of—some group of ten adults just wandering into a school building without authorization. In a properly functioning system, everyone knows exactly who is allowed on campus and when they’re permitted to step foot inside the halls.
