No, you have the full amount available on both cards. Obviously, if you spend $100 out of $100, you’ll still have $200 left on either one. You can't double-dip on the

I wonder if that cash deposit cap of $667 per transaction is just a permanent thing, or if they eventually bump it up after you've used the bank a bit more?

I'm not entirely sure if they've raised the limits lately, but I remember heading over to a 7-Eleven once to pay $667 + $333 and everything went through without a hitch

It’s just such a hassle when you're trying to move a larger chunk of cash, like my $2000 situation, I guess. You basically have to split the whole thing into three separate transfers because the daily limit is so tiny.

Has anyone here actually picked up a PayPal card? Also, how does the online payment part work if my personal info isn't listed on the card itself?

But they do. Once you link the card, the app pulls your data automatically—it doesn't matter if your name isn't printed on the physical card. You’re still manually entering the number, expiration date, CVV, and your full name.

Has anyone ever tried shopping online from Target? I couldn't get my verification to go through no matter what I did—it was so frustrating! And honestly, I only picked it up because of those Visa discounts they sometimes run... you know how it is, right?

Sure, I've been at this for years... handled Visa, Mastercard, all that... plus, I used to be a conductor

I’m talking about that PayPal card you pick up at a local 7-Eleven for $10... I tried moving some cash onto it, but the transaction just wouldn't go through. On the other hand, my Chase Visa worked like a charm every single time

ah, my apologies... I didn't realize we were discussing AirCash specifically. I merely caught sight of 😁

So, I just stumbled upon an ad for AirCash and went ahead and installed the app—though I haven't pulled the trigger on getting the actual card yet, mostly because I want to do a little digging first.
I’ve been scanning through some reviews on the Play Store—you know how it goes, some people love it, some people hate it—and honestly, reading a company's own website is basically just listening to them brag about themselves, isn't it?
Anyway, rather than scrolling through this entire Topić thread to get a sense of things, I figured I’d just ask you guys directly! Maybe someone can help me clear up a few things?
- Can I actually use the app or this card to pay my online bills—like, say, ConEd or my AT&T bill—without having to set up a recurring payment or physically trek out to a gas station or a convenience store?
- Is it possible to link this thing to a PayPal account? And if so, how does that work? I mean, doesn't PayPal usually require some sort of verification number or ID check to get everything synced up?

The card probably wouldn't be my go-to for sending or receiving money—who knows, maybe it would—but my main goal is strictly online shopping and paying bills.
Ever since they tightened up the rules at the local post office, getting anything done there feels like a mission impossible! Plus, the nearest corner store is a good 30 miles away from me, so being able to handle this stuff online would be a total lifesaver.
I’m at the gas station all the time anyway to fuel up, so I could always just load some cash onto the card there.

When it comes to paying your bills, you don't even need to pull out a card. There's an option right on the home screen called "Scan and Pay."
Right now, they aren't even charging any fees for bill payments.

Wait, just so we're on the same page here—when you talk about paying these bills, are you referring to doing it all online through the web, or are you thinking more along the lines of physically heading down to a local 7-Eleven or a gas station?

I’m not even sure I follow the question... You just scan the 2D barcode on the bill, and the amount gets pulled straight from whatever balance you’ve got sitting in your PayPal account.

I was wondering if this specific bill—say, an Exelon utility bill—can be paid entirely online via something like online banking, or am I stuck having to drive down to a local convenience store? Honestly, trekking to a shop is a bit of a hassle for me; the nearest one is about 20 miles away, and the gas stations in my neck of the woods don't accept paper payment slips.

I know how to scan a barcode, but can I actually use my phone to scan it and complete the entire transaction right then and there without leaving my house?

P.S. Is it possible to link this card to a PayPal account?

I mean, why don't you just hit that "Scan & Pay" button and see what it actually asks for? You just point the camera at the bill—or maybe just upload a screenshot from your library if you're feeling lazy.

Look, like I mentioned in my very first post—I haven't actually pulled the trigger on buying the card yet! I want to figure out how the whole thing works first, which is exactly why I decided to ask around here and see if anyone has any actual experience with it.
When I clicked on Scan and Pay, it asked me for permission to access the camera,

If I pay my bill using PayPal, can I get a PDF receipt that I can print out?
Also, when I make a payment, does it pull directly from my card, or do I need to load funds into my account first before I can cover the bill?

Yeah, you can.

You gotta top it up first.

When I’m using the Venmo app to settle up a bill, how long does it actually take for the transaction to clear—you know, until it officially shows up in the recipient's account?
I’m just asking purely for peace of mind—say, if a bill is due by the 15th of the month and I go ahead and pay it on the 14th—what if there’s a delay of, say, five days? I'd hate to be hit with a late notice or unnecessary interest charges just because the system was lagging!
