It’s pretty much just like a standard wire transfer, I guess, where it usually clears in like an hour or two if you're doing it on a weekday.

If I use two different cards, how does the balance actually split up?
Can I put, say, $33 on one card and another 200 on the second if my total wallet balance is 300?

1.) How long does the physical card actually last? The PayPal pages mention some expiration date where you have to swap it for a new one, but I couldn't find how long that window is—and if there’s a fee for getting a replacement $10.
2.) I also saw somewhere that the bill pay fee is flat at $1.25. So, am I really paying the exact same fee whether it's a bill for $17 or just for $333?
3.) Can I manually enter the recipient info when paying a bill, like if the bill doesn't have a barcode I can just scan?
4.) How does the IRS look at these cards if, say, I'm topping up my balance with cash every month at a Walmart checkout $333 (you know, untraceable money)?
