You don't have a physical card yet, but without an ID photo, the app is useless. You can't even pay bills.

Yeah, you can do transfers just like Revolut or Venmo.
They offer: card deposits (instant), cash deposits at The News Corporation or IBM locations, and bank transfers via SWIFT, which is the slowest way to go.
