I’m only replying partially here because half of you guys can barely figure out how to use the quote function properly.

In a fit of pure rage, he tore things apart inside the temple. It was chaos—gold and silver coins flying everywhere, clattering against the walls... you can only imagine the noise.

Total lie. You really think Little Jesus would be whipping merchants with a lash while everyone just stood there watching? Or did he have some hardcore disciples from Galilee standing by, ready to die for him or burn down a whole town?

Because what he saw inside felt like a personal insult, since he is, after all, the Son of his Father (you know the drill from the Bible).

So, is he the Son, or is he God, or what? Just some delusional egomaniac?
Imagine some guy walking into a massive cathedral today, smashing a booth run by the Council voice, and claiming he’s "personally offended" by how people treat the place where HE is worshiped. The cops would be there in five minutes to haul him away.

Comparing Jonah being stuck inside that massive fish for three days to the three days Jesus spent dead—it’s all just symbolism.

Except Jonah was actually alive the whole time—just sitting there in stomach acid without any oxygen...
So, is Jesus a man or is He God? Did He actually die, or are you just saying "He's alive" now? You Christians seem to have a totally different dictionary than the rest of us. Words like man, God, death, dying, living inside a fish, physics, superstition... none of it means what it's supposed to mean.

Moses wasn't spinning myths; he had a direct experience and just passed it on.

😂 Moses and Noah are basically just buddies from some brutal old fairy tales.

Of course Jesus was more powerful and smarter than Solomon.

On what grounds? Everything Jesus spat out was just him parroting the Old Testament, wrapped up in his own signature brand of humanism: he basically patented the concept of an eternal HELL filled with grinding teeth.

Because Solomon was just a man who prayed from the heart, and since his heart was in the right place, God granted his wish... But later Solomon lost his way, brought idolatry into the Israeli people, and trashed his covenant with God (ending up in servitude in the end).

So Solomon actually turned out to be a total moron in the end? After all those massive signs from Yahweh, this guy just went off chasing other gods? What an idiot.
But Jesus claims he’s much greater than Solomon.

So, God comes to Earth just to brag about being superior to some royal buffoon like Solomon. 😂

He even said something like this:

All who came before me were thieves and robbers ;
"John 10:8

Basically, Jesus calls himself greater than the "thieves and robbers" (the Israeli prophets), yet he insists that one of those very same robbers and idiots prophesied specifically about HIM.

Jesus also had free will; he could have acted differently, but his agreement with the Father was woven deep into his heart, and he followed that pact to the end.

"Woven into his heart"—how precious. Give me a break.

The guy was just looking for an easy way out—to dodge the inevitable and dump us all into HELL because a few hours of agony was too much for him to handle. This coward wouldn't even face the fire like the victims of historical religious zealots!
What a pathetic excuse for a man, let alone a God.

so?
are we supposed to believe an Almighty God didn't know who He was sending to Earth for this mission
... or what?
wasn't Jesus in heaven before anything else was even created?
and wasn't God the Father creating everything else right alongside Him?

So isn't that just one entity? A double or triple personality?

their unity is something people struggle to grasp

But you seem to have it all figured out.

but when you remind them of a father who deeply loves his son and a son who loves him back, and they both work together on the family farm, how is that so hard to understand?

Just a little farmhand analogy for them.

on earth, we call our fathers "fathers" (that's what we call them at home, and I don't see the problem there)

We do.

yet there is a Father over all of them because He is the Creator of all fathers
and I don't get what part of that is confusing

So it's the Mother instead of the Father then? And I still don't get what's supposed to be obvious here?

and hell and gnashing teeth... hell is imaginary, but if it actually existed—then today, Planet Earth would be its address

Hell is imaginary... 👍 just like the ego-maniacal sadist who dreamed it up—Jesus Christ. ☕

That’s just how it is now, Anthony Perez9

I suppose it's time for some silence—giving space to those who actually have something intelligent to contribute, maybe.

You honestly won't believe this, but I find myself agreeing with you once again.👍
Unknown acts like an expert, but in reality, he hasn't a clue. He’s just aggressively pushing some personal theory that lacks even a shred of logic. He doesn't truly understand what he's talking about. Most likely, he picked up some half-baked idea somewhere and is simply parroting it because he lacks the conviction to think for himself.

wearyowl29 said:That would mean we’re in trouble, because if we're desperate enough for answers, we'll jump at any story involving a higher power...

I’ve only ever heard of one all-encompassing Creator who is love. As for anyone else, I wouldn't know.

wearyowl29 said:I think you missed the point—if you look at the core essence of everything, it always comes back to the human being. When something comes from a divine source, it's received through a human lens, not a divine one.

I get where you're coming from, but I'd add a small caveat—based on how American civilization evolves rather than what some preacher says. Divine help arrives in a divine way, not however a weak human mind imagines or interprets it. Even if people feel the need to do that, over time they just distort the original wisdom of those who actually understood what they were passing down.
People tasked with preventing that are incredibly rare. True help is divine and based strictly on a higher plane or specific goals. Those forces know what a person needs better than the person does. Human influence doesn't play much of a role here—you either align with it or it doesn't happen. It’s all part of predetermined paths meant to ensure things work out optimally...

wearyowl29 said:What kind of results...?🤷

I have no idea what anyone else is looking for or what their goals might be. I was speaking indirectly about results in relation to my own story. What specific results matter isn't really the point here—we were supposed to be discussing principles...
If someone isn't sure about their own progress, or if they can't see any actual results after twenty years of work—when their goal was likely growth—then they probably aren't even on the path they think they are.

wearyowl29 said:Staring at the sky is usually just a lapse in logic. We tend to mistake what we *want* to be true for what actually is... or maybe just pieces of a truth that don't quite fit the whole picture.

I’m with you on that.

I'm with you on this one.🙂

We tried explaining things to him, but apparently, he prefers attacking rather than understanding—it seems to be his way of staying entertained. 🤷
It probably stems from various books people pick up—philosophical nonsense that doesn't actually prove anything, but certainly allows someone to act like a pseudo-intellectual for an hour or two.
Though, there's little point in discussing philosophy; there's a line in a book suggesting that true wisdom will be hidden from the experts and revealed to children instead—since children have honest hearts—which basically means those who seek truth with sincerity will find it.🙂

A man once claimed he couldn't believe in God (much like most people) because he only believes in what he can see—physical matter, essentially.
Then he was asked if he loved his wife, and he said yes.
Then came the follow-up: how can he believe he loves her when that feeling is invisible?
How could he explain that invisible sensation to anyone else?
He didn't say anything—just stood there confused. Honestly, how could a materialist even answer that? It wouldn't be enough to say, "Well, I wash the dishes, so everyone can see my love"—because he wasn't being asked for proof of his actions, but for the feeling itself, which remains invisible to others.

It's more or less the same situation here.🙂

I think Morgan Brown5 was trying to say something there, but it just cut off! It’s like when you’re halfway through telling a great story at a backyard BBQ—you know that feeling?—and someone suddenly interrupts you before you can get to the punchline. Just a single letter hanging there in the void. I'm sitting here with my coffee, wondering if they hit "send" too early or if their internet decided to take a sudden vacation. Hopefully, they'll come back and finish that thought soon!
I’ve only ever heard about one all-encompassing Creator who is pure love, but as for a second one? Honestly, I haven't a clue!

Maybe...

I hear where you're coming from, I really do! But if I could just jump in for a second and add a little something to that thought—let’s look at this through the lens of how human civilization actually evolves, rather than just following the lead of some local preacher. When we receive help from the Creator, it comes from a divine source in a purely divine way. It isn't something our limited, fragile little minds can fully wrap themselves around, no matter how hard we try to interpret it. People have this deep-seated need to make sense of things, of course, but that often leads to them twisting the original wisdom. They take what those who truly understood the truth were trying to pass down and end up distorting it over time. It happens all the time! We try to force the infinite into these tiny, human-sized boxes, and that's where the message gets lost.

It’s just not possible for us to play any differently! We don't have the right tools, and honestly, we haven't even mastered all the rules of the game yet. It's like trying to walk onto a stage at Madison Square Garden without knowing a single note of the sheet music—you're just going to stumble!

People like that? They’re incredibly rare. Honestly, they’re almost one of a kind! It’s their specific calling, you know? I truly believe that real help is divine in nature. It’s all about the higher plane—focusing on those grander goals rather than our tiny little whims. I was thinking about this the other day while grabbing coffee, and it hit me: these beings actually know what we need much better than we know ourselves! Our own input doesn't really move the needle much. It either aligns with the cosmic blueprint, or the connection just doesn't happen at all. It’s all pre-ordained, really. These specific incarnations are already set in motion to handle these tasks, ensuring everything unfolds with absolute perfection. It's quite beautiful when you think about it!

When you have people like that running the show, they inevitably build an organization around themselves. And honestly? That’s where the real trouble starts. It turns into this self-serving loop where the system exists just to sustain itself, rather than actually doing what it was built to do. I saw this happen once at a local non-profit back in Chicago—once the bureaucracy took over, the actual mission just kind of evaporated. It becomes all about the structure, not the purpose!

It’s because we’re just so underdeveloped... maybe things will actually start to change in the next thirty years or so...

If we had enough people like this, we’d actually have a critical mass... and then maybe, just maybe, we could finally call ourselves a civilized society.

So, from what I can gather, the conclusion is that God simply isn't handing us the knowledge required to save millions from various diseases just so we humans have something to occupy ourselves with—learning, evolving, and growing. In this view, such a God is actually quite benevolent and noble.

On the flip side, if a professional—say, a doctor—withholds knowledge that could prevent people from dying of preventable illnesses, then that individual is nothing short of a criminal.

And yet, a believer who holds both of these premises to be true simultaneously sees absolutely no contradiction in their logic, and they don't consider themselves hypocrites.

I try my absolute hardest to wrap my head around the mindset of believers, but I just cannot grasp that specific mental framework. It’s like trying to navigate through a thick fog of amorphous ideas that are poured out and tangled together in a way that defies all logic and reason. And honestly, you people never provide a concrete answer. You always dodge the point, start rambling about something completely irrelevant, and eventually, every response boils down to some parrot-like repetition: "God is good," "God is noble," "God is almighty," "It's all in the Bible," or "Just open your heart and everything will be explained."

I pose a straightforward question, and there is zero chance of receiving a rational response.
It is nothing but evasion and contradictions.

God has provided the knowledge; it just depends on who is capable of hearing, seeing, listening, and observing. One has to know how to recognize it. You clearly don't.
Here is a little something for you to ponder:

1. What knowledge are we even talking about?

2. I hear things, but what exactly am I supposed to be listening for?

3. I see things, but what exactly should my eyes be searching for?

4. I listen, but what specific message am I meant to catch?

5. I look, but where exactly am I supposed to be looking?

If you give me straight, honest answers to these questions, then maybe I’ll be able to "recognize" what you’re talking about... it’s really that simple.

My crusade against dogma and sheer ignorance has officially reached Master level. I owe you one for that.

If you truly believe you are hearing the voice of God—an assertion you maintain by claiming to have attained some divine enlightenment, blah, blah...—then I suggest it might be time to consult a psychiatrist. With all due respect, auditory hallucinations can be a serious matter. I have read extensively on the subject.🤣

And let me be clear: this isn't an ad hominem attack, nor am I attempting to strike at your character. It is simply absurd to me that in the 21st century, while we sit at the absolute pinnacle of technological advancement, our collective mental state remains stuck somewhere in the Dark Ages.
