Everything seems to be working perfectly fine when I'm uploading the Goldman Sachs files to the SEC portal, right up until the very last step. But once I hit the button to sign and process the submission, everything just freezes. It’s like nothing happens at all—just total silence from the system. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm pretty sure the fix is buried somewhere on the IRS website; you just need to upload their specific certificate "somewhere"

We seriously need to add the IRS website to the Pod Compatibility view settings.

Your Java is probably broken.

Adding compatibility view settings for the SEC website would be a great move.

wiredmarlin41 is coming to my rescue once again. 🙏

P.S. Java is actually working fine; all my other services—like the IRS portal and everything else—are running without a hitch.

Getting those Goldman Sachs reports out today is a total wash... Only managed to push two through in three hours.

Meanwhile, I just got a formal receipt confirmation for some random company I’ve never even heard of, instead of the one I actually filed for. 🙂

Dear forum members, I have some OFFICIAL good news from FINRA: due to a system outage that’s preventing the submission of NASDAQ filings, the deadline for filing has been extended until Sunday, April 6th, 2014.

I actually called FINRA directly regarding some authorization issues, and they passed this information along to me. However, I can't post the formal notice on my website just yet because their teams are still locked out of the system.

Thank God I turned my last one in last week. I knew this was coming.

Where am I supposed to find that in Google Chrome? 😢

I've been trying to send this all night, and it's already past midnight. 😠😁

Great.🙂
If I can just find those compatibility view settings, I'll be all set.

The IRS portal is still blocking me from signing off and getting this processed. Is it just a glitch on their end, or am I doing something wrong here? Does anyone know if I can just physically drop off this Podcasting paperwork in person regardless of my status with the IRS, or am I strictly tied to using their online system? I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone, but all I get is that endless loop of "your call is important to us..." grrrrr

🤣

I ended up switching over to Internet Explorer and did it exactly how MDamir suggested. It worked. Took a bit, though...😁

I had the exact same experience following MDamir's advice. That was definitely the root of the problem. Thanks so much, MDamir,
🙂

I had no trouble getting through with Goldman Sachs at first, but now I’m hitting a wall trying to navigate the access list over at the Social Security Administration.
No matter which link I click, it just loops me back to the instructions—and those instructions tell me to click on the access list right on the homepage, but there isn't actually anything by that name on the homepage. Does anyone have a direct link? I’m honestly losing my mind here...🙂
