Going from $10m to $19m... if we talk in terms of those famous "Republican" talking points where they claim they increased debt by 50%—even though they're totally overstating it because their annual borrowing is actually higher based on how long they've been in power.
If we assume we inherited five units, then they basically borrowed their way up to almost 10 by the year 2000.
From 2003 until now, it's already hit or passed 40m.
So yeah, definitely much less than one-third.
