Leave the science out of it when you're talking about faith.
I can't do that! Science and my faith are two sides of the same coin.

Ever had that nagging little voice in your head ask: "What if God actually exists?" It hits you out of nowhere. It’s like that sudden realization when you realize you left the stove on—you can't just ignore it and pretend everything is fine. Your conscience starts poking at you, asking the big questions.

Besides, half the evil in this world happens because people go screaming about His name anyway. So what if He does exist? What if hell is just packed with people whose only "sin" was having an ounce of doubt or skepticism? Is that really the bottom line of the whole divine existence thing—that doubting is the ultimate crime? To me, the only thing that matters is making sure you don't reach the end of your life with a massive pile of regrets or stuff you wish you hadn't done. And if some guy shows up at the finish line and tries to tell me, "But that wasn't enough," well, screw him and his philosophy. At that point, hell wouldn't even be the worst thing that could happen to me.

Alex Ramos91 said:Look, if that stuff were actually that crucial, God would have given us some hint or at least inspired more writing about that specific chapter of Jesus's life.
But no, it seems like knowing he was just an obedient kid following his earthly parents was enough for the record—which, honestly, tells us plenty on its own.😉
Peter Martin said:And let's not forget what psychology has to say about people who remain as subservient to their parents well into their 30s as if they were still stuck at twelve years old... 😁
