A single frequency represents nothing; it is merely a basic "tone" that carries no information other than its own audibility if the frequency falls within the audible range. For any frequency (a carrier wave) to actually convey information, it must be modulated by a second frequency (the information) via known methods such as Amplitude, Frequency, Phase, or other modulation techniques. The lower the frequency of the carrier wave, the greater the power required from the "transmitter." Consequently, if humans intended to communicate over vast distances using low-frequency thoughts, they would require heads the size of a football stadium and incredibly long antennas. Furthermore, there is the matter of wave properties; for instance, long waves diffract around the Earth, often resulting in a ham radio operator hearing their own signal after it circles the globe and returns to their antenna. Additionally, long waves reflect off the D layer of the ionosphere at an altitude between 60 and 50 miles km, effectively making them useless for deep space communication—they are essentially "trapped on Earth." Therefore, to communicate over great distances with minimal energy, the frequency must be significantly higher (in the GHz range, certainly not Hz).
However: Everything I have just stated regarding low-frequency waves does not apply to thoughts if the entire universe is contained within every single point of existence. If that were the case, then Gregory Jackson is incorrect in asserting that our thoughts radiate outward toward the edge of the universe; there is nowhere for them to travel if the entire universe is already housed within our minds. The moment a thought is conceived, it has already arrived everywhere. If this premise holds, we cannot speak of a single frequency to which we must "tune in" if we view thoughts as frequencies; rather, we must consider a multitude of diverse frequencies that constitute a thought. To illustrate: I listen to someone playing a guitar live. Each note is a frequency, and their collection forms a song. There is no need for a secondary carrier wave to bring that song to me because I am physically present at the event. Conversely, someone miles away listening to that same performance on the radio requires a carrier wave from the station, which has been modulated with the music. They hear the same thing I do, but because they are not at the scene, they require a carrier wave to deliver it.
It appears the fundamental issue is how to exist "at the scene of the event" rather than being detached from everything. If we achieve that, we won't need anything—no frequencies, no transmitters. Everything is right where it has always been: within us.
Anyway, I suppose I have rambled quite extensively. 😁
Look, I’m definitely no physicist or anything, so please bear with me here, but I’ve been trying to wrap my head around what you’re actually getting at. I guess my hunch is that we’re talking about how a person connects with spiritual energies, rather than just the usual person-to-person communication, if that makes sense? Like, maybe a thought itself acts as its own kind of energy wave vibrating at a specific frequency. So, if someone has a negative thought, I imagine that might be sitting at a frequency below 20 Hz, and as that wave passes through your aura or your physical body, it could potentially disrupt one of those two types of bioenergy that make up our aura and live within our organs and tissues and all that stuff. Anyway, I don't want to go off on too much of a tangent if this isn't really what you're interested in, but yeah, that's just my take on it.
I honestly don't think we even need to bother building anything fancy just to communicate, because, you know, we can all just talk through prayer and petitions to these superintelligent entities, including the Creator himself. It’s actually kind of a simple thing when you think about it—these beings are mostly just interested in the spiritual level of whoever is reaching out to them. I guess if a person is below a certain spiritual threshold—which, let's be real, is pretty hard for us regular folks to pinpoint exactly—any thought or prayer that actually helps their aura or their physical body just radiates outward like a circular wave. But then, once a person reaches a certain point of development, maybe, those prayers and requests to spiritual energies aren't sent out as waves anymore; instead, they look more like these continuous arrows shooting straight up toward the heavens... at least, that's how people who can actually perceive energy describe it. Everything else, though, I suppose, still just vibrates out in those little circular frequency waves.
So, I guess if you send out a request in the form of these little arrows of spiritual energy, they’ll actually react and send something back to us—you know, like this feeling of pure bliss, or just total calmness, or maybe even some pain relief, depending on all sorts of different factors, I suppose. But there's this one super important rule to keep in mind: the intensity of that response really just matches up with an individual's own spiritual level. And when we're talking about spiritual energies, that level isn't just determined by those "arrows," but also by the specific frequency your prayer is vibrating at. It's kind of interesting because, you know, those low-frequency circular waves coming from our brains can actually be pretty bad for us, whereas these "arrows" at lower frequencies reach certain energies and then we get that feedback loop. Every single one of these spiritual energies has its own minimum "arrow" frequency required just to trigger a response—like how Christ's energy responds at 8.6 Hz, for example. So, if Gregory Jackson were somehow able to get his brain to emit a request at exactly that frequency, he'd get an answer, though it might be pretty minimal. But, if I'm praying to that same energy at a frequency lower than the minimum, say around 4 Hz, the response would actually be way stronger, I think. Now, I don't really know what frequency I'm personally praying at right now, and honestly, as I work on my own development through these special exercises, that frequency is gradually lowering over time. This whole process takes years, so I should probably clarify that so nobody gets confused! I'm not entirely sure what my lowest frequency is at this moment, but a colleague of mine who's a bit further along is currently sitting somewhere between 5 and 6 Hz, so I'm guessing I'm probably around the 7 or 8 Hz mark. But, to be honest, I don't really care too much about the specifics, just like I don't care what frequency a TV channel is on when I'm watching it, since all that stuff just happens automatically, I guess.
Look, I really don't think you need to stress yourself out about the frequency side of things, because that whole process just kind of happens in the background anyway, I guess. Our main job is really just to focus on our spiritual practice, and if we do that, the frequency will just sort of settle in during meditation without us even trying. It’s like, once you're deep in it, that frequency starts to drop down naturally depending on your own level and how much spiritual energy you've got flowing, and it just arrives on its own without you having to ask for anything at all. But, honestly, I feel like making a request—like a prayer or an intention—is actually way more effective, maybe? Like, you could probably get a better result from just one minute of focused intention than you would from sitting there meditating for half an hour without even asking for what you need. Plus, it's super easy to direct that request toward one specific problem or a particular goal you're working toward, which I think makes the whole thing a lot smoother.

I guess you don't really need to be physically present at some specific location to experience things, because honestly, energy just finds you wherever you happen to be, you know? Like, everywhere is basically an event in itself if you look at it that way. I’ve been working on these exercises lately, and my whole goal is kind of to lower the frequency of my prayers—which sounds weird, I know—but it's all about the practice. By consistently using these prayers, the energy starts helping out with healing, growth, protection, and fixing stuff, and eventually, your own requests start vibrating at these much lower, more grounded frequencies. I really think that one day, the brain might actually learn how to operate on any frequency while we're totally conscious. It’s like, once you hit that point, if you want to connect with a certain energy, you'll just get an answer instantly, and maybe even move into those more advanced ways of communicating, like actually hearing a voice or something. It's wild to think about, but it feels possible.
I honestly feel like it’s super important to figure out that exact turning point—you know, that specific moment when your prayer shifts from just being this circular wave of energy into more of an "arrow" shape? Because I guess that's really when you actually establish that deep connection that starts growing from there. There are these pretty easy prep exercises you can do to kickstart this ability, which is kind of this ancient human talent we've basically forgotten about, though I think someone mentioned how our ancestors used it naturally in one of the threads here or maybe on some other spiritual forum. If you stick with it for, I don't know, maybe four months or so, and assuming your general health is doing alright—which is easy enough to gauge, I suppose—then you can try this kind of test with people who claim they can see energy. Basically, you ask for the person's light body—that energetic structure attached to everyone's aura, what various religions might call a "guardian angel"—to step in and heal them. Then, the person praying will feel a response internally, while the person watching will see this beautiful golden rain falling onto the aura being projected by the light body. Once that happens, I guess you really know you can pray for energy using a specific program and just dive headfirst into the whole experience.
I guess you could say that training your brain to hit those lower frequencies—you know, like when you’re deep in prayer—is actually a pretty massive strain on the nervous system if it isn't used to that kind of rhythm, so I mean, you really shouldn't even attempt this sort of test regardless of how much you want to, unless there's an actual medical need for it and you've done all the necessary preparatory exercises first, because honestly, you just can't fake that kind of readiness.
I mean, at the end of the day, I guess the whole point is just reaching enlightenment through those spiritual energies from the creator and finding that eternal life, you know?
I'm not totally sure if I actually hit on what you were trying to get at, though? Like, honestly, physics is kind of secondary in this whole conversation, I suppose.
