Does anyone have a ballpark figure for studio recording costs? My wedding isn't until next May, but I’m already out here hunting for recommendations. One thing I know for sureβ€”I am absolutely not cutting corners on the music. On the flip side, there is zero chance I’m dropping $80 or $100 just on a bouquet. I'll just order the flowers myself and DIY the whole thing. Honestly, a friend and I handled the decor for two weddings we did for acquaintances, and everything turned out great, so I think I can pull it off...πŸ™‚)

This thread has been such a lifesaver for us, so we wanted to pay it forward with some reviews:
Venue - Petra and Anna at a Suburban town (the price of the chairs included their flowers and treats from a Small town)
Band - Local band photographer
Photographer - Beck Photo Studio
Hair - Local hair salon
Makeup - Valentina Rosa
Honestly, we were beyond happy with everyone on this list.

Hey everyone... I need some advice. My partner and I are planning a wedding for this September, and honestly, things are getting a little tight financially, so our budget is pretty squeezed 😁 . Because of that, I wanted to see if anyone here has actually worked with this specific band before? https://www.facebook.com/grupa.fokus?fref=ts Someone gave me a heads-up that these guys are solidβ€”that they really know how to get the party started and just handle everything without any drama. Plus, their rates seem way more reasonable than those overpriced "top-tier" bands you see everywhere. I'm not trying to
give them a free shoutout or anything, I just genuinely want to know if anyone knows how they actually sound, what they charge, or any other details. Thanks!

Hey everyone, I’ve got my wedding coming up later this year, and I’m starting to dive into the catering details. Has anyone here actually ordered sweets from the Local fairy tale Beli Manastir? I’ve heard some pretty great things about them, so I wanted to see if anyone could give me a real opinion. Apparently, they do macarons, pralines, and mignontes too, so I was thinking about mixing those in with the more traditional dessert spread. Does anyone have any actual experience working with them?

Hi everyone :-)! I was wondering if anyone here has any firsthand experience or insights regarding PIM photo studio over in Indianapolis? I haven't been able to find much info on the forums, and their own website is pretty lacking when it comes to their portfolio. Thanks!

How much did you guys end up dropping on wedding rings? And more importantlyβ€”which jeweler is actually worth the hype? πŸ˜‰

I’ve noticed there hasn't been much discussion regarding the exceptionally talented young professionals over at Beck Photo Studio in Indianapolis.
Their current package is $1233 without the videography, plus you get a $333 wedding book and complimentary thank-you cards. Honestly, if you include the video, I’d say the value is $1667.

You can find their work on Facebook πŸ™‚.

Does anyone happen to know a reliable, level-headed, and genuinely upbeat childcare provider named Tea? πŸ™‚ If you have a contact number, please shoot me a private message πŸ™‚ β€” I’d truly appreciate the lead.

Thanks!

I know, thanks πŸ™‚. I just wanted to see if anyone here actually had experience working with them. Their portfolio looks beautiful, but I don't see them being mentioned much on the forums compared to other studios. A lot of places have stunning photos on Facebook, but then you hear stories about couples being unhappy because the videographer cut out the best moments or didn't capture the essentials, or they simply didn't put enough effort into the photography... advertising is one thing, but actual experience is another. That's why I'm asking πŸ˜‰

A friend of mine actually used them for her wedding, and from everything I’ve heard, she was absolutely thrilled with how the photos turned out! As for the video services, though, I haven't really looked into thatβ€”I didn't think to ask about the footage or what they charge. πŸ˜‰

vividcrane95 said:Hey everyone!! Quick question for the groupβ€”has anyone actually caught the band Vogue from Indianapolis live lately? I’ve seen people raving about them on this forum before, but looking at the timestamps, most of those posts are from way back in 2011. It makes me wonder, are they still any good, or have they totally lost their edge?

That band is still killer.!!

Does anyone know if the per-seat pricing at the Admiral in Small town is the same as what they charge at the Admiral Hotel, or is it more expensive?? Also, if anyone’s looking for a photographer, I messaged a local hair salon on Facebook to ask about their process and how fast they workβ€”they sent some package deals straight to my inbox.

I think the price is the same. My brother got a quote for Mirkovac, and his friends paid that exact same amount downtown!

Has anyone here actually used the catering services over at Nutrition-Bulgarian in Indianapolis??

Does anyone know what kind of pricing they charge based on guest count, and what's actually included in their packages? I've been scouring the web, but I can't find a single thing online.

Thanks πŸ™

Honestly, your best bet is just to hit them up via email or Facebook to get a custom quote. As far as the food and their overall service goes, we were beyond happy with them.

We actually used their cakes and pastries for our wedding and honestly, everything was delicious and just super high quality. But as far as the macarons, pralines, or mignons go, I'm not really sure... we just stuck to the classic dessert table.

Ladies, is there anyone here who has already started their pre-cana training at the cathedral in Indianapolis? πŸ™‚ 😍
