I just stumbled upon this photographer today, and I had to share this gallery with you all—there are some truly stunning shots in here. He’s actually based out of St. Louis.

If you're looking at other photographers in the Richmond area, I guess Oliver is the only one doing solid work; the others honestly seemed pretty terrible to me (though, of course, that's just my personal take). Most of them produce photos that look like they were taken back when my parents were getting married—lots of those awkward poses by a tree where you have to crouch down or something... just awful. Now, Oliver’s package for both photo and video is $3000, and I know that's accurate because a friend of mine already booked him for next year. I'm not quite sure what the first guy charges, though.
In my opinion, the absolute best option in the Midwest would probably be Leon Productions—their price is $4667 for both photo and video (a close friend actually used them for her wedding recently).
I really hope this helps even just a little bit!😉

Hey, I'm new here, so I'm not sure if this has been brought up yet... I'm from a small town in the Midwest and we're having our wedding at an event hall in Venice, so I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with that venue?

I’m pretty sure one of the ladies on this forum had her whole wedding party hosted by them—I can't quite recall if it was an Enjoui or a Majestic setup, though.

Hey everyone!

Does anyone know a killer florist around the NG, Topeka, or maybe the Midwest area? Honestly, I'm even down to drive out toward NG if the right person is there... just looking for someone who actually does great work and won't flake on me. Also, please tell me they aren't charging $30 $0.00 per stem like those crazy quotes I just got from Washington, D.C.
Thanks!

You should definitely check out the "Orchid" flower shop over in Požega
The thing is, they’re actually originally from Indianapolis—they’ve had a shop in Požega for years before moving here, so you might have heard of them already
If you want, I can shoot you a DM with the owner's name and their number, since they don't have a website or anything
They actually did the flowers for my sister's wedding recently; honestly, I have no clue what she ended up paying, but I can ask her if you're interested

But seriously, all credit to them—their work is top-notch
I think even that user blueviper10 used them once, though I haven't seen her around this forum in quite a while, so maybe try sending her a private message

Hey, thanks so much for the heads-up, Sarah Taylor4! I finally tracked down their number and address, so I’m gonna go ahead and swing by there to see what kind of deal they can work out for me and what they can actually get done. Wish me luck!

James, would you mind finding out Oliver's contact info for me? If you could just send it over via private message, I would be so incredibly grateful!

Thank you so much!😉

Hey, ladies, girls, and anyone else out there in Pittsburgh—has anyone actually ordered or tried the wedding cakes from Ivančica? I had a slice at a few weddings and baptisms recently, and honestly, they were amazing. Just wanted to see if anyone here has some first-hand experience with them!

blueviper10, check your inbox.
Just wanted to drop a quick update for everyone else so I don't accidentally spread any misinformation.🙄 It looks like Oliver's price is actually around $2000 (6100); that's what the people who already reserved him just told me. Now, I'm not entirely sure if I misheard something during our previous chat, or if my friend might be a bit fuzzy on the exact figure himself. You know how it goes—maybe she handled all the negotiations and he just forgot the final number.😁

Anyway, I just wanted to keep you all in the loop.
Best,

I don't recall eating one of their cakes specifically, but their pastries🙏 are incomparably better than anything you'd get at Aroma
. Anyway, let me know if you find out anything—I'm going to need a cake myself eventually.

Alright, I’ll give you a heads-up as soon as I know anything... but honestly, I'm getting pretty close to just pulling the trigger and ordering... I guess we'll see, but I have a feeling I won't regret it...

Does anyone here happen to have any firsthand experience or perhaps some intel regarding the band Picasso?

So, I’m officially a Mrs. now, and since my head is still spinning from the whole thing, I figured I’d drop a few thoughts about the big day:
The music:
Viva Band was incredible. They didn't stop for air, kept the energy up the entire night, and honestly, everyone had a blast.
THE FLOWERS: Palma Đakov Florals. Seriously, they knocked it out of the park—way better than I even imagined.
DESSERT😛Absolutely stunning and delicious! Shoutout to Dundo Bakery in Josipovac.
THE VENUE: Petrijevci. The staff was top-notch and the food? Chef's kiss. The service was easily on par with the best venues in Indianapolis!
Nothing but praise and high recommendations here. If anyone needs phone numbers for the vendors, just shoot me a DM.

Hey everyone,

I haven't been on this forum in forever, so I'm still figuring out how everything works here...

My partner and I are getting married on September 4th, 2010.

We've already booked the Grand Ballroom in Pittsburgh (www.zuki.hr), a killer band from Indianapolis, and we've got a florist lined up from a nearby town. Now we're just stuck looking for a photographer and a videographer...

Does anyone have any solid recommendations for someone in the area?

Hey Sancy, what's the deal with Krizmanić? Are you guys actually planning on heading over to see him? Actually, you know what? Something else just popped into my head—do you happen to know where the big Boso Discount is located in VK? Right there at the entrance to the main Boso complex, there’s this photo studio... I think it’s called Medo. You should try swinging by there; honestly, you've got nothing to lose. 🙂

Mary Perry and Jane Russell from Indianapolis take the absolute best wedding shots I've ever seen, period. I mean, they're way better than anything from Leo Productions, but man, those guys are pricey as hell.

Yeah, easily over fifteen hundred bucks 😉

Do those first two ladies have a website?🙂 And what kind of damage are we talking about price-wise?
