Is there actually a baby boom happening? It feels like everyone is talking about it lately. 😲 😍 😍 😍
Welcome, I guess. Now, what's on your mind? 😘

Joining in on the congratulations—welcome to the club, ladies. Wishing you all the best; try to soak up every second of it. To introduce myself, I’m basically the only person here who isn't actually pregnant. 😬 Kisses...😍

Lovely description. 😍

Well, you aren't alone—count me in too!😬
A "non-pregnant pregnant woman"—honestly, brilliant! At least we have a title for it now.🤣
elisabeth — huge congratulations to you! 😘

The last time this happened was about two months ago. It didn't finish inside me—it was like ten days after we were together. A month later, my period showed up right on schedule, totally normal. But now? I’m already seven days late. My chest feels heavy and painful, and honestly, I just feel off—ever since a few days ago, anyway. Is it actually possible to be pregnant if I already had my period once, even if I'm hitting all these other symptoms?
#668 ·
It’s possible, but definitely not a given.
I mean, what am I even supposed to tell you!?
Should I suggest you go grab a drink at a dive bar?
Tell you to hit up a doctor?
Suggest you start hitting the clubs?
What!?

I mean, seriously, what am I even supposed to suggest at this point!?
Should I tell you to go grab a drink and just deal with it?
Suggest you go see a doctor?
Tell you to start hitting the clubs?
What exactly do you want from me!?
You are being totally unreasonable... 🙄
Read between the lines here: she's showing off her body, she's got a guy, there's plenty of intimacy happening... the girl just wanted to brag a little bit. 😎

Like what!!??
Did she maybe mention if she's shaved?
Or if she's good at swallowing?
If she's down for anything?
Or how much she loves crashing right after he finishes?
Nope!

I find myself compelled to agree with silentpanther15; they have articulated everything perfectly.

Honestly, you might want to go see Mariska the psychic—maybe she can read your palm and tell you what's actually going on... 😬

So there’s this one thing that’s been weighing on my mind, and I was just chatting about it with a friend, but honestly, I have a total phobia when it comes to pregnancy—I'm 22, deep in college life and all that, if you know what I mean—so I told her straight up that we’re playing it safe and using a whole pack of condoms at once 😬 because I seriously do not want any accidental surprises happening to me...
But then she just gives me this totally deadpan look and tells me there's no need to worry since he can just "control himself"... okay, fine, whatever I guess... but then later that same afternoon, she calls me up saying she looked it up online and apparently you can still get pregnant even if he pulls out, because some kind of fluid gets released during sex even when combined with spermicide...
It’s like, does she think I’m some kind of genius or something? She’s acting like I’m Štulhofer or something crazy. Since we actually went through those little experiments ourselves back when we first started dating, I wanted to ask if this is just something people talk about in theory or if it actually happens in real life? There’s a huge difference between someone just failing to control themselves and what she’s describing here, so I just want to clear up any confusion... hope you guys get what I'm asking

I’m just wondering... is it actually possible to be pregnant and still have a regular period?

Well, pretty much anything is possible—except, I suppose, turning into a wood-burning stove... 😂

Man... I actually need some help here, not just jokes...😁
I mean, if someone happens to hit the Powerball jackpot for a few million, how could that not be possible? I'm definitely not talking about a wooden oven.
From what I’ve gathered—and just a heads-up, I’m not an expert and haven't personally gone through this—you can totally get an abortion normally even if you're pregnant, or at least that's what I remember reading about on various forums online.
#679 ·
Exactly... pre-ejaculate can contain enough sperm to cause pregnancy even if he tries to "control" himself.
Self-control is not a form of protection!
And look—without any intention of being offensive toward you or your friend—what kind of question is this to be asking at twenty-two years old?

If someone actually happened to hit a few million on the Powerball, wouldn't that be possible? And no, I'm not talking about some metaphorical "wooden stove" scenario.
From what I gather—and just a quick disclaimer, I’m not some grizzled veteran of this stuff, nor have I personally experienced it—you can win normally regardless of whether you're pregnant or not. I’ve read bits and pieces about it on various forums, so I think I've retained that much from my reading sessions.
Exactly—it just felt like she was asking us for a prophecy... so my fingers started itching to type... and I suddenly had this urge to sign the Treaty😂
Just as a little side note, I've heard that OB-GYNs are generally a bit more reliable than the fortune tellers on these forums... 😬
