Mine will be just as straightforward with standard frosting, though I’m planning on four tiers, starting with a traditional American wedding cake on the bottom tier that stays fresh for up to a year!!😍
The second layer will be a classic chocolate—since my husband absolutely lives for it—then the third is a rich blend of hazelnuts, almonds, and chocolate, and finally, the fourth is a buttercream tier because you can really frost the entire thing beautifully with that kind of cream!!!👍
..and then we have a local florist coming in to handle all the decorations... honestly, can you believe the incredible things they can create?

👍 I was just wondering how you plan on serving the layers—are you going to stack them all up, or will they be served separately on their own individual plates? I’m honestly craving that extra hit of flavor myself, maybe starting with a fruit-yogurt layer, followed by some rich nougat, and perhaps a third variety to round it out. I'm a bit torn because while there's something visually satisfying about having them all piled together in one glorious heap, I'm worried they might not hold up structurally if I try to stack them, so I'll probably just end up putting each one on its own plate to be safe.

I can't even begin to explain how much this whole situation bugs me. Is anyone else seeing this? It’s like everyone just decided to stop using their heads at the exact same time. Seriously, what happened? You see these ridiculous takes flying around, and you just have to wonder if people are actually being this dense on purpose or if it's just a collective lapse in judgment. Honestly, I'm exhausted just watching it unfold. kaže:
👍 So how are these layers gonna work? Are they stacking them all on top of each other, or is everyone getting their own separate plate? Because honestly, I want maximum flavor—give me that fruit-yogurt one, then the nougat, and maybe a third one too. But I’m wondering if they can actually stack like that without turning into a mess. I’ll probably just grab my own plate for each one, even though it looks way better when it's all piled up in one big delicious heap.

Sure, we can make that work, but the real question is how you want to order it. I’d say hit the hardest stuff first and work your way down to the easy parts. Honestly, you should just ask a pastry chef for their take—those guys are pros at this kind of thing. That’s exactly what mine told me.

They really need to be stacked properly! It’s just so unsettling to see a cake with five layers where every single tier sits on its own separate little plate instead of being integrated! Shouldn't the bottom layer be something dense, like dried fruit, just so it can actually support all those levels above it?
My sweetheart actually suggested I skip using fresh fruit altogether because the juices might bleed through the frosting and make the whole thing look a mess. I am absolutely obsessed with cherries, but what can you do, right? I guess I'll just have to bake my own version of my favorite cherry cake to devour once the wedding festivities are finally over! ha...

Alright, thanks for clarifying... so there’s really nothing to worry about then.

So, this is supposed to be my cake. They told me it wouldn't be any trouble to whip up:

And here are two more cakes I made for the butterfly theme:

@Arthur Ramos I haven't a clue. I’ve got mountains of old CDs stashed away with everything from wedding shots to random junk. I'll dig around for some more ridiculous ones and post 😛

Come on, come on. I bet you've got even crazier shots than these, or maybe something beachy if you've got any coastal vibes tucked away somewhere🙏

Bravo, that ocean blue one up there is stunning, though personally I’d be all over it if it came in a sandy beige or maybe a dusty rose...image, but seriously, they're all killer pieces
