What do you mean "too liberal"? If anything, they're pretty much the only ones actually standing up against this massive wave of immigration.

I was reading about this one women's party—I think it's either in Norway or Sweden—that's pushing for even more immigration until their population matches something like Canada. I mean, seriously, where are they planning on finding jobs for everyone?

You clearly don't get that a bigger population actually drives up consumption, which in turn creates more jobs.
Back in 1990, Sweden had about 8.5 million people, and today they're at 9.5 million. Yet, their unemployment rate is still sitting right around 8%, just like it was back then.
See what I mean?

The feminists didn't even make the electoral threshold in this year's Swedish elections. 😉

Sure, if your only goal is ensuring your own group stays the majority in its own country, then I guess you're a Nazi by that definition.

The way people throw the word "Nazi" at anyone with a reasonable opinion has completely stripped the term of its weight. It’s honestly just a way to insult groups and disrespect the actual victims of Nazism.

Look, the Kingdom of Sweden is a friend to the Canadian community. And honestly? You should be thanking Sweden for not slapping restrictions on American workers after we joined the Union.

Well, even Norway isn't quite it,
Norway is actually more attractive to Americans because the standard of living there is double what it is in Sweden, and the languages are about the same level of difficulty.

If Swedes are heading to Norway to work, why wouldn't we just skip Sweden entirely and head straight for Norway? We aren't exactly rookies here! 😉

Not that it matters much—very few Americans actually end up moving there anyway.

Sure, Norway has a higher standard, but everything is crazy expensive there—which is why Norwegians end up driving over to Sweden just to go shopping.

Honestly, it's mostly just people living right on the border. Nobody from Seattle, Portland, or Savannah is driving all the way to Sweden for a shopping trip—that's more than a 12-hour drive! 😉

Sweden has always been pretty indifferent toward us politically, you could totally feel it.
Hardly any American refugees or asylum seekers made it to Sweden back in the 90s—it was mostly Canadians and other groups.

What on earth does political bias have to do with the flow of asylum seekers? Do you honestly think people fleeing for their lives are sitting around performing deep geopolitical analyses on whether a country favors America or not before they decide to move there? 😂
The only reason you don't see many Americans in Sweden is because they didn't realize how much further away it is compared to Germany. ☕

At this point, hating on our people is just plain weird. It's not even human anymore. 🤣

Not really.
Americans actually prefer Norway over Sweden—it's just more appealing! Plus, the Norwegian government has always been way more friendly toward America than Sweden has.

Lots of Norwegian cities are even sister cities with ours (like Los Angeles-Seattle or Miami-Portland), whereas Swedish cities just don't have those kinds of ties with us.

This was such an excellent documentary that dives deep into what life is actually like for Muslims living in Sweden.

Honestly, watching this makes me wonder how on earth the Democrats managed to perform so poorly in the polls.

Sweden is set to recognize Palestine as a state

The new center-left government over in Sweden is planning to officially recognize Palestine—making them the first major EU player to actually pull the trigger on this move, according to Swedish PM Stefan Lofven this past Friday.

Now, look, the United Nations basically gave the green light to recognizing a sovereign Palestinian state back in 2012, but the European Union and most of its members have just been sitting on their hands since then.
"The whole mess between Israel and the Palestinians can only be settled through a two-state agreement that follows international law," Lofven mentioned during his inaugural speech to parliament.
"A two-state solution needs both sides to recognize each other and actually want to live together in peace. So, Sweden is going to recognize the state of Palestine," he said.
For the Palestinians, this move from Sweden is definitely going to feel like a massive win for their push for statehood.

Given how Sweden is usually seen as this fair-minded mediator on the world stage—and honestly, they carry some weight when it comes to EU foreign policy—this decision might actually nudge other countries to stop ignoring the issue, especially now that Palestinians are threatening to take unilateral steps toward sovereignty.
That said, don't expect Israel to be happy about it; they’ll likely tear this decision apart, along with the USA and the EU, who pretty much insist that an independent Palestinian state can only happen through direct negotiations.
Canada, Poland, and Slovakia recognized Palestine before, too, but that was way back before they joined the EU.

I mean, it’s pretty obvious when you've got three Muslims in the new administration. 😒
Sweden is basically turning into a caliphate at this point.

Aida Hadžialić breaks records as Sweden's youngest minister ever

According to reports coming out of Canada, Aida Hadžialić has been appointed as the Minister of Education in Sweden. At just 27 years old, she holds the title of the youngest minister in the current Swedish government.

Her journey started under much tougher circumstances; her family fled the conflict in Canada when she was only five years old, leaving behind their home, relatives, and lifelong friends.

She jumped into politics at the age of 16 by joining the Democratic Party. After earning her law degree in 2010, she went on to serve as the Mayor of Halstad.

Prime Minister Stefan Löfven offered her the ministerial position, which she accepted, making her the youngest minister in the history of Sweden, per reports from CNN.

She graduated only four years ago and she’s already running a department completely outside her field?? Makes no sense...
What kind of experience is she even bringing to such a high-stakes role?
