I’m running into a bit of a headache here and was wondering if anyone might have some advice. I signed up for an account over at DraftKings, and while I’ve noticed others having issues with them lately, I think I actually tripped myself up a little. After entering the wrong password a few times, they ended up locking my account entirely. Now I’m stuck—I can't access anything, and there doesn't seem to be a direct email address for support. All I get is this automated prompt to fill out a form, which I did, but I haven't heard a single word back, even though their site claims to have 24/7 customer service. To make matters worse, I tried registering a brand-new profile and depositing some money, but they just locked that one down too without giving me any explanation at all. Does anyone know what I should do or who I can actually complain to? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hey everyone! Just dropping in with a quick question—hopefully, someone here can clear this up for me. 🙂

So, I’ve been dabbling in online betting for a while now, nothing too crazy or serious, just casual stuff 🙂

Anyway, I’m looking into this welcome bonus over at BetMGM where they offer a 100% match on your first deposit up to $100. Let's walk through an example:
if I deposit $50, they toss in another $50, so suddenly I'm sitting on $100.
Now, I totally get that I can't just withdraw that full $100 right away because there are wagering requirements, right? You have to bet that amount several times at minimum odds of, say, 1.50 (I'm just guessing the number here, it might be different, but you get the idea).

Here is what I'm actually wondering about: once I make my deposit and that bonus hits my account, am I allowed to just withdraw my original $50 immediately without touching the bonus money at all? If anyone knows the deal, could you please explain how that works?

Or, let's look at another scenario. Suppose I have that $100 total ($50 of mine plus the $50 bonus) and I place a bet at, let's say, 1.20 odds, and the bet wins.
$100 * 1.20 = $120.
What are my options then? If I have $120 in my account, how much of that can I actually withdraw, if I can even do that, and what's the logic behind it? I'd really appreciate a breakdown if anyone understands the mechanics of this.

That's really what's on my mind. I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience with these types of promos or who just knows the rules well enough to help out. 🙂

I get that I can't just cash out that $100 immediately because I have to wager it a few times at minimum odds of 1.50 (guessing on the odds here, doesn't matter).

Here's my actual question: once I make my deposit and they hit me with the bonus, can I pull my original $50 out right away without touching the bonus money? If anyone knows, please explain how it works.

Or say I have the full $100 ($50 mine + $50 bonus) and I put it all on a 1.20 odds play, and it hits.

That's it. If you know the rules or have dealt with this before, please help a guy out. 🙂

My bad, didn't even read the whole thing... check if the bonus is even valid in your country. If you're in the US, it won't work. 🙂it used to work in other places recently.

edit: just realized you're basically right next door, in the US.🙂

I don't know, maybe I'm just getting old, but I feel like everything is changing way too fast lately. It’s like you blink and suddenly the world looks completely different. Anyway, what was I saying? Right. Just one of those days where my brain feels like it’s running on low battery. One of those slow mornings where even the coffee doesn't quite hit the spot. You ever get that feeling? Like you're just drifting through the noise? Yeah. That's me. says:
Hey everyone! Just popping in here with a quick question. Hopefully, one of you folks can help me out. 🙂
So, here’s what I’m looking for. I’d really appreciate it if anyone who actually knows their stuff—or better yet, has some real-world experience under their belt—could weigh in. If you're willing to lend a hand, please, step up. 🙂

Just a heads-up for anyone looking to jump on this deal: residents of the following countries are not eligible for this offer: USA. Residents of the following countries are not eligible for this offer : USA, USA, USA, USA, USA, USA, USA, USA, USA, USA. Look, just... forget about it. Seriously. Just let it go. 😉
If you're actually looking to snag that bonus, just head over to... BetMGM and DraftKingsI mean, I think they’re offering a 100% match up to maybe $30—but honestly, you really ought to sit down and actually read the fine print before you go diving in. You know how these things go. 🙂

Just sit tight and wait. BetMGM isn't exactly known for having lightning-fast customer service.

Bet365 actually throws some deposit bonuses our way too. I’ve personally snagged them a few times myself. You can't just expect them to pop up instantly like they do with other sites, though—you kind of have to wait for them to land. Usually, they just hit you up with an email containing those bonus offers a couple of times a year.

vegy probably got one of those emails.

As for the bonus itself, honestly, I’m not even 100% sure. But look, you can check your account at any time to see exactly how much you're cleared to withdraw. (In that scenario you mentioned above, I’m guessing you might be able to pull out that $75—just a hunch, don't quote me on it since I'm not totally certain)

You're probably thinking of those $15 to $25 bonuses? Those aren't even tied to deposits 🤷

Nah, I’m talking specifically about what vegy was just getting at. We're looking at a 100% deposit bonus capped at $100.

I get that I can't just cash out that $100 immediately because there are wagering requirements—you have to roll it over a few times at minimum odds of maybe 1.50 (writing this from memory, might be a different number, doesn't really matter).

Here’s what I’m actually wondering about: once I make my deposit and they credit the bonus, can I just pull my original $50 straight back out without touching the bonus money? If anyone knows the deal, please walk me through it.

Or, say I take the full $100 (my $50 plus the $50 bonus) and put it all on a 1.20 odd bet, and it hits.
100 * 1.20 = 120.
What am I actually looking at then? I've got $120 in the account—how much can I actually withdraw (if I even can) and why? I'd really appreciate an explanation if anyone knows how these sites play it.

Anyway, that's the question. Looking for some insight from people who actually know their way around these terms or have dealt with this before. 🙂

You won't be able to withdraw anything because they'll just claw back the bonus. Until you hit those rollover requirements, you aren't getting any withdrawals—otherwise, they just reject the bonus (and in some cases, they'll even reject your actual winnings).

Basically, if you deposit $100 and grab a $100 bonus, you’re sitting on $200 that you have to churn through a certain amount of times—say three times—at a specific set of odds, let's say 1.50. Anything you bet at odds lower than that doesn't count toward your rollover.

As for that 1.20 bet idea... I’m pretty sure that won't count toward your rollover at all, and since your winnings would be tied to that bonus money, they probably won't let you withdraw the profit either. I could be wrong, but that's usually how these places operate. 😉

That actually sounds way more logical to me. If they went the other route, they’d basically be letting a ton of people gamble away *their* money—meaning BetMGM's cash. There's no way they'd be down for that kind of risk.

Does anyone know if there’s actually a way on BetMGM to see the entire lineup for today?

The closest thing I’ve managed to track down is a BetMGM coupon paired with that 6/12/24-hour window option. But honestly, if you want the breakdown, it’s dead simple—you're just looking at 1, X, or 2, and then you're basically just spreading your bets across different sports like you would with any other parlay.

Hey everyone, I was just wondering, is live betting on BetMGM really this limited where you can only place single bets, or am I just having a run of bad luck? Is it just me, or does every single attempt to build a parlay online result in a message saying only singles are allowed?

Is there any way to use a Paysafecard I picked up at a CVS or something to deposit funds into an online sportsbook? Also, can I actually make the deposit in dollars, or is there some weird currency issue

hi there

You can pick up a voucher at a CVS or a Walgreens and use it to fund your account and start betting online.
Paysafecard is generally meant for international sites, but since we aren't discussing those here—they have their own dedicated thread for that—we'll leave it at that.

So, I heard some chatter that William Hill might be teaming up with paysafecard, and honestly, I think bet365 is looking at doing the same thing. It’s not 100% confirmed yet, though.

So, about that landscape card—is that thing just for specific sites, or does it apply to pretty much all the major US sportsbooks?

Our Visa cards are only being accepted by certain offshore sportsbooks right now—William Hill takes them without any issues, for instance—but sites like Bwin aren't biting...

Do you happen to know where I can find a list of the stores and betting shops that actually take this card?
