I’m using Skrill, so I'll just send them an inquiry.
(

There’s a tiny difference between Skrill and PayPal, but you’ll figure that out on your own once you stop reading every single post so closely.😉

Good grief, I guess I know as much as anyone else. Or maybe I don't. 🤷 I mentioned I’d just use PayPal since I already have an account set up. 🤷

By the way, there’s an entire PDF floating around on the forum called... Online shopping. Where can I find the threads for PayPal and Mastercard?

And there's a thread about that too. Seeing it all over Facebook. 🤣

Give me a break, I clearly know what I'm talking about—or maybe I don't. 🤷 I already said I'd use Skrill since I'm already set up with them 🤷.

By the way, there's a full PDF on the forum called Online Shopping that has entire threads dedicated to PayPal, Skrill, and all that good stuff

.

Oh my god 🙂
The Skrill master costs $10 a year... PayPal is free (well, at least it was four months ago)... if you're really struggling over a tenner to sign up for PayPal, I am never saying Americans are cheap again 😉.

The Moneybookers master costs about $10 a year... PayPal is basically free (well, it used to be a few months back)... so if you're really struggling with a tenner, just stick to PayPal. I guess I can't say people from Denver are cheap anymore. 😉

🤣
I did read that, I just haven't sat down to crunch the numbers on the fees—you know, comparing card costs versus withdrawal fees between MB, PayPal, and Neteller. 😉

We aren't being stingy. Except for Vlaja, he’s the stingy one. ☕
But choosing which Mastercard to go with isn't about being cheap; it's about being smart. 🙂
I assume the address rule is the same for everyone since most of these terms are identical anyway. 🤷

Look, I read it, but I haven't actually crunched the numbers on fees yet—like, comparing card costs and withdrawal fees between Moneybookers, PayPal, and Neteller.😉

It’s not about being cheap. Sure, Vlaja is tight,☕ but this has nothing to do with stinginess.

I bet Moneybookers will just hand us cards right when we join the European Union.😁

Ever since BWIN merged with Party, their payout process has been an absolute disaster. It used to be that if I used Skrill, the funds were in my account within 10 hours—now, I’m sitting here on day five of the work week waiting for nothing. Definitely steer clear of them.

slyviper94 said:Yeah... I sent them an email with a full breakdown of what happened—hopefully they’ll actually listen and fix it. It sucks because now I'm probably stuck waiting until Monday, and there's way too much good action happening tomorrow to be sitting on the sidelines.

I was reading the New York Post earlier saying bookies are going to have to pay out stakes under the new rules... honestly, I've put more on the table than most people realize. I'm heading over to check if they've already pulled the funds from my account.

Hey everyone,
Yesterday, I decided to go all in on a single match—an online parlay featuring Fognini-Čilić—and as of today, they haven't voided the bet yet. I actually reached out via email to see what was going on, but they just hit me back with this:
Article 15.
For bets placed on tournament-style competitions (like tennis tournaments), the wager remains active until the tournament concludes, because due to the nature of the bracket, if an event is interrupted, it might simply be postponed for a few hours, pushed to the next day, or held off until conditions allow play to resume.
Since it is a hundred percent certain that they won't be playing tomorrow either, I am genuinely torn on whether it is worth sending another follow-up or if I should just accept my fate and wait until Monday to potentially get my money back 🙂, because I would really rather not lose it. Has anyone here dealt with this kind of thing before?

I’ve been in a similar spot with Fognini-Čilić where I placed an online bet through Favorit, and the ticket still shows as active on their end. My advice? Just stay patient. Harassing them with more messages isn't going to speed things up. Once the transaction is officially voided, the funds will land back in your account—most likely by tomorrow at the latest.

I honestly think you should just be patient because badgering them won't speed anything up; once they officially cancel the slip, the funds will show up in your account, likely by tomorrow at the latest.

It really wouldn't be an issue if I actually had more cash on hand right now, especially since there are plenty of solid matchups playing today, but that's just how it goes—I am definitely never betting on the Davis Cup again.🙂

Could someone please point me toward a decent site for betting on UFC and boxing? I checked out bwin, but they only have a handful of fights listed.

Thanks in advance!

I'll admit, I haven't read through this whole thread yet, so I figured I'd just ask: is anyone here trading odds on Betfair? Any specific strategy working for you guys? 🙂
I've been trying to figure something out, but just when I think I've finally cracked it, boom—all the profit from the last xx days just vanishes. 🙂

I need some help here. I snagged a $70 bonus from a sportsbook, but the catch is I have to wager it 5x at odds of 1.7. So, if I bet the $70 and win, I’ll be sitting on about $120. For the next bet, am I supposed to wager just the original $70 again, or do I have to drop the full $120?

Regarding your question—I honestly have no clue. I've never touched bonuses; that wagering requirement stuff always seemed like too much hassle. I prefer just betting my own cash.🙂
Douglas Roberts49 might know, though—he’s an expert when it comes to this kind of thing.

Just a thought—you might want to look into bets that could potentially be voided. It happens more often than you'd think.
For instance, you wait until the lineups drop right before kickoff, see that someone like Rooney isn't even on the roster, and then place a "to score" bet. If he's not playing, the bet gets voided—meaning you can't really lose.

Now, I'm not sure if the sportsbooks actually count those voided bets toward your wagering requirements.🤷

Look, if the bonus is $70 and you gotta roll it 5x, that means you need to wager a total of $350 at 1.7 odds. It's totally up to you whether you do 350 bets of $1 or just 5 bets of $70.

Maybe Bryan Adams6 can give you an answer, though. He knows his stuff when it comes to this.

I was just thinking you might try betting on lines you know will get voided. It happens more often than you'd think.
For instance, if you wait until the lineups drop right before a game and see that someone like Rooney isn't even on the roster, but there's still a bet live for him to score or not—you take it, knowing it’s basically a guaranteed win since the bet will be voided.

Now, whether the sportsbooks actually count those toward your bonus rollover is anyone's guess. 🤷

Bryan Adams6 said:If the bonus is $70 and you need a 5x rollover... that means you have to wager a total of $350 at 1.7 odds. It's up to you if you want to drop $350 once or split it into five $70 bets.

Well, I got this one without even depositing, just by winning first place in a contest. I was just curious, since I don't usually bother with them when I'm using my own cash anyway.

Thanks, Bryan. 👍

One more thing—say I get $120 initially, then next time I deposit $70 and max it out... what happens to the remaining $50? Does it stay tied to the bonus, or can I actually withdraw it?

One more thing—say I grab that $120 for the first time, then bet $70 on the next round and hit it big... what happens to that leftover $50? Does it count as bonus money or can I actually cash it out?

Nothing. It just means you've dumped $140 into it, which means you've only cleared the rollover twice. You gotta do it five times total.

Which contest was this from? Shoot me a DM so we don't end up advertising here.👍

Does anyone know if there are any decent sign-up bonuses out there right now for an online sportsbook that actually works here in the States?

I saw that 10bet has an English version and they’re offering some kind of bonus up to $200??? Is that legit?

Anyway, lately I've mostly been sticking with bet365. They're honestly perfect for me. Their live betting is super deep, and those live stats and graphical match updates they show are just awesome. Even using their mobile app, I don't feel like I'm missing a thing—it feels just as smooth as being on my desktop.

I did run into one weird situation with them once, though, but I guess they were technically in the right... so, there was this live soccer match, maybe five minutes left, and they had the stream running on their site. A goal went in to make it 2-0, but they hadn't updated the odds yet; they were acting like it was still 1-0. So, I placed my bet, won, and they even credited my account... then, about an hour later, they clawed the winnings back, claiming the odds were incorrect!!!!!

😬
