Best replacement for Radeon Software?

Hey,
I ran a Windows 10 update yesterday and now my Radeon Software isn't working at all. Also, when I hook up my TV via HDMI, the image won't scale to fill the whole screen. From what I can tell, AMD hasn't released a compatible version of the software for my specific card. Does anyone know an alternative way to fix the display settings on my TV?

Maybe it would help if you just told us which card you're running? It’s honestly ridiculous that an AMD card isn't supported by Radeon Software. What else am I supposed to use, then?

I think I have an AMD Radeon HD 4850, but Radeon Software just won't work on Windows 10 with this card. Honestly, it feels like my only real move is to roll back to Windows 7.

You can either deal with those crappy basic drivers or just roll back to Windows 7 or 8.
