can looking pale actually be one of the symptoms of pregnancy?!

It isn't that I'm worried about whether I'm pregnant or not right nowโ€”if I am, then fineโ€”it's just that I've heard this idea of being "pale in the face" listed as a symptom, and I was wondering if anyone here knows anything about that!!

Ever since I got pregnantโ€”and it hasn't been longโ€”I've been looking incredibly pale.๐Ÿ˜ฒ

Itโ€™s about time someone actually spoke up and offered a response with a shred of substance.๐Ÿ™
My sincerest thanks to you.๐Ÿ˜˜ ๐Ÿ˜
Congratulations on the pregnancy; I wish you nothing but happiness, health, and a lifetime of being deeply loved.๐Ÿ‘

My colleague at work mentioned I looked a bit pale, though it was likely just a passing moment.๐Ÿ™‚

Anemia was actually a pretty logical answer. ๐Ÿ˜›

My partner's pre-ejaculate is completely clear, so there aren't any visible signs of white fluid or anything. ๐Ÿ˜‚ (Just some logic to help me stay calm right now.)

P.S. I have a breakout on my chin, my skin isn't glowing (like a pregnant woman's would), I feel terrible, and I'm feeling pretty nervous. I think my period is coming, even if I don't have the usual symptoms, because once ๐Ÿ˜ณthat chin pimple shows up, ๐Ÿ˜Žit's happening for sure.

He hasn't even finished inside me once; honestly, itโ€™s just the foreplay thatโ€™s been the issue for me....
Is that actually possible in theory?

๐Ÿ˜˜ To you,๐Ÿ™‚
But if there's any truth to it, it doesn't sit well with me, and I really don't want that happening right now....

Anyway, how about you? Did your period arrive?

I don't want it either! I'm supposed to be getting my period at the end of the month, but I already had a heavy discharge back on September 7th... ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

Oh boy, you're really in a tough spot then.

I haven't read the previous postsโ€”have you taken a test yet? If you have, what's the plan?

I usually wait two days at most, and if my period still hasn't arrived, I go grab a test...

But honestly, I think I'll be fine. It's just not my time to have a baby yet.๐Ÿ˜‰

I don't want to scare you, but so many women thought they were finally getting their period... and then they weren't (unless they decided to call the baby a little Microsoft ๐Ÿ˜ฌ )

No, itโ€™s a complicated situation, but I know for a fact that isn't what happened. Basically, when it all went down, he told her, she took care of things the next day, and that was that. Itโ€™s not like weโ€™re talking about some idiot who would go out and mess around with someone just to end up telling her to get an abortion. On the contrary, everything turned out great, they actually ended up getting married... ๐Ÿ‘

I am not entirely certain if I am approaching this correctlyโ€”I should probably head over to Mount Sinai to get everything checked outโ€”but I was hoping to inquire about early pregnancy blood tests. Does anyone happen to know how early one can actually have their blood drawn to ensure the results are, well, 100% reliable?

I honestly have no clue, but I've heard of people getting a positive result on a standard drugstore home test even before they've missed their period! Your best bet is to just call your OB-GYN and ask them directly.

About 10 to 12 days after ovulation should be fine. ๐Ÿ™‚

Right, well, without implying anything about their specific situation, but it's definitely possible...

I haven't done anything yet. I'm going to wait until the end of the month since that's when my period should show up... hopefully. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ God, I really love playing these games... ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

So, I had sex back in Julyโ€”right during my fertile window, tooโ€”but then my period showed up on August 17th like clockwork.
Usually, my cycle is incredibly predictable, always hitting right at the 28-day mark around 2:00 PM, but this month? It's late. Itโ€™s only been a few days, but... ๐Ÿ˜• I can't shake this gut feeling that I might actually be pregnant.
Apparently, some women still get their period during the first month of pregnancyโ€”is that actually a thing? If anyone here has gone through something similar, I'd really appreciate the insight: ๐Ÿ™

Your period can definitely be late just from stress or being anxious; that plays a huge role. If you aren't sure where you stand, honestly, just grab a pregnancy test so you don't have to wonder. That said, you might want to wait a little longer because it might be too early for a test to give you a clear answer yet. Even an OBGYN won't be able to tell you much this early; a home test will likely show results before they can see anything. I learned that the hard way when I took a test before my own appointment. I didn't even mention I thought I was pregnant; I just went in because my period was late. My doctor suspected I might be pregnant but figured the delay could just be due to stress, since nothing showed up on the ultrasound yet.
