Looks solid and fully loaded. You running liquid cooling too? People are actually picking those up over here now.

I skipped the liquid cooling. I've always preferred air coolers.
As for the case, yeah, you can get them here. I picked mine up at Micro Center.

I’d say your CPU is definitely overkill for this setup—as for the GPU, well, it really depends on whether you were measuring those temps while under a full load or just idling.
You should probably give the whole thing a good dusting and swap out that thermal paste too—especially with summer right around the corner!

We just cracked this thing open and man, it’s spotless—not a speck of dust anywhere. But the cable management? A total nightmare. It's such a tangled mess of wires in there, honestly, we could barely even reach the RAM. We actually thought the memory had fried when we hit that dreaded Blue Screen of Death, but turns out it wasn't the RAM at all, just Windows acting up.
Maybe the cooler isn't performing like it used to, though, since this rig is already seven years old.
When we first opened it up, we were bracing ourselves for a massive mountain of dust, but nope! It’s crystal clear inside. Since it’s the first time it's been opened since we bought it, I'm really doubting the cooler is the issue.

Everything looks way too hot to me—I mean, those HDDs are sitting at 45°C and the motherboard is hitting 60°C... clearly, your case airflow is struggling. It seems like the chassis is your main bottleneck right now; it simply isn't exhausting the hot air fast enough to keep up with how quickly the rest of your components are heating up. I'm not entirely sure how many fans you're running in there, or if you could maybe tidy up the cable management a bit to help things along. Honestly, you might want to try running it with the side panel popped off just to see if those temperatures drop significantly.

My CPU barely hits 55c during Prime95😁—maybe try swapping out that thermal paste?

So, here's the deal—the sensor inside the processor itself is reporting 75°C, while the motherboard sensor right next to the CPU is showing 55°C. In my book, that internal CPU sensor is the one you really want to listen to, so honestly, if I were in your shoes, I'd be a little concerned about those numbers.
First things first: grab some compressed air to clear out the dust and swap out that thermal paste. Also, if you're still rocking the stock cooler that came in the box with the processor, it might be worth upgrading—those standard coolers from AMD can be a bit lackluster sometimes.

Thanks... just so you know, I’m not even running stock. I’ve got a Golden Orb in there. I actually did a full deep clean last week—dusted everything out, swapped the thermal paste, reset the multiplier to factory settings, and dialed the CPU voltage down as low as it could go before things got unstable. And that was before the real heatwave even hits! Today it’s barely 82°F outside and I'm already seeing this.
The only thing left to do is kill the fan curves and just crank the CPU cooler to max speed.
Honestly, I’m starting to wonder if this software is just glitching and showing a fake 20°C delta. Even in the BIOS, the socket temp looks fine, but the individual core temps are always higher—and the later cores are consistently running about 10°F hotter than the first one. 😢

Maybe give Core temp a shot—it’s usually a bit more reliable than HWMonitor or even HWinfo

Honestly, those core temperature spreads look pretty standard to me; you really only need to start sweating if you see a gap wider than 10 or 15 degrees. Have you swapped out the thermal paste lately? If not, it might be worth grabbing a premium brand—something high-end can make a world of difference. Also, just double-check that the heatsink is seated properly and making solid contact. I'm running a bit thin on ideas, but that's where I'd start!
