Instead of pulling from the Yakut, Circassian, Tatar, Dagestani, or Chuvash regions... you could find as many volunteers as you want right in the heart of Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The Fascists are looking for an Anschluss.

Much to my profound disappointment, 🤦

But look... I'm asking you, please, could you actually clarify what you mean by "Russians" and "Ukrainians" in this specific context?

- Are we talking about Ukrainian collaborators in occupied territories...
- Ethnic Ukrainians who are calling for war via Russian propaganda outlets...

- Ethnic Russians living in Ukraine who are giving their lives for Ukraine...
- Or Russians from Russia who travel to Ukraine to join volunteer units...

Daniel Ward87 said:Let them. Let them mobilize everyone, especially those "decent" Russians who claim to be against Putin but stay quiet because they're terrified of the mob. The more they get mobilized and sent to Ukraine to become target practice, the more they'll come back home in a Cargo 200 box. Maybe then—just maybe—the people will finally realize that if 20,000 of them actually hit the streets, the authorities won't be able to arrest them all fast enough.

So yeah, keep the mobilization coming. As for those Russians trying to flee across the Finnish border or into any EU country? Just send them straight back to Uncle Putin. I wouldn't be surprised if most of them supported the cause until it was time to actually put their own necks on the line for the motherland.☕

Look at this—it’s all shits and giggles for these idiots right now, until that first 155mm shell lands right in their lap.

More booze than soldiers, man.

Dammit, look how many of us there are, dammit, we've got to crush the Ukrainians.

https://twitter.com/wartranslated/st...33122304835584

Actually following orders? 😂 I don't think anyone's ever seen that happen in the military.

The officers are too busy being cowards anyway, since they know these guys are basically just cannon fodder.

Meanwhile, Americans just sit back and munch on popcorn...
Where exactly is this supposed Biden threat?
Someone needs to remind those Russians where they belong...
The West is far more powerful—they've just lost their nerve.

Do you honestly think HIMARS systems are just "popcorn" to us?
Where on earth are you even from?
Little Rock?
Memphis?
Or maybe somewhere like Moscow or Minneapolis?

I mean, they probably just mean people based on how they feel politically, I guess.
I know plenty of ethnic Russians in Ukraine who identify as political Ukrainians—like, there’s this famous editor over at CNN who showed his loyalty to Ukraine way back in 2014, and now he’s out there risking his life filming the front lines and showing how much damage the Russian invaders are doing. Then again, I also know ethnic Ukrainians living in Russia who saw photos of destroyed cities sent by their relatives in Ukraine and told them, "Hey, stop sending these, it’s not even the truth." And yeah, obviously there are Ukrainians who had to bail on Russia after 2014 because they couldn't stand parroting all that Russian propaganda about Nazis and fascism in Ukraine.

P.S.
Since we’re bringing up CNN: There was this guy in Donbas, head of some criminal organization from the Russian Federation, who’d been in prison since 2015 on a 23-year sentence for murder, arms dealing, and all sorts of crime from '98 to '13. He ended up signing a contract with the Wagner Group and finished his career out in Donbas.

Word on the street is they’re actually sending about 10% of the FSB's active duty staff over to Ukraine just to "boost troop morale." Honestly, getting some serious NKVD vibes from that one.

A huge chunk of the Russian professional soldiers and officers are already dead or permanently out of commission. Most of everyone else left is currently tied up fighting in Ukraine.

So, who's actually going to take charge of that army and lead them?

Honestly, that part should be a breeze. The Russians are just going to throw all those minorities into wave after wave of frontal assaults to turn them into "super soldiers." A ton of them will die, obviously, but frankly, Russia couldn't care less. It’s cheaper to pay them off, and they don't even have to waste precious time on actual training.

They'll just send these guys on suicide charges. The Ukrainians will be forced to shoot at them, and eventually, they'll find a way to make sure those people—who don't even have a specific grudge against Ukrainians—end up hating them.

Massive crowds have flooded the streets of Moscow and Saint Petersburg, rallying in support of annexing the occupied Ukrainian region of Donbas Russia.

What you see there are eager citizens—true volunteers just waiting for a chance to pick up a rifle. Meanwhile, the leadership wastes time worrying about potential deserters and soldiers they can't even trust. 🙏

Or they'll just get a blunt reality check—told essentially to go ahead and send their own children to die in someone else's land. The Russians have made it incredibly obvious lately that they simply don't have enough manpower. Those more distant republics? They are becoming increasingly ripe for rebellion.

Look, I already said there’s no reason to feel bad for the Russians. If they want sympathy, they can go find it at home.

We aren't backing down here. You start giving an inch and it’s over—same thing happens in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania... We gotta stay tough and hit hard, nothing else works.

Yeah, the cost is heavy, but hey, better a quick end than a pain that never stops...

Give me a break—that’s just bizarre..
My point was that the USA needs a much more aggressive approach..
If they had issued a real threat—something along the lines of "attack Ukraine and Moscow burns"—this wouldn't even be happening.
HIMARS are fine, but they aren't enough; they need more heavy weaponry..
The EU—specifically Germany and France—would probably hand everything over to Moscow on a silver platter if they could just keep getting cheap gas without anyone bothering them..
As long as Americans keep providing aid, another 300,000 Russians will roll in; right now, they need tools to wipe them out in the south..
Watching Joe Biden's reactions is practically a sedative—the old man is so senile he barely knows if he's arriving or leaving.
The Germans promised tanks, yet here we are, seeing absolutely nothing..
Biden could pressure Olaf Scholz, but it’s all a calculation—it suits them for the war to drag on, so they send just enough to keep things barely moving..
They don't care about the massive losses Ukraine will endure during a prolonged conflict..
And then, the second I wake up these "sleepy" types, the West immediately tries to deflect by questioning my origins—throwing out names like Smederevo or Nikšić like it matters..
I was actually in Ukraine back in December; my girlfriend is a Ukrainian woman, and if supporting them makes me an outsider, then so be it—I am behind them unconditionally..
Glory to Ukraine!

I still suspect the worst is yet to come; it feels like we're just waiting for this conflict to spill over further.

I’d certainly prefer to be proven wrong.

Russia can't even manage a war in Ukraine against a relatively small Ukrainian military backed by Western weapons shipments... how are they going to expand the conflict? They just don't have the resources for it.

If that’s actually the case, then international law doesn't apply to these FBI prototypes—meaning Ukrainians could just sweep them aside without much fuss.
During the Nuremberg trials, the defense argued that Mainstein's units were targeted because they were liquidating Cheka agents.
The counter-argument? Since they were operating as paramilitary groups, international law and the Geneva Convention simply didn't apply to them...

Give me a break. International law absolutely applies to paramilitary units. The only catch is they have to carry their weapons and wear their insignia openly.

It is high time they provided some support for Russia—specifically for the two largest minorities, the Volga Tatars and the Bashkir Georgians.
The Georgians and Armenians are fleeing through massive crowds at the border with Georgia—meanwhile, plenty of Azeris in Russia are likely looking for any way to break free.
