rapidrider3, sorry if I'm being too nosy, but how many kids do you have?

mistyharbor8 said:Thanks for getting back to me. It wasn't clear. My period was regular, but it’s late this month. I've been feeling some pregnancy symptoms, though I honestly thought I couldn't get pregnant while breastfeeding my little one.

Regarding the cyst thing, that answer is for the girl above, not you...🀣
I just used multi-quote so I wouldn't have to make a whole separate post...

Don't kid yourselfβ€”you can absolutely get pregnant. Breastfeeding isn't birth control...😁

Just go buy a test and stop stressing over it...πŸ˜‰

I've got three boysβ€”15, 13, and 8.
And then there were three others who didn't make it... lost them during pregnancy. My last one passed away last year at 17 weeks. That was my first baby with my second husband.

Sorry if I overstepped by asking. Just wondering if I might be too, though maybe I'm just waiting on baby number four. You seem pretty experienced, so I thought I'd check.

No, it doesn't bother me. Honestly, this is what these forums are forβ€”people ask things, and if someone doesn't want to answer, they just say "it's private" or whatever. No big deal.

I'm not going to hide the fact that I'm a mom. I've been around the block a few times, I've got the years and the experience to prove it... so I share what I know when I can.

Anyway, if there really is a little one on the way for you... well, I wish you nothing but the best.πŸ˜‰

Well, I’m still pretty young. Just 32, haha. Honestly, I’m really hoping I’m actually expecting, though it might be a little early to tell. I’m only three days late, and I’ve always been a skeptic when it comes to those home tests. Guess I'll just have to hang in there for a few more days before heading to my OB-GYN.

Ugh, I'm already 36. I feel like I'm aging by the second 🀣... like the youth is just slipping through my fingers...

If you've got the patience to sit around and wait, fine, go ahead. Personally? I wouldn't. Just grab a $11 test; they work well enough. Besides, what's the point of rushing to the doctor this early? There's nothing to see yetβ€”just a lot of fuss and a two-week wait for an appointment, and let's be real, we usually already know the answer anyway...😁

Keep us posted on how it turns out, okay? Let us know if it's a plus or if Aunt Flo just showed up early.πŸ˜‰

I bought one for her onceβ€”already mentioned this, I thinkβ€”it was probably that Gravidette Mini or something like that... anyway, it runs about $11 and gives a pretty clear line or two.

Not much, really... though I suppose I did land a permanent position, even if it’s still just unofficial 😁

Just wanted to jump in here too. Finally grabbed a test today, so now I’m just playing the waiting game until tomorrow morning. Everything is pretty much the same on my endβ€”nothing yet, still just feeling a bit off and weird for the last few days. How's everyone else doing?

Thomas Lewis10 said:Hello everyone... I am in desperate need of your help because I am feeling completely lost right now... I went to see my OB-GYN this morning since my period is ten days late, just to figure out what's going on. During the ultrasound, the doctor mentioned seeing a small spot in my uterus, but he couldn't confirm anything else yet... Does anyone know what that could mean? Is it possible that I'm pregnant? And if it is, how far along could I be if it looks like nothing more than a tiny speck? I haven't even told my husband yet... I am just so incredibly anxious about all of this... Thank you all so much in advance for any answers you can give me.

So you're just waiting? Didn't that "genius" doctor tell you to get a blood test?
Just go get an hCG test. πŸ™‚

You aren't pregnant... I already told you...
You took the most sensitive test available. If that came back negative, then it's negative. That's just how it is.

Things will look up πŸ™‚

Raymond Parker4 said:So, when should I probably try testing again? I took one on the day my period was actually supposed to start and it came up negative, but I’m feeling all those symptoms, you know? Now I’m about five days late... maybe it isn't pregnancy, but I just have this really strong gut feeling that it might beπŸ˜‰

Do it again right nowβ€”because if you're going to be late, you might as well just do it every single day.

I never actually claimed to be pregnant; I was merely responding to the question above regarding whether any changes had occurred.

Just wanted to jump in here too. I finally picked up a test today, so now I’m playing the waiting game until tomorrow morning. Nothing certain yet, though my milk is coming in and I’ve been feeling a little off lately. Dealing with regular cramps, too, and some sharp twinges on my right side. Really hoping this is the real deal. Plus, I'm hitting the bathroom way more often than usual. How is everyone else doing?

Oh, awesome. Glad someone posted something so I didn't have to boot up my computer for nothing. πŸ˜‚
Ryan Morris15, look at how well everything started out for you. If you don't get your period tomorrow, then it's pretty much a done deal!
mistyharbor8, I honestly thought you’d be taking a test by this morning or today, since you're already four days late...

I'm feeling a little discouraged today, though. My temperature dropped to 98.1 this morning from yesterday's 98.4. It all just feels like a typical failed cycle to me because things always start dipping right before my period arrives. Plus, my breasts are sore, there's more discharge, and I've been dealing with this weird dizziness for about half an hour now. I just don't know what to think anymore...

Which test did you get? If it's Clearblue or an Early Detection one, they work pretty much instantly... those things are super sensitive to beta HCG...

Have you actually gone in for any testing? How long have you been trying? Has your husband had a semen analysis? Are you definitely ovulating?
