It was fantastic! 👋 I honestly expected a massive crowd, but it ended up feeling incredibly intimate instead.. 😍 The Fox Senate session was excellent. The interviews were charming, the "company favorite" segment was easily the highlight, and the hosts remained as professional and organized as ever.. 😬 😍

I was lucky enough to snag that $200 ticket, but given how scatterbrained I’ve been lately, I’ll probably completely forget I actually have to be back in Chicago by August 27th. I can already see it happening: I’ll be lounging on the beach, glance down at my phone, realize it’s the 27th, and just stare blankly at the screen wondering why that date feels significant. Ugh, my head is spinning and my soul feels just as heavy.. 😵 I showed up late to the Joy Division show 😵, missed out on checking out that new amp 😢, and honestly, I skipped The Smiths on purpose 🙂. The venue itself was stunning 😍, though with all those lights, it felt less like an indie gig and more like watching a U2 stadium tour 😁. But seriously, someone needs to install some AC in there immediately 😠 :ugush:, Death Cab for Cutie really brought back some old memories, but they definitely overdid it on the drinks. As for all this massive hype from UNICEF, I just don't get it. 😕

Look, I’ve already counted at least 22 bands on this lineup that I would give anything to see live, and I’m certain there are several more tucked away in there... all while I don't have even twenty bucks to my name. I really shouldn't even be adding more to the list. 😢 Making it out there just once is the ultimate goal. It can't possibly be that impossible, right? Grrr... 😢
