Richard Walker79 said:I'll say it again: you are looking for blame in all the wrong places. Most people don't even have basic human rights. How can you expect an average citizen to take action when the government and the ultra-wealthy are already dictating their thoughts and actions? You're living in a total illusion.

Take it up with the billionaires and their buddies in power. They are the ones polluting and wrecking the planet. You capitalist imperialists will destroy not just the environment, but the very people who live in harmony with it, all for a tiny bit of profit.

Try reading some uncensored history books—they are the best teachers in life. Just look at how the Native Americans, the pagans, and others who lived in tune with nature ended up.

There isn't much you can do here, my friend. Save one tree, and they'll just go ahead and clear-cut the entire forest. Look at our polluted rivers, lakes, seas, and oceans!
To truly grasp these issues, you need a much deeper perspective. Right now, you simply lack that insight and wisdom.

In short, only those actually in charge have the power to be a Savior—to stop the destruction and the pollution.

Like the Illuminati are just gonna stop being evil on a whim, so I guess we gotta tear the whole system down...
maybe shouldn't have said that out loud—now I'm low-key getting paranoid
Hey everyone, how's it going? in Miscellaneous ·
A truly bad day is when you find yourself flipping your car over on the highway, or some idiot slams into your bumper doing 75 mph.
That's some straight-up bullshit.

lonelynx16 said:Look, amidst a mountain of nonsense like "which three actors would you take to help you shake someone down?" or even "why do we watch movies," I don't really think my particular brand of cranky cynicism regarding the topic is such a massive pile of garbage...
Furthermore: I am perfectly certain about the definition of the word scholasticism. Beyond its role as a medieval philosophical science serving theology, it can be used figuratively to describe idle speculation—essentially, pointless theorizing. My writing style shouldn't be an issue (unless you’ve decided to go all out and blame me for the way I present things), because it has nothing to do with the subject matter itself. The delivery isn't the point. And as for punctuation? Fine, I'll learn; I promise!

@Anthony Kim18, I've been wanting to put you on ignore for ages, but I needed a personal reason to justify it, so here is that glorious moment arriving, because some of your little pieces of wisdom and fascist tendencies are just straight-up unforgivable... 😢

Man, you were born to be a politician.

Anyway, back to the point—I watch movies because... well, it's a deep subject... let me chew on that for a bit and I'll get back to you when I find a decent answer... 😉

This is ridiculous.
There are so many people hanging out here and this is such an interesting conversation.
Now everyone is just playing dumb and acting like they don't have an opinion.
Why do we watch movies? in Movies ·
I’m basically watching movies because I’m an addict at this point.
Heh, glad it's not just me.

Let's be real—pretty soon we won't just have AA meetings; we’re gonna need FA (Film Anonymous) support groups to deal with this obsession.
Richard Walker79 said:Let’s skip the endless debate over who’s right or wrong. Just lay out what you’ve learned. Put your insights into words, no matter how they come out. I promise, those of us who have been through it will get exactly what you mean.

1. The realization that nobody actually owns anything—not even their own body. It means we either possess everything or absolutely nothing at all.

There was this father with three sons.
And he tells them a whole bunch of stuff.

Humans aren't just made of hearts—we're driven by much more complex stuff than that.
How is hate supposed to win?
When it's the heart that actually sustains us in the first place. 🙂 😁 🙂

🤷

Goethe once said, "Whatever you feed, grows."

So, I'm guessing you're trying to say we should be feeding our hearts instead.

Charles White11 said:I couldn't agree more!

God doesn't judge us; through our free will, we either drift away or step toward Him.
He gave us that freedom; it is His very reflection within us.
Our free will is what makes us similar to Him—made "in His image and likeness."
We are the ones who crucify a God who is in love with humanity (through our free will) simply by retreating from His gentle touch.
His smiling face is mirrored in the heart. The heart is like a mother’s smile, overflowing with understanding and the pure joy that we exist. What mother could ever fail to love her child, no matter who they are? It is ganuće how everything is forgiven; in Him, all malice dissolves, loses its power, and through that melting—that burning in the fire of love—finds its ultimate purpose.
Our innate malice trivializes the world around us, but the ganuće that fills the Heart breathes life into every "little thing," turning existence into a magnificent experience;

When in the crimson dawns
Or in the clear mornings
I wander
Through flourishing fields
Where a young breeze sways the heavy stalks
Of high yellow wheat,
I suddenly stop;
And look!
My heart, out of sheer joy, beats loudly
Like a Zlatan sat srce.
(d. Tadijanović)

That joy I feel, running down the street like a boy playing in his coat...
(N. Author)

Narrow-mindedness, captivated by itself, sees only grain and dew-covered grass. But an Awakened Heart... Oh, an Awakened Heart is so much more than that... It beats like a Zlatan sat srce.

The heart finds its fulfillment on the «cross» because, through the suffering of malice, it burns bright, illuminated by forgiveness.
The heart doesn't care about your past; to a pure heart, everyone is dear and beloved.

The heart has surrendered itself by its own choice; anyone who understands what I mean will surrender in that same way.

That is the kind of heart I love.

P.S. Though, I wouldn't call the one who fills me with ganuće a wolf.

Beautiful lines.
Really put me in a good mood.

Wishing you all the best 👍

There’s this old idea about two wolves fighting inside a person's soul.
One side is pure love and the other is just straight-up hate.

So, which one actually comes out on top?

The one you keep feeding!

Is spirituality evolving? in Spirituality ·
Spirituality is basically a work in progress—it grows every single day.
At its core, it’s all about being able to tell the difference between right and wrong.
Look, we all mess up—that's just life—but once you actually learn how to spot those mistakes, the real test is deciding not to trip over the same stone twice.
To me, spirituality is just high-level morality.

Noah Torres8 said:Looking back at what happened at Camp Nou during that penultimate round of La Liga, I find it impossible not to feel a sense of justice regarding the missed opportunity. It was one of those freak occurrences—the kind of misfortune that rarely happens by pure chance—that swung the results of two different matches in the final minute, effectively snatching the title right out from under Barcelona's nose.

Now, the club in Catalonia has decided to resort to the desperate tactics of a cornered animal. Real Madrid is set to host Mallorca this Saturday, and for the Madrid side, a simple victory secures them the championship trophy.

Consequently, according to certain American news outlets reporting on the situation, officials in Barcelona have allegedly decided to "incentivize" the Mallorca players with a 600,000 dollar bonus if they pull off an upset. This initial sum is reportedly just the starting point, with the stakes expected to climb significantly by the time kickoff arrives this weekend.

The reports suggest that Barcelona employed this same shady strategy during the matchups involving Real Madrid against Zaragoza. Back then, every player on the Zaragoza roster supposedly received a 50,000 dollar incentive, yet Barcelona still managed to stumble against Espanyol.

It’s all just business, really.
I’m personally rooting for Real Madrid to slip up.

Austin Hayes66 said:if you want these tactics to actually work, they’ve gotta be simple. maybe I already laid them all out there—what do you guys think? 😍
so basically: when a problem pops up—like a glitchy joystick:
1 slow down
(the government agencies won't know how to interpret it, but they'll eventually form a commission...)
2 pivot
(head up to Aspen, invent some heavy-hitting buzzwords like "conspiracy theory" or "David Icke")
3 go full throttle and brand it!
(just drain their energy)
4 destroy = discredit
(and if possible, don't do it yourself—use someone else as a mouthpiece—maybe some pseudo-intellectual geniuses with high IQs, or just let some guy like David Icke run with it) 😍
5 switch it up.
don't just stick to one of those four!!!

man, seriously people, this is so genius I have no idea why nobody's using it! give me in on this too! I love playing racing games on my PlayStation! 😂😂 🙂

What you'll find on every single street corner, though, are self-absorbed robots. I think you realized pretty early on that wasn't your vibe. You picked the harder path, so now you've gotta live with it. Knowledge comes with a massive price tag. Anyway, good morning and welcome to the grind 😘. Honestly, I'd rather just take my chances with a sword in hand... metaphorically speaking, obviously 🙂

You're a bright kid, though.

Michelle Hall9 said:I hated it. Honestly, I was bored to tears. That movie could have easily cut 30 minutes of pure filler. Like, seriously, who actually wants to sit through two minutes of dead silence just so Brad can stare longingly at her? Yeah, yeah, they’re in love—message received. 🙄 It’s all just so incredibly sappy. I generally can't stand those Hollywood flicks where the melodrama is dialed up so high that I can practically see some middle-aged woman in a suburban living room grabbing a Kleenex to mop up a literal flood of tears. Give me a break. And that ending? Absolute garbage. Even my mom—who was ready to throw her remote at the TV after three hours of this nonsense—was like, "If he brings that guy from the beginning back now, I am officially done..." 😁

And don't even get me started on his hair. 😁 Just a total disaster.

Haha... great analysis right there.

God, I hate movies that you forget existed five minutes after the credits roll.
Karma: Punishment or opportunity? in Spirituality ·
Largo said:Some Buddhist traditions claim rebirth happens almost immediately after you kick the bucket, but then again, certain schools teach that this whole transmission process can drag on for up to 49 days. During that window, you're navigating through various intermediate states—you know, things like the bardo of dying, the bardo of meditation, or the bardo of rebirth. This entire cycle is laid out in the Tibetan Book of the Dead.

👋

The practitioners definitely know their stuff.
At the end of the day, all any human really has to do is actually live.
If you ask me, karma is basically just this lifelong school where you learn lessons through every single good and bad experience you run into.
The ultimate goal? To finally graduate from that school. But honestly, you can only pull that off if you stop identifying so heavily with your physical body.
It’s like what Krishna said: "to think (meditate) on me and you'll be closer to me every single day."
Group meditation session in Spirituality ·
Look, I’m a believer that this method actually works—even if I haven't personally given it a shot yet. Honestly though, hitting that state of total mental stillness? It’s a massive uphill battle, especially for people who have never even dipped their toes into meditation before.
Group meditation session in Spirituality ·
Taylor Campbell4 said:Look, if you actually read the last two posts, you'll see that's not even what we're talking about. I already broke down what transmission actually is—it isn't just some visualization trick. (I mean, sure, you might visualize something right at the start when you're chanting the big invocation, but that's it.)

I totally forgot to mention that since all those energies are flowing through the group members' chakras during the process, an individual gets a massive boost in spiritual growth—like, way faster than if they were just grinding away at some solo meditation practice on their own.
And honestly, personal growth isn't even the main goal here. It’s just a byproduct. (It's kind of like other forms of service; you grow by serving others, but here there's this extra layer because of how those energies move through the chakras).

Wait, where did I even mention visualization?
I was strictly talking about the energy clouds that exist in our atmosphere.
