Handball EP - Norway 2008 in Other Sports ·
Is anyone here actually planning on heading out to the games?
I’ve got press credentials, so if anyone needs a hookup, let me know.
Quick question about credit cards in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
You’ll be billed 5% of your total monthly credit card activity. If you want to pay off more, go ahead—it's up to you. But there's no requirement to do so. It all runs on autopilot. You don't have to think about it; you just swipe, and the debt keeps climbing.

Scott Ramos48 said:I can get someone to take care of this guy for you if you want. Just shoot me a DM.

"Take care of a guy," "fix a guy," "handle a guy"... give me a break. What exactly is he planning here? A hit? A shake-down? It sounds ridiculous.

:klap:

Just go check out the Spaz d.o.o. website and call it a day. Simple as that.
Importing from China in Business, Accounting & Taxes ·
I’m also curious about the import side of things (doesn't necessarily have to be from China).
Let's say I already have a business set up.
What does the actual process look like when you bring goods into the country?
Are there specific quotas on certain items—like, how much of a product can you actually bring in before hitting a wall?
I'd be looking at importing electrical components. Semi-finished products.
Skeleton Key in Movies ·
Joining the fray here.

The movie is just boring. Even if you're liking the ending, it doesn't fix the overall impression.
Female serial killers? in Movies ·
Jose Chase2 said:The topic is pointless. We haven't even had a Black serial killer, or an Eskimo, or...🙄

It isn't pointless.
Think about it. Half the planet is female. How could such a massive demographic fail to produce a single deranged killer targeting women?

Look at *Monster*. That’s a prime example. Are there others out there?
Female serial killers? in Movies ·
So, I just finished watching Mindhunters. Honestly? It was mediocre at best.

The whole time I was sitting there wondering: why haven't I ever seen a movie where the serial killer is a woman being hunted by the FBI?

Does even that kind of movie exist?

I wonder what the feminists would have to say about that. Why aren't they pushing for more stories like that?
How cool are mustaches? in Miscellaneous ·
A solid mustache is the ultimate finishing touch for any man. I’ve been trying to grow one out properly for a while now, but honestly? It’s just not happening.
It looks pathetic... just patches of hair here and there with nothing connecting them.
But once they actually fill in? Well, then I'll be the king of the world. 🙂
USA-Mexico and Mexico in Other Sports ·
Honestly, I haven’t seen our guys play this badly in ages. It was an absolute disaster. We spent almost the entire first half playing with a man advantage and still couldn't manufacture a single decent chance. Then we go and bench our star player right when we needed him most? Total meltdown on our end... just pathetic. 😢
Cell phone numbers in Law ·
Here’s a stupid hypothetical for you....
I'm sure goldengull3 will jump in here, probably.

Let's say I get my hands on the cell phone numbers of some public figures.
Then I decide to blast them all over the internet.
Am I looking at actual legal trouble for that?
TV project licensing questions in Economy ·
I have to admit, I’m not entirely following the question here.....

Care to elaborate? Give me some context...
The Last Temptation of Christ in Movies ·
LToC feels like a much more complete work compared to Passions
. Passions are definitely interesting, though.
Is The Hobbit being made? in Movies ·
First, he flatly denied any chance of him directing it. He claimed he’d be more than happy to grab some popcorn and catch it in a theater, but there was no way he was working on it. Then, suddenly, barely a month ago, he’s saying he wants to take the helm.
It looks like there's a massive pile of cash on the table....
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy in Movies ·
Thank god .... 👍 👋 :klap: 🙂 🎉
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy in Movies ·
I caught a bit of that series, and honestly, it didn't really grab me. I've just never been a fan of how they handle filmmaking over in the United Kingdom.

I’d much rather see an American studio take a crack at it...
Lost in translation in Movies ·
I have to say, I wasn't exactly blown away....
I was expecting something with a bit more substance, honestly...
The acting was solid enough, though.
Bruce Willis is the absolute legend
The Die Hard trilogy combined with some gritty rock anthems makes for an incredible ride.
So she got locked up. Good.
Every single one of those video rental shops engaging in that kind of illegal activity needs to be shuttered immediately. And the owner? They should be banned from ever working in film distribution again—assuming they pay the legal fines, of course.
I wanted to share my thoughts on this film series with you all...

First off, I swallowed *Reloaded* pretty easily for a few reasons. The philosophy
felt like it had taken on a new shape. They brought in new characters and new concepts—fresh
ideas that could have easily been woven into a cohesive narrative. But since this was just the
middle chapter, I told myself it probably couldn't end any other way than it did.
I figured everything would eventually be explained and tied up with a bow.
Then comes *Revolutions*.... It picks up right where I left off. Suddenly, they throw in more new
characters and toss out new premises without even addressing the open questions left over from the second
part.
They have an idea, but it’s as if they simply don't know what to do with it.
Honestly, if you asked the Wachowskis what they were actually trying to say, I doubt even they
would have a clue.
The whole saga, not just *Revolutions* but *Reloaded* too, revolves around the struggle of humanity and
principles. So why, at the very end of the trilogy, do they pull a fast one on us? Why shove this
concept down our throats that sounds great in theory but doesn't connect to the actual plot at all?
Suddenly, Neo brokers peace between man and machine. Fine, great idea, but it feels like a total bait-and-switch
from the directors. Both films were telling us something entirely different. And what was the deal with
Neo tearing through those machines in the "real world"? I don't get it. What happened there?
They clearly had a vision, but they lacked the execution. Instead, they just churn out a movie and release it
simultaneously across the globe because they were chasing a Guinness World Record. They wanted half a billion
people to sit there at the exact same moment and think, "What a load of crap."

roughly speaking...
