So, we should just leave women out of the conversation entirely to ensure men stay perfectly comfortable, right?🤔 😬
I know some women struggle during those days, but for me, it’s actually when I’m at my best.😍 I feel like I own the world. I feel incredibly feminine, I don't just walk, I glide, and my energy levels are through the roof.🙂
The author of that book claims that fasting like this can actually be effective for managing autoimmune conditions. But hey, let’s try to stay on track here.
So, we're talking about any kind of fasting and its potential benefits for various ailments. Or perhaps even therapeutic dieting through caloric restriction.
I'm curious to hear your thoughts.🙂
Just to be clear, neither I nor the people I'm asking for am looking to drop a bunch of weight this way.

Your basal metabolic rate is trashed, and you can't even start eating normally again without risking serious complications. You might as well have called this thread "Anorexia."
Actually, this is exactly where this topic belongs. Maybe try working on some tolerance and at least do a quick Google search before you start spitting venom here.
Losing some muscle or having to be careful when you start eating again isn't exactly the end of the world.
Anyway, go hit the gym and whip yourself up a protein shake after your workout.
Is Breuss meant for cancer patients or leukemia cases? From what I can gather, one person is strictly sticking to juices and teas, while another seems to be eating pretty much a regular diet.🤔
I managed to dig up a single scientific paper on the subject, and it suggested that resuming a standard diet might actually cause a tumor to grow faster.🤔 I can't quite remember where that link was, though.
Kyle Nelson2, what makes you think this approach actually works?

Eating nothing but fruit all day? That’s just nonsense. Honestly, that’s the biggest flaw with the UN diet.
I actually started a whole thread about a 40-day fast🥳 go ahead and look it up😉😁
Just go get some blood work done. In the meantime, try to eat clean, stick to a solid sleep schedule, and maybe squeeze in about thirty minutes of light exercise every day.
Also, do you know anyone who’s actually given this a shot? I’m really interested in hearing some firsthand accounts🙂 since my body just doesn't seem to play nice with most physiological stuff🤔
I can't quite recall the title, but according to this book, you drink nothing but water for 40 days straight🤔. Apparently, it supposedly forces the body to purge all those "dangerous" cells and any extra junk just hanging around.
It honestly flies in the face of everything we were taught in physiology class🤔, but from what I’ve managed to peek at, the author actually recommends it for things like cancer, autoimmune issues, Parkinson's, and so on. I haven't actually picked up the book myself yet.
Does anyone know what the Brojsov method is actually about?
And I'm totally in the dark regarding the enema part😕:
You definitely need antibiotics. In Finland, they typically prescribe ciprofloxacin, and over here in the States, we have the same thing available. You really want to start them as soon as possible. Apply some cold compresses to help get that swelling down.
Maybe feeling this way is just a side effect of moving forward, and getting worked up about it is actually a sign that there's still some personal growth left to do?🙂
Congratulations, you’ve officially become an empath😁 I know a few other folks in the spiritual community who deal with this exact same thing... honestly, you have to learn how to build some boundaries. You need to find a way to focus inward so you aren't constantly soaking up everyone else's moods and energy like a sponge🙂
And regarding that whole thing about getting irritated when someone says one thing but clearly means another... just take it easy. There are plenty of people out there like that. I'm sure there's a way to handle those situations without feeling like you're losing your mind or being pushed out of your own skin😉
