Honestly, I just stick to water. None of that processed junk. And don't even get me started on Tang—it's basically liquid poison if you ask me. 👎 Water is really all you need, and I drink a ton of it. I actually managed to drop 12 pounds just by focusing on my water intake, hitting the pavement for runs, and sticking to a good chicken noodle soup recipe. 👍 In fact, my mom is actually whipping up the next batch of soup for me right now. 😁
So, I popped in there this past Friday around 7 PM for a quick tan. Honestly? As soon as I stepped inside, it was just a crowd of women smoking, and the music from that local boy band 365 was absolutely thumping... 🙂 Then you see the girls coming out of the tanning rooms, and I noticed they hadn't even wiped down the lamps once. Like, seriously? We actually had to call them out on it and send them back to go clean up. I mean, hello, where is the basic hygiene? I was standing there and the whole place smelled like sour milk, and the bass was vibrating so hard my ears were actually aching. Look, I love music, but wow—that was way too much. It’s just... what the heck? A bunch of women smoking while the music shakes the walls? Helloooo, I didn't come here to go to a disco! It was a total disaster. I am definitely never going back there.

The sweet spot is probably just having one glass every hour or so...
And maybe grabbing a cup of green tea two or three times throughout the day too...
Got it, thanks Kyle White2.
I definitely have a tendency to drink way too much water myself.
My breakfast is usually just some sandwiches I whip up myself using some sourdough bread from Panera Bread. For lunch, I had some chicken noodle soup, and when I get hungry at work, I just grab an apple or some other fruit—anything except bananas. I also run quite a bit on top of all that! I try really hard not to eat anything after 6 PM, except for maybe some fruit. Though, I have to admit, I totally slipped up today and ate some chips 😳 after 6 PM. Between my daily runs and staying on top of my diet, I’ve actually managed to drop 22 pounds. Oh, and I drink a ton of water, probably about four 1.5L bottles a day. Even today, I came straight home from work and headed right out for a run. Since I eat my meals earlier, it doesn't bother my stomach much, especially if I add a little homemade tomato sauce and some pepper.
Anyway, I have a quick question for you ladies.
So, I just snacked on some chips after 6 PM, even though I drink massive amounts of water. Was I allowed to have those chips? 🙄 I'm planning to head out for my run around 10 PM. Sometimes I feel like my stomach is just getting bigger and bigger from all the water I drink. 🙄

You might even give your metabolism a little nudge while you sleep—though I can already hear the "scientists" out there rolling their eyes at me...😁 ).
What do you guys think?🙂

So, I managed to drop from 175 down to 155 😁 😁
But, of course, I was running regularly, and I never skipped breakfast. 😁 😎
Honestly, I’ve spent the entire day just lounging around or lying on the couch, so my legs feel completely useless... I don't think I could even manage to stand up for ten minutes right now without feeling totally wobbly. 🙂 😁 😁

Whenever I'm heating up a portion for myself, I always go ahead and toss in a little bit of that homemade tomato sauce my mom used to make. Plus a dash of pepper.
So, just to be clear... homemade tomato sauce and some pepper, am I allowed to add those? 🙄
I am honestly just a complete disaster when it comes to applying self-tanner. I can never get it even, and I always end up missing spots. So, for me, the tanning salon is basically a lifesaver. One time, I was a bit careless with my application and ended up looking exactly like a bright orange carrot. 😬
