If it were merely a matter of printer toner and ink, I suppose we would all be quite alright.
But then one must consider the constant hum of computer radiation, the artificial chill of the air conditioning, and that pervasive, low-level background noise...
It feels as though we are perpetually existing within an inherently unhealthy environment, where almost everything seems designed to compromise our physical well-being; yet, I find a certain solace in the fact that because of these very challenges, American medical science has advanced so tremendously, making it much easier for us to seek treatment when things go awry. 🙂
I recently stumbled upon a truly wonderful remedy for breakouts, and I simply felt compelled to share this little victory with you all.
It all started when I came across some information suggesting that tea tree oil can be quite effective at treating blemishes, which sparked a bit of an experimental idea in my mind. I decided to purchase some pure essential oil and concocted my own homemade toner to apply before my moisturizer. Speaking of which, the moisturizer itself actually contains tea tree oil—it’s an AOK brand product I picked up at Walmart for $9.75. I have been using that specific cream for quite some time now, though I must admit my breakouts never really subsided using just the cream alone; however, I am fairly certain the results would be similar regardless of which gentle, hydrating moisturizer one chooses to pair it with.
To give you the specifics of my little concoction, I prepared the toner by mixing ordinary water with the tea tree essential oil. In approximately 50 ml of water, I added about 25 drops of the oil, and I apply this mixture prior to my moisturizer. I follow this routine in the morning, again in the evening, and once more during the day. Naturally, I make sure to cleanse my face thoroughly with a cleansing gel and water before each application.
In just a matter of days, I have noticed that my breakouts have diminished significantly, and my skin feels remarkably soft and smooth to the touch.
Now, I am certainly no medical professional, so I cannot say for certain whether this might be too harsh for someone with particularly sensitive skin or if it might cause a reaction, but for me, it has been a complete success... Hurray!!!
How on earth could a solitary, humble egg possibly cause weight gain? I mean, if you really think about it—you’re mostly looking at the egg whites, which are pure protein, devoid of any significant fats...
Unless, of course, one were to consume them by the gross, perhaps 142 of them every single day.... in which case, I suppose one might find themselves gaining a bit of weight.
I cannot say for certain whether this individual is simply trying to pull the wool over my eyes—it is quite possible this is the first time I have even encountered his claims—but to me, the idea of $0.00does not seem particularly significant when one considers the sheer amount of money being poured into contact lenses, designer eyewear, and various other optical gadgets.
Generally speaking, I find myself leaning much more toward traditional, old-fashioned methods...
That article regarding visual perception was actually quite enlightening and provided some genuine value...
I certainly don't want to sound like I'm playing doctor or attempting to toss around clinical diagnoses without any authority...
In my own estimation, though, these symptoms seem to point toward something akin to bipolar disorder—and please, don't misunderstand me, I don't mean that in a terrifying sense, but rather as something similar to standard depression, which is manageable, except that here we are dealing with these rather frequent shifts in temperament. One moment, a person is incredibly vibrant and bursting with energy, and then, quite suddenly and often without any discernible trigger, they are overcome by tears and sadness... and this cycle just repeats itself for years on end...
The most prudent course of action would be to pursue every avenue used to treat typical depression. Prioritizing physical exercise is paramount, alongside mental stimulation—you know, the constant pursuit of learning new skills—as well as meaningful conversations with family, dear friends, a local pastor, a licensed therapist, or even practicing meditation. I also find that journaling about one's life can be quite cathartic, not to mention delving into various self-help literature...
The absolute worst thing one could do would be to simply ignore the issue, because pretending this is just a "normal way to express emotions" is a mistake. It would be just as misguided as an aggressive individual claiming that outbursts are merely their natural way of processing feelings simply because that is their inherent nature...
🙂 I truly find myself at a loss, as I honestly cannot say ☕
