What does intestinal issues mean? Which specialist should I see for this? And how do I explain that the pain shifts locations rather than staying constant?
For the past few days, I have been experiencing severe pelvic pain—possibly involving my ovaries—so intense that I cannot get out of bed without needing to stand while walking. Additionally, I am suffering from extreme bloating and debilitating gas that leaves me completely exhausted and requiring rest. 🙂
This issue occurs periodically. It lasts for several days before subsiding, leaving me fine for a while. I have consulted doctors, including a gynecologist and a general practitioner, but they were unable to identify the cause. They simply advised rest and increased fluid intake. I have followed those instructions, yet they provided no relief. I have stopped seeking medical attention because I feel the advice will remain unchanged, though the frequency of these episodes is concerning. Could this be an ovarian issue? Has anyone experienced something similar, or can anyone offer insight into what might be happening and how to proceed?

I will buy some and give it a try. It wouldn't matter if I didn't walk much, but I actually walk quite a bit.😠
I used to wash my hair every single day, and the condition was poor. I mistakenly believed it was oily, which created a cycle of over-washing. That habit stripped its moisture, but now that I focus on using oils and the right products, it looks fine. I have managed to control the urge and can go two or three days without washing, though I usually wear it in a ponytail or an updo to avoid touching it. If I don't, I end up fidgeting with it and making it greasy again by the end of the day. Ultimately, daily washing is not advisable. Since I stopped, my hair has improved significantly.

I used Trident nail strengtheners and they helped quite a bit. However, I stopped using them because they caused weight gain, so my nails returned to their original state. I never had major issues; they just used to peel once they reached a certain length. They weren't particularly strong, and I could never grow them as long as I wanted. Trident fixed that, so it might be worth a try for someone else...

Mostly light soups, boiled vegetables and chicken, seasoned with yogurt, avoiding anything fried, heavy spices, pasta, soy, beans, etc., and junk food... Smaller, more frequent meals are naturally easier to digest...
Cauliflower is easy to digest?! I feel like a balloon after eating it!
