It’s a harsh reality, I suppose. Constant, senseless stress can really wreak havoc on your health, and honestly, how are we even supposed to avoid it when the pace of life in America has become absolutely relentless? It feels like if we could just stretch a single day to 48 hours, we might actually stand a chance at getting everything done without losing our minds.
I have been personally battling some intense stress and pressure over the last couple of months, as my life currently feels like a high-speed race track. Reading this was a sobering little reminder of just how far things can spiral when the tension builds up.
People dealing with M07 Psoriasis really ought to try and lead as stress-free a life as possible, because if they don't, the condition tends to flare right up. 😢
Well, I had such a dreadful allergic reaction after taking some Sinersul. It was quite a sight, really—this terrible redness and itching spread all over my body, and my eyes and lips even started swelling up, which was just awful 😲
I ended up needing two different antihistamine injections, which, let me tell you, was a rather chilling experience...
It turns out I’m also allergic to Sumamed, though my doctor mentioned that it’s incredibly rare since Sumamed is generally considered such an excellent medication. She explained that they actually belong to the same class of drugs.

If I had my way, I’d go back and take that little bag right back. It’s such a strange feeling, because when you're at home, you wouldn't dream of giving anything to anyone, yet there I was, stuck inside the base with no way to step out and grab a quick bite to eat.
Well, let me tell you, I am never donating blood again, and I have already turned down at least ten different requests as my own little way of getting even. So, consider yourselves warned. And just to head off those mindless comments before they start—what if one of you ends up needing it? Or what if I end up in a spot where I need it? Well, then I guess I’ll just die. If they couldn't manage to feed me, they can simply deal with the consequences.

I found that using Pantene shampoo from L'Oréal 👍 along with some hair vitamins—honestly, any brand works—really turned things around for me. My hair was thinning quite a bit, which was honestly a little stressful, but after sticking with this specific shampoo for about a month and a half, the situation improved drastically.
I carry around this little little baggie filled with my essentials, mostly just some Advil, Knavon, Voltaren, and Reglan, along with some eye drops and a steady supply of Vitamin C, which seems to be about all I ever need! 😁
I usually just pick up anything else as the situation arises.
Oh, please, "healthy" cigarettes?! Honestly, I can't even begin to fathom what kind of marketing gimmicks they'll dream up next just to move more inventory! At this rate, we’ll be walking into a CVS only to find them claiming their sticks are packed with multivitamins or infused with some sort of miracle wellness booster... 🙄

I’m assuming it might be conjunctivitis? I haven't actually made an appointment with a doctor yet since I've just been using some Sulfasol drops on my own, but I was wondering if there is any other way to treat this?
You really ought to go see an ophthalmologist, because at the end of the day, nobody knows for sure what’s going on until a professional looks at it, and they will likely want to run an eye swab to identify the specific underlying cause. You simply shouldn't play around when it comes to your vision, as it could very well be a more serious inflammation or perhaps even some kind of allergy, and while we can certainly chat about it here, we can only ever truly speculate without a medical diagnosis....

For years now, I have been dealing with menstrual cramps that are absolutely grueling, nauseating, and frankly just unbearable... they are truly overwhelming.
I have tried just about everything under the sun, and the only thing that keeps me from completely losing it and feeling physically ill is relying on Ketonal and Knavon, which really isn't the most ideal way to live life.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Has anyone ever? How on earth did you manage to deal with it—or fail to deal with it?
😢
I have been taking Knavon for years on end because nothing else seems to touch the pain for me. I tried using birth control pills for a while, but even then, those awful cramps still managed to find their way back.😢
I was wondering if any of you deal with nail psoriasis? To give you some background, my nails started developing these tiny little pits about ten years ago, and the diagnosis back then was psoriasis. 😢 I didn't really bother treating it at the time because there weren't any other symptoms besides those small indentations, and interestingly enough, they seem to clear up on their own around March every year, only to resurface again by September.
My nails are actually looking quite clear right now, buuuut I’ve noticed that my big toe nail is starting to turn a bit bluish. 😲 It’s growing in with this bluish tint specifically along the edges of the nail, and I have to admit, it’s making me feel pretty anxious. I can't tell if this is somehow linked to the psoriasis or if it's something else entirely. Does anyone here happen to know anything about this?
