Great casting, terrible movie in Movies ·
Let's just hope—and I really mean this—that Forest Whitaker doesn't try his hand at the director's chair again anytime soon 😬
Rushmore is quite good—though I suppose the rest 🙈is somewhat
lacking.
Goodness, The Royal Tenenbaums—I honestly couldn't even make it past the five-minute mark. Wes Anderson 🤮
I am not suggesting—not even slightly—that he lacks quality films in his filmography, rather, I am positing that he is a subpar actor 😁 😁
It isn't really about the movies themselves—it’s more about how he's cited as being such a talented actor😬
Well—I suppose one could argue that *The Usual Suspects* is actually quite brilliant—though I guess that’s a bit of an overstatement.

Aja 🤣

Nope—they’re basically identical and share the same core premise—though I guess you could say the remake offers a much sharper critique of the U.S. government 🙂

true, true 🙏 🙏

Look, I suppose—if I'm being honest—it's highly likely even you didn't fully grasp every single one of his films 100% 🙂

Ugh, why am I not watching Zaga the Exterminating Angel right now? 🙂

Zaga the Exterminating Angel is—honestly—just a damn incredible movie; you really have to see it. 🙏 🙏

Brian Williams said:It was actually a pretty terrible movie. I guess Tais-Toi is much better—though The Closet is also quite bad.

And once again, it seems it's those exact movies you can't stand that you really should be watching 🙏 🙏 🙏 👍

Honestly, I think his friend is the best part—he just sits there laughing like a total idiot🤣

It was released here at our local diner

That should be an easy fix 😉

Anyway—and I've probably said this countless times on this forum—it really is one of the funniest movies ever made 🙏 🙏

And some people just love being part of that tiny 0.0001%—the ones who actually enjoy the movie—absolute snobs, I guess 🙂

Religious doctrine is one thing—but actual practice is quite another. I mean, is burning women alongside their husbands in India really considered some sort of great civilizational achievement? 🤮

Rachel Martinez11 said:That isn't an accusation—it’s just a plain observation. And honestly, it isn't because of some low rating in the discussion, but rather just an observation of my conversational partner's psychological profile. After all, we are on the "psychology" subforum, aren't we?

Wrong. Honestly, you're the only one here with an inferiority complex—and a massive one at that. You're actually a textbook case—you want to grab a juicy steak, but you can't because you'd end up trampling everything you claim to defend, so instead, you just deal with those complexes on internet forums.🤣 🤣 🤣

That isn't really an option—you only get one shot at this, which means you save just one of them and that's that. So, I guess you've basically proven that a human life is more valuable than an animal's, anyway.👋

Rachel Martinez11 said:This guy you keep calling "son"—for the hundredth time now—is probably about your dad's age. I guess by talking like that, you're just showing everyone how insecure you are—trying to prove you're superior to people you're arguing with because you can't do it any other way. Don't worry, though; I'm sure that attitude will change once you actually find a partner—though, honestly, I doubt that'll happen anytime soon.

Wow—that was an incredibly pathetic attempt at a low blow. Is it your go-to move to accuse someone of being single every single time you lose an argument?🙂
