To avoid drifting too far off topic, this discussion is far too serious for these kinds of games... Batman drove a Cadillac, so your little economy car can just be buried...😬
Jessica Davis12 said:I cast my vote for Batman...😁 It feels like he’s the most formidable one on this entire list...🤣 I mean, honestly, who could actually stomach that black rubber and those junker cars for any length of time...😍
You've got a point there, honestly... not even Robin Hood could have pulled that one off... 😬
It’s obvious that as soon as Roger Allen3 and I stepped away, this entire subforum just went straight to hell... So, let’s try to shake things up a little. This time, we’re deciding who actually holds the crown among superheroes. Is it Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, The Flash, Magneto, The Punisher, Hellboy, or Daredevil?
Don't come at me for forgetting someone, because obviously I did, and that's just how I operate... I always forget... Regarding the X-Men, I only listed Magneto because he's the powerhouse, while everyone else is just playing in the minor leagues.
Brian Moore67 said:Speed should have been a total man's movie, honestly. A while back, some woman was trying to talk me into seeing it in theaters, insisting it was incredible, the greatest movie ever made... Fine, let's go see Speed. Absolute garbage. Right in front of the theater, I gave her this look and asked, with pure disgust, "A great movie?" and she just gives me this wide-eyed look and goes, "Oh, but Keanu Reeves is sooo gooooood 😍 " "
Exactly... total trash... you're the problem, lady 😁
There it is, that's the deal... when a woman claims a movie is crap but we men all know it absolutely crushes, then Speed equals a real man's movie 🙂
Basil Rathbone said:Lynyrd Skynyrd might be nothing more than uneducated, bigoted Southern hillbillies, but tracks like "Simple Man" and "Tuesday's Gone" are legitimate classics...🙏
And since you're just some illiterate, low-rent kid from the sticks, I guess we're even, right? 😬 😬
Honestly, some people just never grow out of their middle school phase... 🤣
Regardless, the song is decent—I'm talking about "The Beverly Hills Hotel"—but yeah, it's getting a little played out...
Jose Chase2 said:I think the biggest question just presents itself—how do they actually film sex scenes? Like, a guy and a woman naked and grinding... is that the real deal or just some cinematic trick?
Of course it's staged, because it's all an illusion, though I recall reading on an IMDb thread about Basic Instinct that guys often wear these specialized modesty garments, sort of like heavy-duty athletic gear, just to keep things from getting awkward if they get an unwanted reaction...🙂
I can't help but wonder if people out in Western Europe or over in the States view piracy through the same lens we do... just like you mentioned, most of us have a collection of movies, music, and cracked games sitting on our PCs, and we just see it as a totally normal part of life, so I find myself questioning how the vibe is handled on the other side of the pond.
Come on, people, the movie is total trash. I loved it just as much as everyone else when it first hit theaters back when I was in fifth or sixth grade, but looking back now, it’s honestly terrible... I only just realized how incredibly dated those special effects have become 🙂
An enlarged heart combined with a dangerous cocktail of medications he was regularly taking led to the accidental death of actor Chris Penn, according to the Los Angeles coroner's office. It was an accident...
"There is absolutely no indication that his death was anything other than a tragic accident," investigators stated.
The primary cause of death was cardiac arrhythmia. On top of having a heart weighing roughly 700 grams—several hundred grams heavier than the average person's—he had been using a combination of anti-nausea and pain medications that proved to be quite lethal. We don't yet know the exact dosage of each medication taken prior to his passing, and the final autopsy report isn't expected for another few weeks...
