Forty-five minutes on the bike, three times a week. It’s a decent enough workout, though, so you actually feel it. You'll be sweating through your shirt in about 12 miles
Ugh, especially that last comment. For what it's worth, I actually dropped some weight thanks to cycling—though let’s be honest, most of it was just from having a desk job. Before you even pick up a bike, try balancing your diet so you aren't just gaining weight the moment you stop pedaling. Personally, I didn't overhaul my entire life, but I did make a few tweaks: I make sure to eat breakfast, switch to smaller, more frequent meals, have one substantial lunch around 1:00 PM, and simply skip dinner altogether. Cut out the greasy stuff and dial back the carbs. If you get your nutrition dialed in, even a quick thirty-minute ride every day will do plenty of work for you.
Yeah, see a therapist. You’re clearly stressed out. Try to deal with it. You need to be getting seven to eight hours of sleep every single night. Stop doomscrolling on your computer or tossing and turning in bed—just sleep. If you can't manage that, then you've got some underlying psychological issues to sort out.

Is there any way to "fix" this without going under the knife for a circumcision? If anyone knows a method that actually works, please speak up. It’s making things pretty difficult when it comes to actual intimacy. 😁
It all depends on your age. If you’re still young, hitting the gym consistently will fix the problem. If you aren't? Well, that's just life—you aren't exactly going to die from it, but you'll feel it.
Jeremy Cruz46 said:I went under the knife because of functional issues, not because I was worried about my anatomy looking better for someone else. If you haven't dealt with phimosis, you have no idea what it's like, so stop talking nonsense. Besides, there’s already far too much pointless bickering in other circumcision threads.👎 I was simply asking for some detailed recovery accounts—how long it took, what the process actually looked like, etc. I've read horror stories on international forums about swelling lasting up to six months, and frankly, it's unsettling.😲
Medical necessity is one thing, but getting circumcised just to improve aesthetics is another. And oh boy, "terrible" phimosis... 🙄 You're making it sound like you were fighting a tumor rather than a minor skin issue.
Don't exaggerate. You clearly have no concept of what actual health crises look like. 🙂

Also: velvetgull9, you could have just locked the thread. Not my job to complain, but seriously.
Can we all please stop backseat driving the moderators...
Look, I don't get why you think posting the same ad twenty times on one thread is okay. Enough is enough. You're permanently banned.
I've figured out that stress is my main trigger. After a few high-pressure situations, I developed patches within just a couple of weeks. It starts as a tiny pimple that eventually turns into a scab. If I don't treat it, it starts spreading. For me, the only thing that works is salicylic acid. I know all about the side effects, but if I want to live a normal life, I'm forced to use it. Of course, I don't use it constantly; I have to give my skin time to recover from the treatment. Zinc is my absolute worst enemy... it just irritates and inflames my skin even more.
Someone actually merged my threads. I guess I’ve just been unconsciously repeating myself without realizing it. If you check the post on the first page, you'll see what I mean—I didn't even remember writing it. Maybe there's some subconscious thing going on. It's been happening to me more often lately.
Just stop drinking. It’s the single best thing you can do for your hangover. Or, if you aren't ready to quit entirely, at least learn some damn self-control. 😬

He says they didn't find any bacteria in my first morning sample and just told me to DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE. No antibiotics. Just eat dried cranberries and drink tea. Does that actually work at all? :S
This sounds like something out of an X-Files episode. You should tell him you want a referral to a urologist.
Or maybe you women just have incredibly sensitive noses... The rest of us just let testosterone wreck our sense of smell, much like how a bad case of cataracts ruins your vision. 🤣
Charles Edwards8 said:If there are liver issues, sure, then Mary shouldn't be eating Hershey, but she didn't mention any of that.😉 Personally, I don't think we need to worry about pseudomembranous enterocolitis. I suspect Mary will breeze through this entire course without needing to switch antibiotics.
Things are mostly stabilizing. I'll just watch my diet a bit more closely and leave it at that. If things take a turn for the worse, I'll definitely head to the doctor to figure out the next steps. So far, nothing unusual—no yeast infections, no stomach issues either.
I'm not usually one for medication (I won't even take an aspirin for a headache), but over the last couple of years, I've been on antibiotics constantly because of this Proteus.
gentlecanyon92 said:Your liver takes a hit... I went through a round of antibiotics myself... they threw three different kinds at me about two and a half years ago. Honestly, I think I'm only just now—today, maybe—finally getting past all the mess they left behind.
I dealt with the same diarrhea you're facing. Everything passed through me minutes after eating. Bananas were probably the only thing that actually stayed down for a bit. Yogurt was hit or miss; regular stuff was okay, but fruit flavors would fly right through me. As far as actual meals go, it was strictly chicken and rice. Give it a shot and see if it helps.
It’s about Ciprofloxacin. I'm dealing with this Proteus issue that just keeps coming back. Up until now, I've only ever dealt with short courses—we're talking less than <2 weeks! I went in for a checkup last November. Everything seemed fine at the time.
Unfortunately, I’ll have to just grit my teeth and get through this. It looks like I'm stuck choosing between the lesser of two evils.
Edward Green said:It’s completely irrelevant. A guy with only one sperm cell in his entire ejaculate is basically useless when it comes to fertility. Period.
The baseline for infertility starts at 13.5 million sperm per milliliter; anything north of 20 million is what doctors consider a normal count.
So, I’m stuck on a heavy-duty course of antibiotics for a while. Naturally, I’ve been hit with the side effects—diarrhea. It’s the standard antibiotic experience, so I’m not losing sleep over the symptom itself. What actually worries me is the timeline. How am I supposed to survive a full month of this? Any advice on how to manage? I don't really have a choice here; I just have to power through it. It isn't constant—it's about three times a day—but it feels like there's a constant flight pattern going on in my gut. No cramps, just... turbulence.
