Honestly, I’ve loved this weather for years—never had an issue... until a few days ago when I spent a bit too much time sleeping with the AC blasting right on me. Now my head is throbbing and my throat is starting to act up, too. Still, I'm not giving up the cool air just yet.
Honestly, I kind of envy the clueless guy—kudos to him for being so blissfully unaware of how lucky he actually is. -But seriously, what about those of us stuck in cities where your only food options are a corner bodega or some old lady's roadside stand selling literal garbage? -Get this: I haven't eaten a single tomato in my entire life that wasn't mass-produced industrial sludge, and man, I really wish I could change that... -I spent years forcing myself to eat fruit and veggies, thinking I was being "healthy" and getting my vitamins... blah, blah, blah. Turns out I was just making things harder on myself. Reading all these posts—especially from people who don't seem to have a single issue with all this processed crap—it’s honestly nauseating. So, what, we should just stop eating produce altogether? Why would anyone even bother? I don't eat fruit and veg just to kill hunger; I eat it because it's supposed to be good for you. Are we supposed to just swap it for meat every single day and take vitamin supplements to get the nutrients we're missing? Is that the plan?? Does anyone actually have a smart answer for once??🙂
It would be great if one of those doctors or whatever other highly educated types could actually take a second to write something out for us regular folks—explaining which foods fall into which categories... you know, proteins, fats, etc. I mean, I get the basics, obviously, but all this talk about complex carbohydrates and other nonsense? It goes right over my head. And what are these vitamins even supposed to be doing for us anyway?
Don't mess with the mods. Anyway, my take is that guys—even if they're future MDs—shouldn't be handing out advice about stuff like Domestos. You can't just lump a Candida infection, which attacks the mucous membranes and the vulva, in with skin irritation... those are two completely different types of pain and itching. They haven't actually felt the sting of Candida or the burning sensation from irritated, tight skin, so how can they justify recommending medication when they don't even grasp what the actual issue is? 🙂
Gray hair is just hair that’s lost its pigment... some people deal with it way earlier than others, it's all very individual. I know this girl who's only 18 and already rocking quite a bit of gray, while my parents are in their 40s and don't have a single strand. Genetics plays a huge role in the whole thing... besides that, why does it even bother you so much? Personally, I think there's something pretty sexy about certain types—younger, good-looking people with gray hair...👍
I feel kind of terrible even complaining about stretch marks... thank God it’s nothing serious, really...🙂 But I figured I'd ask anyway—anyone here who actually deals with them? I heard there might be some early-stage ones you can actually fix. Is that true? And if so, how? Mine turned white almost immediately instead of staying red. If anyone knows why that happens or how to handle it... thanks.
I was over at the clinic near downtown seeing my OB-GYN, but I’m hesitant to get my hopes up—I've been spotting, and honestly, I'm terrified of a miscarriage. Saw the doctor yesterday and they already scheduled a follow-up beta test and an ultrasound for seven days from now. Has anyone else dealt with spotting during the first month? Like some kind of false period? Plus, I have a small cyst in my uterus too.
So, I have a friend who used to collect those little spare change donations for wheelchairs—it was one of those school fundraisers. I’ll check in with her tomorrow and let you know what the deal is and how it all went down.
I'm with you on the diet thing—you really should try changing up what you eat. Acne can definitely be triggered by greasy, spicy food or too much sugar, though it’s not a guarantee... but honestly, it's worth a shot.
I’ve been doing the UN diet for a while now and honestly, the clean eating part is great... I used to be a total disaster with fast food—just constantly overeating and packing on the pounds. Now? I feel amazing.
